What I went to check out the guy the best shows me a picture on his phone or some ashes on some carpet a little ass and says I don't get my $60 deposit I said I'll show you a picture of carpet without ashes I can't just take my $60 over a picture on your phone no respect careless who has families or things to take care of just take your money very terrible place

Go somewhere else if you can
The check in lady was very rude and passive aggressive. Tried to charge me $60 instead of $50 for security deposit. They charged me for the security deposit but when I called backed to find out why they couldn’t find my reservation even though I just stayed there. This is place is unprofessional and unorganized. It felt close to a halfway house. It didn’t feel welcoming. The power went out while people were making breakfast. I’ve definitely had better experiences. Will not stay again.

Loved helping ppl in need now I can’t stand it
We swept out he floor on our hands and knees we mopped the floor they said there were a couple paint chips in the sink and the towels were dirty. It’s pretty sad how we welcome people into our country and turn around and treat us like crap. Not one hotel that’s not American has given me my deposit back. All of them are the same ethnicity I believe it is discrimination against Americans. I loved America for opening our country to the ppl in need now I wish it never would have happened they are the rudest people I’ve delt with. See someone is already down in life they will kick you harder see so em e struggling they will find a way to make you struggle more. Shut our border down before we really have no home.

Meh. Price was acceptable and the place appears clean. Door key continued to lock us out, but the front desk staff would walk up with us to unlock- EVERY time we returned to the room (some sort of override done from front desk.) Two very small pillows and a blanket made of used newspaper. Hey, somebody built an airport next door! Get to breakfast early or you'll be hungry. tight parking lot.

MOST HORRIBLE STAY EVER!!
Got there they ask for a 60 CASH deposit. Never in all my years have I been requested to leave a cash deposit. After 20 mins Finally get the key to the room on the 3rd flr. Elevator janky. Go in the room and what do i see, roaches crawling up the walls. NOPE! Go to the front desk for a new room. Would have left but cancellation fee was the same as the cost of the room. 30 mins later finally get another room on the second floor. Mind you if you want to stay on the 1st floor theres an upcharge. Go to the room, which looks a little better. Later attempt to turn on the tv, no remote. Go get a remote from the front desk come back remote doesnt work. Go back they say maybe its the batteries. Change them out still wouldn't work. At this point im done. Leave at 6 am. Please, unless youre on drugs do not go to this place.

Place to sleep is about it
This is a place to sleep and that’s about it. The whole hotel has a weird smell and is old with a fresh coat of paint so to speak. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our bathroom doorknob was practically falling off. The breakfast is bare bones. Be prepared to pay a $60 deposit above whatever you pay online once you get there as well.

You get what you pay for
Booked this stay for convenience to the fairgrounds. It kept us dry and warm. Beyond that, this hotel unfortunately needs a lot of attention to help raise its scores.
The hotel has a cockroach problem having seen three in our room and hearing others having the same experience, so beware. Our sink was cracked and leaked on the floor. The towels were child sized. No extra toilet paper stored in the room. Beds were basic spring mattresses, and our final night saw us get stuck in the elevator for a short time. Carpets tend to have a little stickiness to them which is probably due to age and the KY humidity over time. Breakfast consists of cereal and a waffle maker, so we passed.
I appreciate the location and affordability, but would spend a few extra bucks for a nicer place next time we come to town.

Everything was run down. Our room smelled incredibly bad like mildew. It was like sleeping in a wet basement. So gross. If it hadn't been so late, we would have went elsewhere.

Roaches in the lobby and in our room. Tile broken in from of the toilet. Floor weak underneath the crack in the tile. Smelled like black mold. Sheet rock dust falling in the bathroom too. Staff unfriendly and not courteous. Would not replace dirty towels with new ones and Had me bring my dirty towels to him in the lobby for exchange. They would not refund or move rooms until I was complaining about bringing my own towels down to him and them not bring up to us. I complained about the roaches in our room and the weak floor. Another couple left also and he refund them. But not my stay. Only that night cause he told us to leave. Other staff does not speak English. This is USA, English should be spoken in a public. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Will tell my friends about the poor service and the broken fixtures. The odor was so bad had to wear my nursing mask so I wouldn’t puke. The smell is the norm for the Pakistan culture. Why send a text message to me saying if we needed anything just call the front desk or message back on this thread.
