I had booked 4 twin rooms of 21 square meters. The staff did not arrange one room with correct size to us, but a small room, (room number 106). When getting the room key, the staff did not even mention it was a smaller room size and did not actively re-arrange us a room of correct room size in the next days. The Opera district is clean and safe and well served by public transportation. This Ibis property is well priced and welcomes families. Excellent staff who speak good English as well as other European languages. Small rooms as is the European style but very functional. I would stay here again.
