Staff was helpful but as other reviews mentioned, this property is in dire need of a deep cleaning, there are roaches in the rooms, first night no hot water and various items broken in the room, bath towels were dirty and stained, but the roaches was the worst. The location is very convenient and close to the parks.

Dirty and disgusting
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. We walked into a room which stunk of urine, had German cockroaches, and an open condom on the floor. Staff were very apologetic, however we were too disgusted and left after driving 4 hours to get to Orlando.
