"Sødt personale og fedt hotel"

"I’d had an operation on my knee and it was inflamed. The team at the hotel showed amazing compassion and went to amazing lengths to provide ice to help with swelling. I loved this hotel before but now it’s my 2nd home. It’s very central and walkable anywhere"

"Loads of atmosphere in that part of town and convenient for West End and Kings Cross. I took the chance to use the spa which was top notch. Everyone was maxing on friendliness / seem to have a good set up. Would definitely recommend."

"Everything here was so fantastic! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the food is yummy, and the decor is unique! Great location too (right by the Elizabeth line) so makes getting there from the airport a cinch. It’s also right by the theaters, great shopping and restaurants! Definitely check it out! "

"Dejligt hotel godt beliggenhed, kan kun anbefales."

"A very welcoming hotel with fabulous staff and wonderful facilities. Drinks first at Theo burg Bar followed by lunch at the world renowned Helen Darroze - an incredible experience from start to finish. We’ll be back !"

"Mandarin Mayfair is our new fave stay in London. It is centrally located in a wonderful area and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. From the moment we arrived, all the personnel we came into contact with from the reception, concierge, porters, security, housekeeping, in room dining, restaurants... the service was just excellent. Mind you accommodation rates are pretty steep but you definitely get what you pay for."

"Super hyggeligt hotel - med service i absolut top. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Derudover er underground 1 min gang derfra - og hyggelig gader tæt på. "

"Fantastic hotel! We spent three nights here, great location for touring around London. The Lancaster tube station is nearby."

"Best hotel in London hands down. I’ve been staying here for over 25 years, and it has a chic quiet elegance that is authentic and not full of loud tourists. It’s just a gem."

"A trendy hotel and wonderfully convenient to West End activities. Theatres and Covent Garden are just a block or two away. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who were more than helpful when i had an emergency with broken wheelchair."
