What a crowded city! It was hard getting to the hotel, only because so many streets were closed for repair. Hotel room was very comfortable and centrally located. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were upgraded to a superior room because the hotel was not full - very nice surprise!

Great hotel with ideal location for seeing the city centre. Spa facilities were very good, with small gym (few treadmills, bikes and free weights), Large mixed sauna and steam room, and jacuzzi. Excellent hotel for business trip. Great location in centre with good restaurants abounding around. Clean and comfortable room. Free wi fi was a bit slow, but fully functional. Great place to stay.

Excellent hotel with friendly and efficient staff., Room was modern and well equipped. Breakfast was copious and varied. Brasserie Capoul next door to the hotel was disappointing. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Great spot to stay ,in the middle of the shops and restaurants . Christmas market just behind hotel in the square . Used shuttle to get from airport and back ,bus stops short walk from hotel.Toulouse is worth a visit .

Comfortable hotel with up-to-date room kept very clean. Nice buffet breakfast if slightly inattentive waitresses. Great location, with many restaurants and cafes etc around - 2 mins walk from Town Hall in centre. Recommended.

Fantastic location for all sights in the city. Our room overlooked the lovely square at Jean Jaures and was a moment from the metro in case your feet finally failed you. The room was beautifully designed, modern but with great attention to detail - comfortable bed, lovely walk in shower with tea plate sized shower head, everything spotlessly clean, […] bright and airy. We have stayed in many hotels around the world but this was up there with the best if you take into account the incredible price that we managed to get online. Buffet style breakfast was included in this, and again I could not fault it - good selection of hot and cold food in a bright atrium styled restaurant, which again was very well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful (as was everyone in Toulouse), and we would not hesitate to return if in the area, or recommend to anybody. The Novotel is excellent in all repects. It is located right on Plaza Wilson, which is beautiful and centrally located witin walking distance of most of Toulouse's sights. We spent 4 days and walked everywhere, to all of the churches, museums, bridges, etc. The hotel has ben modernized recently so everything was new and sparkling. And the hotel had a computer in the lobby that was free for use by guests so that I was able to catch up on 2 weeks of accumulated emails. Great rooms, breakfast, staff and location. Only down side was there were no twin rooms in the hotel, which if this is your preference is not ideal. Bar shuts at 12, but this ensures the hotel is quiet after that, so just go elsewhere if you want a drink late. A wonderful city-centre location, with excellent service and good facilities. The room was stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and spacious. The spa was worth a visit, with a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. The steam room was out of order when we visited, but we got good use from the sauna and jacuzzi, having cycled the Canal du Midi.

Modernised hotel convenient for the city centre. Check-in was a little slow but check-out quick. Room was comfortable although the TV did not initially respond to the remote control. Quirk is the window in the wall between the bed and the bathroom which was clear glass. Breakfast buffet was extensive.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Lustig ist die Glasscheibe zwischen Dusche und Zimmer, welche man auf matt stellen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Très belle chambre ! mais vue sur un parking, et les fenêtres des chambres verrouillées ce qui donnait une impression d’étouffement !!! De plus la personne à la réception m'a dit a la fin de mon séjour quand je lui ai parlé des fenêtres : "et bien alors vous n'aviez pas vu qu'il y avait une serrure donc une clé fallait nous l'a demandé !!!" j'ai vraiment […] eu l'impression d’être prise pour une cruche ce qui m'a quand même laissé sur une mauvaise note le jour de mon départ. Excellente, dommage il manque un parking. Aucun problème sérieux, sauf peut-être que dans la chambre, le coin collation n'était pas rempli la 2 ème nuit, pas de thé et que le lit était très mal fait. la couette avait été tirée sur le drap qui n'avait pas été retendu. Mais nous reviendrons surement .

Agréablement surprise par l'acceuil et les prestations de ce novotel en plein centre de Toulouse. Excellente literie, petit déjeuner en chambre copieux, détente au spa, proche des cinémas, des restaurants, des musées... Rien que du bonheur pour ce très court séjour !

Hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd. Kamers niet ruim, maar zeer goed benut. Prachtige badkamer ! Enige minpuntje is de afzuiging in de openbare ruimtes, muffig, rioollucht niet prettig. In de kamer raam open zetten is een goede oplossing. Bedlinnen zeer prettig.
