Holiday Diamond Hotel - Hanoi

Vi var meget overrasket over kvaliteten af dette hotel iforhold til prisen. Supergod morgenmad og fantastiske receptionister, vi arrangerede vores ture til Sapa og Halong Bay igennem hotellet. Meget hjaelpsomme og imoedekommende, uden at det bliver for anmasende.

A convenient place to stay in the old part of Hanoi. Our room was on the small size but had everything we needed. The breakfast here is great with both Vietnamese and Western food and the service is outstanding. The staff cannot do enough to help you with any questions or issues you may have. I would stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant,the staff are friendly,the room was clean and got all u need,even a computer! Wifi works good even in the room. Breakfast is excellent! U simply can't expect more for the price,it was a very pleasant surprise. When we left for Halong Bay they let us store our luggage and keep it well till we r back. Very pleasant,much better than we expected to get for the price,room is clean good size,friendly staff,breakfast is yummy. Walking distance to shops,resto,lake,good deal!! Wifi is free and fast,plus computer in the room!

Good Hanoi hotel with very friendly staff and good buffet brekkie. Only complaint was that we were at the end if the hall and our room smelled overwhelmingly like asparagus - so much it was unpleasant to be in. No other complaints though. Great location.

Clean, conveniently located in the Old Town and within 5 minutes of any Old Town attraction. Free wifi and DVD players / computers in every room are a nice bonus. The strength is really the staff, though. They go to incredible lengths to ensure a comfortable, convenient stay. Tremendous service! Service was amazing. Upon our early arrival, our room was not ready yet (reasonable since we arrived before standard check-in time). While waiting, we were given complimentary fresh juice & wet towels. Then, we were given maps of the surrounding areas with detailed advice on how to walk to where we wanted to go, as well as advice on nearby restaurants […] to eat at and where to buy sim cards. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. At one point, friendly conversation with a staff member went a bit overboard (asked many personal questions about work, salaries, significant others), but it was not mal-intentioned. The rooms were fine overall, though ours had a "wet"/possibly slightly mildew-like odor to ours. It wasn't overwhelming though, and the fresh rose in the bathroom helped make up for it. There was also a curtained window that opened up directly into the brightly lit hallway, so some light was constantly going through the curtain throughout the night. It wasn't an issue for me, but might be for those who are very light sleepers. The breakfast, including freshly cooked bowls of pho, was great. We arrived in Hanoi on December 24 and got to the Hotel directly. As we were arriving early and because the room was not ready, the Hotel offered us to have breakfest for free. In the middle of old quarter. Less than 5 min walking to fabulous places to eat and explore. Book the diamond suite; excellent room. Good breakfast too. Order the phobo noodles soup. Excellent staff. I will recommend it all times. Good price, excellent value.

Right from the moment we first walked through the door, the staff were smiling, friendly and couldn't do enough to help us make the most of our stay in Hanoi. This hotel was great value for money with a computer, DVD and new TV in every room. really excellent service where the staff went out of their way to make sure we were ok, including escorting us onto the train station and exchanging our vouchers to make sure we didn't miss the Sapa train. Holiday Diamond was a real gem and certainly the best hotel we stayed in throughout our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Most hotels we stayed in Vietnam (with the exception of HCMC) were accommodating and helpful, but Jenny, Cherry, Tracy et al at Holiday Diamond set a totally different standard. They really went beyond their call of duty to make sure we had a […] pleasant experience not only at the hotel, but in Hanoi! For example, when the travel company with which we booked our train tickets (to Lao Cai) refused to pick us up from the hotel, Jenny arranged for us a cab and even assigned Huong to accompany us to make sure we got on to the right train. When our daughter got food poisoning, Jenny accompanied us to the pharmacy to help with translation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread good. The staff always wore a smile and took pains to accommodate the guests needs, including offering (very) late check out and free use of a room while waiting for late flights or trains. The Galaxy Cruise to Halong Bay which the hotel recommended was also first class. The hotel even had a friendly policy of exchanging money at prevaling rates, which saved us the hassle of finding a money changer. Good location at old qtrs. Room is clean and with excellent free wifi. Service is great with good communication skill. Be careful with taxi by asking the hotel staff the average fare to your destination.

We had a great time staying at the Holiday Diamond Hotel. The staff could not be more accommodating and by the time we left we felt like we had made friends! Desde mi llegada y a pesar de mi mal ingles no se ha dado ninguna situacion de equivoco. Los billetes de tren que me han conseguido con un precio razonable con desplazamiento en taxi incluido y acompanamiento de un botones hasta el departamento del vagon. Ahora mismo me han facilitado unas horas de habitacion extra, gratis mientras espero al taxi. Como […] en todo supongo que hay un porque. 12年1月に2日間滞在しました。 フロントの女性2人の対応が本当に気持ち良かった。　（ポーターの方も無口ですが誠実でした。＿ ベトナムの旅行中　サービス業に従事している人のほとんどが無愛想だったのでここの対応は秀逸で、その他の地域に旅行中の時も時々対応の良さを思い出してました。こんな小さなホテルでも部屋のウェルカムドリンクもあり、フルーツは毎日替えられ、無線ラン対応、部屋にはパソコンも完備（英語）してました。 ただエレベーターの前のリネン室丸見えなのはベトナム観光業がまだ途上だからしかたないかも。全般的に大満足です。

Bra hotell, trevlig personal som är relativt bra på engelska. De fixade till och med frukost till oss kl 04.00 på morgonen! Ligger bra i gamla kvarteren av Hanoi. Rekomenderas absolut!

Das Holiday Diamond war das mit Abstand beste Hotel, was wir in ganz Vietnam hatten! Es gibt leckeres Frühstück, die Lage - mitten im old quarter -war für uns perfekt, die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist so herzig, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, dass wir es mit bestem Gewissen jedem empfehlen können!

Hotel liegt im Altstadt ist jedoch sehr ordentlicher und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hier findet man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Overnatter gjerne igjen på dette hotellet! Veldig hyggelig personale som passer på og hjelper deg med det du måtte lure på. Rommene var også veldig rene, god valuta for pengene! Anbefales :)
