Well located for sightseeing on foot, buses and taxis. Public rooms (lobby, breakfast room) were well presented; breakfast was buffet style and well done. However, desk service was mixed - older staff were pleasant and helpful, while their younger colleagues were offhand and almost rude. We booked two separate rooms for two people; the same standard […] of room booked at the same cost, but two quite different scenarios. One room was a twin bed with bathroom, adequate in all respects except the window, which opened onto a dingy, dirty light well. The other room was a double, very small, with a cramped bathroom and a window accessing an even smaller dirtier "light well". nice but tiny tiny rooms. the door hits the bed as you open it. I was only staying one night so it worked out fine. it was great to watch tv in bed. it has the bare minimum. all amendmities are outside in a vending machine. I would stay agian if i were trying to save some money and needed to be on the island side.

This hotel is in a fairly convenient location near the historic part of Macau. But my room smelled of mold and had large stains (probably mold) on the wall next to the bed. The wifi was really weak: it only worked intermittently and was slow when it was working. Price was a little expensive for what we got. Our room was clean, there was plenty of electrical plugs if you are looking to recharge some of your electronics, etc. There was a TV, a decent amount of space, but the room smelt like moth balls. The guy that check us in was cold, unattentive and not helpful. He displayed an attitude of trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. No smile, no hello, nor even look up to greet us when we arrived. When I spoke to him, he did not even lift up his head and look at me. I've asked him a few questions and he was reluctant to answer me. I was surprised […] that he check us in for one room when I booked and paid for 2 rooms. When I asked for the other room's key, he nearly lost his temper and insist that there is only 1 room. He ask me for the booking slip. I told him that it is all on the Hotel.com booking slip that I have printed out and given to him. I have to prove to him by pointing to the part that shows that there is a second room. Obviously he did look even look before he accused me of not given him the info of the 2nd room. The booking slip was in his hand all the time. this is the only thing that tarnished the beauty of this hotel. The rooms were ok except for the toilet is abit too small. Service level was poor. The staffs handling guest check in has very heck care attitute. Although the hotel is located at a strategic location, however its very difficult to get a taxi there to the airport. For the price i would recommend Sintra Hotel

This hotel room was very comfortable and location was good. It was accessible to anywhere. The bus stop is just around the corner and is within walking distance to Senado Square. Situated at a quiet neighbourhood which guarantees a good rest. Would definitely come back to stay.

The Ole London, despite its unfortunate name, is a centrally located little three-star in the middle of Macau, SAR. The rooms were immaculately clean, the bathroom small but with roasting hot water and excellent pressure in the shower. The central air-conditioning only seemed to blow cold air and, given that we were in China, SAR, all the instructions […] on the control panel were in Chinese, and indecipherable to us. An English-language instruction sheet would have been welcome, because it was a cold night and the blankets were only just sufficient. Otherwise, it was a good hotel, with friendly, polite staff. We stayed at the Ole London on Chinese New Year's eve. Consequently we paid a high price for a very basic but adequate room at Ole London. It had a small window which opened only onto a dark air shaft. We liked the neighborhood. hotel was old. bathroom was wayyy too small card reader on doors were not working during our stay VERY INCONVIENT. location was excellent tho. would recomment for those who dont plan on spending much time in the hotel.

When we arrived, it was Christmas season, the hotel decoration is cozy. The room is small, especially the restroom, but acceptable if the price could be cheaper. The location is good, 10 minutes to the main shopping area. There's a bus stop nearby, which is convenient to the customs, port and other resorts.

저렴하면서도 중심가에 위치하고있으나 방음이 취약하며 방이 비좁음 냉장고 없으며 방문을 열자마자 바로 참대가 있음 샤워시설도 열악함 마카오에서 이 가경에 이런방 찾기도 힘듬

服務態度不錯，因為我們訂的雙人房價位不高，所以房間並沒有很大，簡約風的房間，隔音效果不佳，飯店位置不錯，走出廣場就有7-11便利商店，商店前也有公車可以到很多著名景點，例如:媽閣廟，旅遊塔，議事亭前地，民政總署!!! 如果你需要的房間不需要太好又需要便宜，澳萊英京酒店 (Ole London Hotel) 是不錯的選擇 !

酒店設計不錯, 十分整潔, 唯隔音不好. 我住六樓沒有開窗, 地面的車聲也聽的清楚(好彩那區的車不多)及可聽到房外走廊人聲(可能房間細,令床太近門了). 因是過年去就會覺得較貴呢! 如平時去的話, 就十分性價比了! 每層都有wifi接受點, 快速流暢.

床超舒服、服務人員也很友善、附近有便利商店、不用擔心夜晚餓著；鄰近歷史城區，但需要有一點方式感與腳力！到機場的交通比較不方便一點，但因鄰近內港碼頭，所以可以利用銀河酒店的免費巴士。

สภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณโรงแรมดีคะ ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว สามารถเดินไปได้ทั่ว รวมทั้งการเดินทางจากสนามบินก็สะดวกสบาย ความสะอาดใช้ได้เลย มีให้ครบทุกอย่าง ห้องน้ำอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ภาพรวมถือว่าโอเคคะ คาดว่าคราวหน้าไปจะไปพักที่นี่อีก

去入住時（約傍晚六點多）先是房間沒打掃，服務人員說她走不開，不直接到房間來看，還一再確認我們進房有無動房內的東西，一副很不相信人的感覺，之後換了房後，房內的電視竟是不能看的

Room had a window to a large air shaft, but we couldn't see any sky. It was tiny and dirty. The walls were so thin that you can hear everything of your neighbors. The staff could not understand English very well and we had to deposit by cash. The location is on the west side of Macau island and therefore the dirty side of Macau. Staff is not well-trained. Even if I have paid online, they tried to charge me again. The room is clean. They're do not regularly change sanitary stuffs. The supply of hot water is not stable. Terrible accommdation experience.

位置夜晚唔嘈，因為喺民宅附近。另外幾分鐘就到議事亭，又近福隆新街，地點唔錯，樓下附近仲有7-11。附近搭巴士過氹仔都好方便，唯獨係冇穿梭巴來回碼頭，如果要搭穿梭巴去碼頭，最近都要行去十六浦酒店。房方面算乾淨企理，廁所只係洗手盤太細冇乜位放嘢，其他都冇乜問題，熱水足夠。

以前は受付と同じ建物での宿泊でしたが、今回は隣の別館でした。WIFIは別館のほうが良く入りました。窓外がすぐに隣の家のためカーテンが開けられませんでした。

朝食が安いのにはおどろいた。ロケーションも考えようでは良いかな。ロケーションも街中に近いし、そばに、歩いて15分有名なポルトガル料理店があります。夜、ここまで歩いて食べました。

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Way to expensive for this kind of room. Toilet was nice. The walls were thin which made it noisy and they didn't have enough towels and didn't add more toilet paper the second night. The staff was nice, location so so. Overall it's not worth the price.

雖然一進大廳check in 時,發現入口實在不大，但櫃台人員服務態度挺親切，也樂於回答旅遊相關問題，蠻不錯的! 澳門的消費不低，因此不想花大錢在住宿方面的旅客，澳萊英京酒店是不錯的選擇~房間雖小但五臟俱全,有免費盥洗用品及附設吹風機(不需額外再向飯店借)，還有免費wifi很方便。離澳門市區景點也很近，附近有美食街，走幾分鐘的路程皆可抵達。如果想搭公車(司打口站)或免費的接駁車也很方便，走到對面的萬事發酒店即可搭乘。

室内はシンプルでクリーンでした。アメニティグッズも日本のビジネスホテルと遜色なく満足です。チェックイン時にデポジットを払ったのですが、その際に渡された預かり書のようなものをチェックアウト時に必要であるという説明をされなかったため返金時に少しトラブルになりました。(私の知識不足でもあったのですが)最終的にパスポートコピーにサインし、預かり書の代わりとすることで返金を受けることができました。トータルで考えると良い宿だったと思います。

周辺の世界遺産にも歩いていくには便利なロケーションです。毎年物価の上昇が激しいマカオにあっては、リーズナブルな価格設定です。フロントの方は人によって英語ならつうじますが、北京語は通じませんでした。
