The staff and condition of the hotel was just fine. The staff was very nice and accommodating. After the first night we asked for another pillow and... blanket and they didn't huff and puff like a lot of places we've stayed at in the past. Their breakfast which was offered everyday was better than I expected. The only major downfall was where the hotel was located. It is literally right off the off ramp of the major interstate I-5. It is on the corner of a VERY busy intersection in a heavily industrial neighborhood and there was loud noise all night long that I didn't see mentioned in other reviews. The heavy duty windows do a lot to block out the noise, but it was still pretty noisy. And it was plain deafening if you had to open them which we did. Overall we really enjoyed the friendly staff and the room was small but nice and clean. However, had I known about the location I probably would've chosen somewhere else.
