vi havde bestilt værelse til 6 pers. med vand udsigt. Vi fik highway udsigt, hvilket ikke just er charerende. Kun 5 spisestole, hvor vi dog fik den sidste på 4. dagen efter at have rykket 3 gange. Køkkenet er ikke til at lave mad i, der er kun bestil og service til det antal som lejligheden kan rumme, og ikke andet. Der er nævnt i hotelbeskrivelsen […] at der er terrasse møbler, der er ikke en eneste, og det findes heller ikke var den besked vi fik, da vi efterlyste dem. der er et lagen at sove med og ingen dun dyner, som beskrevet, de findes heller ikke. Vi var 6 voksne og en 1 årig og boede 12 dage i en lejlighed med 3 sovevær. Der var masser af plads, 2 badevær. og walk in closet. Vi havde udsigt til bugten og bådpladser. Stranden ligger 10-15 min gang herfra. Vær opmærksom på at lejlighederne ikke er del af et hotel, men ligger i 2 bygninger, hvor resten udlejes til faste beboere. Der er derfor ikke […] reception eller housekeeping. Man får udleveret nøglen i porten og får et telefonnummer til ham som står for lejlighederne og han var meget hjælpsom. Eneste minus er den obligatoriske valet parking, som let kan koste en del i drikkepenge. Alt ialt var vi meget tilfredse og glade for vores ferie her og bor her gerne igen. Læs mere

Intracoastal met our needs as a family of 5 but it was difficult to find staff. We had a two bedrom/2bathroom unit. Great views and unit clean but old and in need of a tidy up. Close to shops and beach and restaurants.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The security staff and bellmen were extremely helpful and insightful. Despite the few stains on the carpet and insidede the showers, the room was comfortable and didn't smell of neglect. We didn't receive our access card to enter the pool area as promised but luckily the beach was just a few mins away.

Our stay was good, the condo was very neat and a lot of space. The area is great, North of Collins and Miami Beach. The price through Hotels.com was great. The only negative about the condo was the fact that we did not get daily housekeeping services and we had to buy our own toilet paper. Each bathroom had one roll and that was it. I asked housekeeping […] that was in the hallway with a cart full of supplies, BUT they referred me to the management office. I ended up buying a bag of tissue for all my 4-guest. Additionally, there was a few spotted roaches (2 or 3), I don't like bugs however, most ppl out there said its normal. We were very disappointed in our room. We stayed last year and it was so much better. The room was not well kept and there was minimal amenities in the kitchen. There was no furniture on balcony. If you are looking for an apartment with a pool ang gym, then this it what it is, and its fine. The rooms are not especially well furnished, and only resonable quality. Don't think it's anything like a hotel. The service matches the rest. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable the first night I slept on the floor, metal springs.... the next day they immediately […] changed the mattress on the sofa bed but it was only marginally better. They don't appear to have enough pool passes so you have to get in line, we had to wait until the next day, and go to their office in room 614 in building one. this place is not a hotel. there is no reception and no servisse whatsoever. it took me 6 phone calls and an hour on the phone to be able to find someone that would get me the keys to the apartment. The apartment was big enough for the number of guests (6) but one of the rooms had a terrible smell of someone`s pet urine. Not recommended!!!

NOT a hotel - rental appartment. Building: Upkeep of common areas of hotel was good. Hotel is a short (5-15 minute) walk to the beach. Hotel pool is pretty, but was kind of windy (i.e. has to be a warmer day to use it), as it is on the 5th floor. Hotel has nice BBQ area on 5th floor as well. Aside from concierge, hotel staff (valet, security guards) […] barely speak English. Parking is valet only - i.e. slower / tipping, but cars won't get scratched in lot. Elite City Stays (mgmt company renting out the appartments): The room we stayed in was maintained by Elite City Stays. - Rooms were decent sized, and reasonably clean (not spotless but not bad There were a few defects with the rooms, (not horrible, but annoying): - lights were burnt out (chandelier over dining table, and in the walk in closet) - hinge for one door in the kitchen was broken - towel bar in the bathroom was broken. - locks were finickey. Keys worked, but not that well (ad to jiggle a bunch) - we were given 3 keys, 2 one one chain for our room, 1 for on the other for something else (probably some other room) - we were not given a pool access keycard (needed to access pool / gymn) but instead an appology letter written in broken English, saying it would be delivered the next day. took 5 phone calls and 2 visits to onsite office to get pool card. never got other stuff fixed). They borrow me a cradle and changed my mattress. Bad Things: - The mattress are terrible. I asked to change it and the second one where not very good also. You wake up very tired. - They use a valet service to get your car. They scratched the car I rented in both sides. If I didn´t see, they would not say anything. Fortunately I rented the car with complete assurance. I´m waiting for a contact of valet manager until now. Nobody call me to give an explanation. I did the report with the cops. - The shower are also very disappointing. Summary: Ok to stay because the price. We stayed 9 days. You have to consider that this is not an Hotel, this is a condo rental. Even though there is no room cleaning or service while you stay (option: Extra charge for room cleaning requested), I think this was the best choice. Every thing was great except the only issue is that I could not meet a live person to talk to similar to a hotel.. Of the numbers listed only one works.,... Apparently the folder in the condo unit needs updating.The numbers listed refers to an representative who could not tell me where I could print my boarding pass. First of all, we were trying really hard not to walk on floor/carpets barefoot since they looked really disgusting (hair everywhere) The entrance to the facility makes you feel like you are about to enter an almost 4-5 star hotel, but the moment you walk in to your building, there is this aweful smell which makes you uncomfortable. IVE GOT A PLEASENT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, ROOMS CONFORTABLES VERY CLEAN, THE BEDS ARE SMALL AND IT HAD AN EXTRA SOFA BED. FULL KITCHEN, ONLY FOR 4 PX, WE WERE 6 WE HAD TO SHARE. BATH WAS OK. NICE VIEW TO THE RIVER.

Our daughter was moving into her dorm, so we booked this room because it was close to her campus and close to several shopping malls. Nice Area, Plenty Shopping Nearby, Free Valet Parking. It was more like a timeshare. Most of the building was leased out. We had to use valet parking every time, not convenient. The concierge was not helpful in answering our questions and she was using her cell phone- no, no while on the job in my book! Rooms were very nice!

If you are looking for spacious affordable accommodations not to far from South Beach and other attractions, this is it. However in exchange for this you will have to deal with an unresponsive staff and roaches or other pests in your condo.

Is not so good but no so bad..... The courtains are very bad, in the moorning we cant sleep because of the ligth comes in to the rooms. They need to clean better. The principal bedroom has the bed too small for two. I suggest that they can have a better appartment because is in a very good locationi and its spacious.

Well located and very confortable. Easy beach access. The only problem is the 4pm check in. When you get to Miami early in the morning, as this is a condo, you don't have any place to leave the bags or go to the bathroom.

The place was beautiful and the amenities were great. We went with 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. The kids loved the pool and we were able to grill out by the poolside and enjoy a nice bbq and then go back to the pool. The beach is a little bit of a walk though. Do not stay here! This is an apartment block under the guise of a "hotel". You will receive your key from a security guard at the gate, this person has no authority regarding your room. The information about the hotel on the internet is untrue. There is no 24 front desk. The office, in another building, is only available 9-5pm. The people at the front […] desk are NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. They are only at their desks to sell apartments. They can only give you a phone number or ask you to call your booking agent. Internet advertising claims furnished balconies and rooms open to water views. Our balcony was completely devoid of any table or chairs and our view was of the freeway! Pillowtop mattresses advertised - untrue. Beds are lumpy. The room furnishing not as advertised on the internet. Ours was old and out of date. The carpet was disgusting with stains and crumbs on the floor. Bathrooms dirty. Should you require the sofa bed you will need to dress it yourself and move all the furniture to another part of the room to make way for the sofa bed. Our sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my child requested to sleep directly on the sofa instead. The Valet do not help with luggage, parking only. Ladies beware they are sleazy. The pool key was not available when we arrived, hot and sweaty, we were unable to use the pool until a key was available the next day! This was the same for other guests we had met. The room was nice, but the kitchen appliances need to be updated. The oven, microwave and toaster were horrible. it took forever to cook or heat up something. Even the manual can opener didn't work. have you ever tried to open a can without a can opener, not possible, we tried. had to end up buying a new one. Also, dont believe it when they say the […] beach is accross the street or 1 block away or only a 5 min walk (thats what i was told) its about a 10-15 min walk. with my twin 3 year olds and it was too much to walk with them without a stroller and carrying all of the beach stuff. Although i have to say they do have a toddler play room that my boys loved. the toys were all mostly broken or without batteries but they didn't care. they loved that room. and the playground was very nice too. just remember to bring your mosquito repelent. and it you need to get in touch with someone in the office, don't even bother. i tried to get in touch with them before, during and after my stay and i am still waiting for a call back. i have left at least half a dozen messages and no one ever returned any of my calls. The valet guy was the person who helped me the most. he was awesome. he explained where everything was and how to get to the pool and to the convienience store that is in the middle building (its not as easy as you think). I was worried before we get there as after reserving the place I read a few negative comments. None of the reviews I read was true, the place was perfectly clean and fresh painted, all the building. Everything was in place to the minor details. We arrived at 1AM and have no problems at all. received from the guard an envelope with id cards, automovile […] pass, a set of two keys, the wi fi password,etc. During the stay we have no problems at all. We even have spare bulbs left just in case. The views were exceptional and location is near a lot of atrctions, malls and the beach. I truly recommend this place Læs mere

The hotel was beautiful but we had a little issue with small ants in the room that bit everyone of us. We tried to speak to someone, but everyone seem not to speak English. Very frustrating. Overall, we had a great time and will be back, maybe not at this hotel.
