We chose Camperio House Suites so three of us could stay together and its proximity to the Duomo. While a little tricky to find at first, once you're in, you realize that you're the heart of great neighborhood that's walking distance to many major sites. Fantastic hotel with outstanding service and amenities. We had two rooms both large and spacious. The entire hotel was immaculate and concierge service was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious offering eggs, bacon, fruit, lunchmeats and cheese, cereal and yougut. The location was better than expected as all sites were withing […] walking distance. Five minute walk to the Sforza Castle and 10 minute walk to the Duomo as the hotel is situated on Via Camperio which runs one block parallel of the Via Dante. We ate at two terrific restaurantes right on Via Camperio which featured traditional Milanese cuisine. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to familuy and friends. Læs mere

An outstanding hotel and location. The young man at the desk, Stefano, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are spacious, particularly as we were upgraded to a suite. Camperio house is very close to the nearest metro and only a 10 minute walk to the Cadorna station which the Malpensa Express train connects to. Only 11 euros for […] the 28 minute train ride. Convenient location, spacious accommodation, helpful staff. Front door into courtyard needs an upgrade as it does not reflect the rest of the accommodation and initially we were not sure we were in the correct location.

great location ,not far from doumo and casle , close to dante street- the street with good stores and coffee shops. excellent service. they help us in any questions and requests. the room was clean and big with kitchen . breakfast is not so great. no vegetables.

A great hotel in a terrific location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very well decorated with all amenities we required. Only slight negative was we arrived on a Saturday and wasn't aware that the main entrance was closed during weekends for security reasons and we had a little difficulty finding it. A disappointment at the price charged. In particular, we could hear normal conversations from an adjacent room. Had the occupants been a little louder it would have been dreadful. The choice of TV channels was disappointing - no eurosport and TV from the bedroom even poorer - no real choice at all. Expected something much,much better at the price!

The hotel and services were great. The included breakfast is delicious and high quality with a variety of options from hot to cold foods and pastries. Free on-site laundry was a great amenity. Only issue during the say was that the internet went out and it was not repaired until the next day.

A very nice hotel that is very close to the Sforza Fortress. The central location provided quick access to Via Dante and all of the shops located along the way. We really liked the discreet entrance, security and service. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well. Our stay was fantastic! This was the nicest place we stayed in Italy. Much more than you would expect from a big city hotel. When we arrived we found out we had been upgraded to the premium suite which had a kitchen and fantastic lay-out, even our own balcony. The receptionist was fantastic, giving us exactly the right amount of information and assuring […] us he would be there for anything we needed. We were shown into a smallish room - on checking my reservation details I noticed we'd been given a much cheaper room. Went down and explained the situation and was told the room was the Heritage Room and they were busy, high season etc...so? They then agreed to move us to the room we'd paid for...also they recommended a restaurant called Nabucco - […] we checked Trip Advisor and it received lots of bad reviews - poor food, rude service and people pressured to leave an extra 10% tip on top of the cover charge and service charge - we assume hotels are given a kickback for recommending this hotel to their guests - we wouldn't mind if the place was decent, but to recommend that sort of place is very poor. We cancelled the reservation and found our own restaurant. Otherwise, the Hotel is excellent, beautiful old building, great location, very comfortable and stylish rooms, nice breakfast, it was a shame our experience was negatively affected...by the "misunderstanding" with our room (we'll give them the benefit of the doubt) and recommending a poor restaurant that many say rips off tourists. Our stay in Milan was but two days at the end of a 5 week trip to various parts of Italy. The Camperio House Suites were comfortable and well situated. The staff were terrific before and during our stay. They could not have been more helpful. The rates for some of the rooms are on the high side but worth it if it is within your budget.

Aside from the concealed entrance and the difficulty of finding it, the hotel was fabulous. Large, airy rooms. Very nicely decorated. No porters per se so if you need help with your bags this might be a bit of a problem but once settled it is a lovely oasis in the heart of the city that feels more like an apartment than a hotel room.

With my youngest daughter I stayed for 4 nights, the hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing as well as shopping (most things of interest within walking distance), however placed in a really quiet side street in the city centre. When we arrived we were upgraded from a double room to a suite (hurray!), free access to quality espresso and tea, great […] breakfast, training facilities in a gym and beds you never wanted to leave, and everything spotless and clean. The hotel was advertised as smoke free, which it was. We don't like the smell of cigarettes, are even allergic to it, but on this hotel as well as all cafes and restaurants we visited during our 9 day stay in northern Italy the ban on smoking was respected everywhere. On the day we left my daughter forgot her handbag in the taxi, which we found out on our way to Verona, phoned the hotel, they tracked the taxi and the handbag that were delivered back to the hotel, and we could pick it up in the reception when we were back in Milan. We had no idea of the taxi number, but on my specifications as regards the color of the car and the gender of the taxi driver the receptionist managed to sort it all out! Needless to say, this receptionist as well as the two others who were on duty, were really helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent english. If you get in a mess, you can trust that these people will sort it out! So if you go to Milan: try to get a room at Camperio House. Læs mere

Unser Kurztrip nach Milano war wirklich toll. Schwierigkeiten hatten wir nur beim Finden des Hotels, da es sehr versteckt in einem Gässchen in der Innenstadt liegt. Der Zimmerzustand und der Zustand des gesamten Hotels war toll. Die Servicequalität war je nach Mitarbeiter an der Infortmation gut. Uns wurde wie den bisherigen Gästen eine Reservation […] in einem "guten" Restaurant empfohlen. Wir haben jedoch abgelehnt, da man in ganz Milano auch selbständig gute Restaurants findet. ( Nicht zu empfehlen, das Restaurant Martini in der Nähe des Doms!!!). Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Die Lage ist top, der Dom ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar und es liegt nahe am Shopping-Distrikt. Für uns genau das richtige. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder beanspruchen. Læs mere

まず、シングルベッド二台とリクエストしたのにダブルベッド一台の部屋で、かつバスタブなしシャワーのみ。聞くところによると身障者用の部屋だそうでした。さらに、鍵がオートロックではなく、ハウスキーパーが部屋清掃後冷房強でつけっぱなし、施錠されていませんでした。ホテル側には申し出ましたので、今後の改善に期待します。

ドゥォモから徒歩10分で旧市街観光地のど真ん中といったロケーション。空港から直行便のStazione Nord駅からも徒歩８分程度。ホテルの入り口が分かりにくいのでスマホのナビ等を利用すると便利。偶然にもアップグレードしてもらい快適な部屋でした。朝食は特筆に値するものはないが合格点。

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt, gerade mal 2 Min. zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt, sehr freundlicher Service, modern eingerichtet mit einem sehr hohen Standard und Service. Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage, extrem ruhig, fast wie auf einer Insel.

Er skikkelig skuffet. Det annonseres med mini kjøkken på alle rom. Det var ingen kokemuligheter på vårt rom. Rommet var lite og dårlig plass til oppbevaring av kofferter. Er meget missfornøyd med rommet vi fikk. Brukte mange timer på å finne et hotell med kokemuligheter på rommet, og når jeg da finner dette hotellet som var vesentlig dyrere enn mange […] andre hotell, så ble skuffelsen stor. Kommer aldri til å besøke dette hotellet igjen. Og servicen i resepsjonen var til tider meget dårlig. Kun en ansatt viste hva service betydde. Læs mere

Pyysimme etukäteen hiljaista huonetta, saimme ensimmäisen kerroksen "suiten" - kaksi seinää pelkkää ikkunaa suoraan kadun vierestä, jossa kulki aamusta iltaan työmatkalaisia ja öisin roska-autoja. Emme ole aikaisemmin olleet Italiassa, joten emme tiedä paikallisesta tasosta, mutta neljä tähteä tuon tasoisesta huoneesta on aika liioiteltua. Kalusteet […] hyvin kuluneita ja esim. rikkoontunut peli korjattu maalarinteipillä. Kuntosali on pelkkä vitsi, yhdet 3kg:n käsipainot ja muutama muu laite - siivoojakin käynyt paikalla edellisen kerran kuukausia sitten. Yksi respan työntekijöistä ei edes tiennyt missä sali on. Missään tapauksessa ei kannata kysyä neuvoa respasta, kaksi kertaa kysyttiin ja molemmilla kerroilla tuli valheita vastaukseksi. Ensin kysyttiin arkeologisen museon sijaintia (joka on viereisellä kadulla n. 400m päässä) ohjasi meidät aivan eri suuntaan 1,5km:n päähän nykytaiteen museoon. Toisella kerralla kysyttiin supermarkettia, ohjasi paikkaan, jossa ei ollut mitään, ja kyselemällä selvisi että kyseistä supermarket-ketjua ei ole koko Milanossa... Mutta sijainti on hyvä, ihan kauppojen ja Duomon lähellä, mutta autoliikennettä ei hotellin vieressä liiemmälti ole. Harmi kun pilaavat hyvän mahdollisuuden surkealla palvelulla. Læs mere

Plus que des chambres, ce sont des suites avec coin cuisine. Mais pour le reste, Camperio House offre tout le confort et les services d'un très bon hôtel. L'accueil est très professionnel.
