Very nice hotel. Not the newest, but clean, fresh paint, wonderful owners at front desk.

I had a convention to go to and couldn't afford the hotel the convention was hosted at. The price was great and the location was just a few miles from my location. Didn't have any problems or complaints. The bed was really comfy too. Save money and stay here!!

Sheets were stained and had holes in them. Dirty washcloth left in shower. AC was not reliable and you could not read the controls as they were completely worn off. Bed had absolutely no support. The only positive was the staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

very clean, mostly very nice, but some items worn (linens, drapes, etc) and some shoddy maintenance. a few odd things -fire hydrant water pressure in shower (I laughed when I showered), desk chair that did not raise to normal height. Still, very good to excellent value. I would go back and do recommend.

The hotel staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, WI-Fi service was great, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean for this price. It's better than some "high class" hotels that I've stay in. I will be staying here again.

We stayed here during an overnight layover from DFW. There is not shuttle service available and the taxi to and from the airport was more than the cost of the room! The manager was polite and the hotel was relatively clean, but the whole place needs a renovation. The king sized room we booked turned into two queens with no explanation. I like that is was quite but i didnt like how they never came to our in cleaned it are gave us fresh towels until we called we ran out of bath tissue in I couldnt really sleep the last night cause of the dog that was in the hotel.

It was fine. The hotel is in an odd location. Surrounded by a stone yard, storage facility, playground equipment mfc and across the street is a big liquor store. However, the hotel room was spotless and comfortable and there were many restaurants and entertainment within a mile or two.

I stayed 1 night and checked in late and checked out early. The room was clean and more than what I expected. I got one king bed but there was a side room that had a fold out sofa bed. The hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful with directions.

If you like: Strip joints, liquor stores, and yelling and screaming in the hallways and parking lot, here you go. I was scared my car would be broken into at night.

if you're on a budget this property is a great budget choice. this is an older property that has been well maintained. Very clean by the staff. Great service with a smile. Excellent hot shower, flat scren and extra roomy room. The only thing I could suggest to be better is fitted sheets on the bed.

Excellent choice for the budget traveller. An older property but wonderfully maintained by a hardworking family. Very clean. Staff is eager to serve. Excellent bathroom and shower! Amenities are few but the price is excellent.

Hotel is located off of a highway "spur", in a neighborhood of warehouses and vacant lots. Very difficult to get to/from, despite apparent convenience on a map. The rooms in this hotel were actually nicer than expected. Comfortable and spacious with nice furniture and decor, as well as a recently renovated bathroom. The one thing that stood out to me was that they did not have a blow dryer individually for each room, it was pretty inconvenient having to borrow one and then take it right back. When showering the tub would fill up with water and clog a bit. It did have wi-fi though, that was great. And cable channels as well. It wasn't my worse experience yet, but […] can use improvements. Overall a decent hotel, unfortunately rather far away from downtown, it's 20 minutes to the next DART tram station which can only be reached by walking on the Highway for about a mile. Moreover there's a rifle range nearby that opens rather early. Apart form that: Friendly staff, big rooms and a nice hotel for that price.

Although the room was Non-smoking, we still get the smell of smoke from other smoking rooms and hall-ways. Over-all, OK for the money paid for the stay. Not even a convenient store in a walkable distance, but if you have a car, then no-problem.

The front desk people were awesome to deal with. the hotel smelt really good when we walked in and the room was very clean. i did like that the room had a frig and microwave and a new TV. I think really the only thing they need to do is to update their bed linens. There was only a fitted sheet, sheet, and bed cover. Great place to stay if you are just needing a place to sleep and shower, but don't plan on spending time in the room. No fitted sheets on the beds, just top sheets, so you are constantly trying to fix the sheets to be comfortable. Shower never got hot- it was warm at best.

The stay was excellent. The customer service was great, Sammy the manager is very professional and friendly. Over all a great deal for the service at a very good price. I will stay here on my next trips to Dallas.

The hotel is about what I expected for the price. It was fine for a cheap 1 night stay while on my way from Missouri to Houston. I wouldn't stay there on a romantic trip or a long family vacation. Its more of the type of place you stop in for a quick night then continue on your way. The pros to this hotel is that its inexpensive, the staff was very […] nice and welcoming, and it is close to some good Mexican restaurants. The area doesn't look super nice, but the Army National Guard is right around the corner so I'm sure it is safe enough. The cons are that it has an older feel and hasn't been very well maintained (with the exception of the bathrooms), it allows smoking which makes the whole hotel smell a little, and there aren't some of the features you'd want from a nicer hotel (breakfast, gym, etc). Overall: This hotel is great if you just need a cheap place to stay (i had no problems), but I wouldn't go here on a vacation. Læs mere

Made my reservation with the Hotels.com app and the owner/manager guy waited up until 4 a.m. to be there to check me in. He went out of his way to hurry through the check-in process so I could get to sleep. Really nice guy. The rooms are bigger than you'd expect. And they seem recently renovated. Very close to railroad tracks, though.

I booked this because it was fairly close to where we needed to be and instead of staying where we have in the past I decided to give this a try to save a little money, and especially since we were going to be out late and only sleeping for a few hours before gettting up and leaving. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed and not replaced […] in no telling how long. The lobby and parking lot was full of people that obvioulsy frequented the place and that made me feel very uncomfortable (and I'm a 28 year police officer) and I immediately told the man on duty that I would NOT be staying and as of over a week later I've still been charged for the room even though I was told I would not be. There were no reviews on this place when I booked it and I should have gone with my "gut feeling" and not booked a room to stay here but I've learned my lesson on this one. Whether my debit card is refunded the money or not, there is NO WAY I would have stayed and no way that I would recommend this place to anyone. Læs mere

Perfect! They were so much friendly since we arrived. Hotel rooms were great and it also had mini fridge and microwave, which really helped us out. Staff was super friendly. Close to I35, making it easy to move all around Dallas. I missed them already!
