"A fine place to sleep close to the airport"
Free transport to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Aircondition. Tv... all the usual comforts are there. The only minus was the promised wake up call didn´t come. So set your own alarm clock. I would come back if I need a place to sleep close to the airport another time.

Enjoyed my time here the place was clean and I enjoyed a evening dinner and a relaxing time by the pool.
"Good enough while intransit"
I had to take an early flight our of Trinidad and this hotel proved to be very convenient. Like most hotels in its class, there's nothing luxurious about it and the complimentary transfer to the airport makes it worthwhile.

Additional necessary items required in the rooms - kettle, ironing board, working refrigerator. The internet on the upper floor ws not working for two days. Good airport transfer service. About 10 min from the airport by car. Good hotel for a night rest in transit through Port of spain.

IN FEW WORDS... THE HOTEL IS OLD, DIRTY AND SMELLS VERY BAD.... IT IS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND IT HAS FREE SHUTTLE TO IT BUT BAD CONDITION HOTEL

Close to airport, hotel is in a very remote neigborhood, hotel and room is very old, some parts renovated, channel receptions bad on tv, distortions every 2 minutes, a lot of ups and down steps through building on ground floor, have to watch your steps all the time. Even in the bathroom, note: I was given a double bedroom on the ground floor, negative […] advise for family groups esp. with children, coz room is 2 small, Friendly staff at reception, only ok if u stay for one night to sleep or for transit. "A convenient accomodation for an overnight stay"
I stayed at this hotel for a night on my way to Tobago. It's conveniently located 5 minutes from the Piarco airport and it's a cozy comfortable place to stay for a night if you have a late night/early morning flight. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They offer a free shuttle from/to airport and the breakfast is included. I had a very pleasant […] stay there, the room was clean and air conditioned with a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean, with a hair dryer and clean towels. "Warm staff - excellent pool - a place to rest"
Quick air port pick up & drop off, a meal of your choice provided by friendly staff made to order, a complementary non-alcoholic wine at the pool, was satisfactory for the price being offered for a Basic room. The pool is very good. Thanks.
"Close to Airport"
Perfect for overnight if need to catch a flight next morning, service was good, but rooms were very old and even hotel is 5 minutes from airport it is located inside a not to nice neighborhood. Ok if you are traveling for business, not recommended if traveling on vacation.
"Airport Suites, Port of Port of Spain, Trinidad"
Hotel was fine. close to the airport and OK for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. Arrange for their car to pick you up and drop you off at the airport; saves having to deal with the "offers" of a taxi in the arrivals hall; it's free.. Don't expect much, it's purely a clean, comfortable bed for a night. Absolutely no frills.
"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION"
The Hotels.com ad for the hotel stated that the hotel was within 1200 ft of the hotel and implied that it was connected to the airport and a shopping mall. Neither could be further from the truth. It is located out on a field in a shabby neighborhood and is 10 minutes from the airport. The mall is another 15 minutes away. They do have free shuttles […] that will pick you up on time and cart you around. The fact that the pool was emptied of water and the lounge computer was broken was far more acceptable than the actual location description being so far off. "Airport Suites is more hostel than hotel."
Basically when we booked this hotel through hotels.com it was rated as a three star hotel and when we drove up to the property the first impression was a 3 star hotel... Well all that changed when we got to the front desk and then the guest rooms. Upon check-in we were handed our remote control for the TV, apparently there is too much theft to have […] the remotes remain in the room, not comforting. The first rooms we were given did not have an air conditioning unit, and considering Trinidad is almost always at about 85-90 degrees wit 100 humidity that was just not going to work. Also, when we opened the window to these rooms, it was a beautiful view of the hallway for the next set of rooms. Honestly why put a window in at all? It should be like an interior room on a cruise ship... Ok I digress... After the initial shock wore off we spoke with the guy at the front desk, who was VERY nice (honestly) and he apologized and said he had rooms with air conditioning units. He changed our rooms with no problem at all. The second room, had a view to the outside, but the air conditioning wouldn't go below 80 degrees and the room was about as big as a hotel room on a cruise ship (no joke), I am surprised they could fit a queen size bed in the room. Since there was nowhere within a mile or two to eat, we were forced to order room service. Well needless to say I went to bed hungry since my sandwich came with what appeared to be bugs crawling around on the plate (hhhmmm PROTEIN!! =o) ) . My wife’s food appeared to be fine, but I couldn’t eat any since I have a food allergy to dairy. OK… So I went to bed at my breaking point, but woke up thinking… ok this place is not fancy, but has the essentials… well that all changed when I went in to take a shower and all I got was cold water… needless to say I was refreshed from my night with no air conditioning, but that was the last straw… We were told there was a continental breakfast, but at 6am when we walked out there was no food setup, and Læs mere

Bliskosc lotniska sprawia, ze jest to idealne miejsce na przerwe w podrozy. Utrudniony dojazd do stolicy sprawia, ze hotel nie moze byc baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy tym bardziej do wypadu na plaze. Typowy hotel do przespania sie na 1 lub 2 noce.

lo bueno esta cerca del aereopuerto, lo malo no es multibilingue, con respecto al precio es muy caro para la calidad del hotel, se justificaria el precio por su cercania al aereopuerto ya que es el unico alrededor y cuenta con servicio de transporte gratuito

la atencion es buena, queda cerca del aeropuerto, te atienden amablemente, algo para criticar es que no fueron puntuales a la hora de pasar por mi en el aeropuerto y que la pagina dice que hay personal multilingue y no es verdad.
