This was the second time staying at this hotel. I love that they have the transportation to and from the airport. The room is clean, great size and is very comfortable. They also provide a full hot breakfast which is great. Staff is nice and courteous as well. I will be staying againg my next trip to Austin.

The hotel itself was clean and rooms comfortable. The staff could use some training in customer service, especially courtesy in general. The shuttle does not run 24 hours as I was told when making my reservation. Airport cab $15. I was told that they would call a cab for the morning and it was not followed through on. Our first room had door hanging off bar refrigerator but offered another room & apology made. There is little around the hotel, walk to anywhere other than usual chain restaurants was long. Bus stop at end of road. Local buses only $1 within one zone(that's a long way), or $2 for 24 hour pass. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Pool looked nice but […] didn't actually use it. I was annoyed because we had to stay an extra night because our event was delayed because of the weather. Staying an extra night was no problem, but they jacked up the price $103 on the third night because we did not book that one throught you!

We had a good stay. Clean room friendly staff. Had a bit of an AC leak the 2nd day but we were checking out so didn't bother us much. Worth it for a short stay.

Overall, we were happy with this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, and it was really convenient. The hotel staff was GREAT about arranging a shuttle. I was a little worried because our flight got in around 11:00 pm, but it wasn't a problem at all. Our room was on the first floor, which made me nervous because I read […] other reviews which mentioned the noise, but we didn't have any problems at all. The room was huge, and the beds were really comfortable, so that was a huge plus. My only issue, which would make me think twice about staying there again, was the parking. The parking lot is VERY small and was crowded. We were there for three nights: One night we had to circle for 20 minutes at 10:30 pm waiting for someone to leave so we could park, and another night we actually had to ask one of the front desk people to move their car (and double park it) so that we could park in their spot. Fortunately, they were leaving soon, and were really nice about it, because we would have had NO other options. The hotel is kind of secluded, and there isn't even any street parking or anything. We spoke to the manager in the morning, who was very nice about it and said she was aware of the situation, but that really doesn't help at night when you're circling a parking lot for the 10th time looking for a spot. I would definitely stay here again without a car, and I would like to stay with a car, but I would have to think about it with the parking situation. Læs mere

My fiance and I booked this hotel because we were coming to Austin to go to a concert. After arriving, we were very delighted with the hotel. Very clean, and friendly staff. No shade or umbrellas at the pool, lots of leaves in the pool. Everything else above standard, I wonder why the pool is ignored?

It was great. Spacious, clean rooms, modern decor, comfy beds. The breakfast was great, too, with something for everyone. What a cool waffle maker! Definitely recommend.

I found the room very nice and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel was marvelous!!!! Huge room and I do mean huge room for the money, close to the airport, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. All of the staff were friendly. I couldn't ask for a better stay but what exceeded my expectations is that the hotel offers free parking when staying as a guest. I left my car there for a month! I came back and all […] was well and no harm done. In fact, I was surprised when my car cranked up with no problem. We arrived at the hotel about 11:00 pm. Our room hadn't been given away. Check in was great and the lady that checked us in was very informative and friendly. The lobby and room were very clean and orderly.

So after that event, we made sure that we came back to the hotel in time enough so that we could get a parking spot. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel but the lack of parking was a bummer. After this experience I have learned that it is important to ask about easy access to parking PRIOR to making hotel reservations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff and shuttle driver were efficient, polite, and very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had only to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to return from the airport and take me to my flight. Breakfast was very nice...eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, etc. I would stay there again.

hotel was in great location, only problem was that there was alot of contruction at the time was added to traffic but other then that it was great. wasnt in way of austin traffic, there was waffle house close by and gas staion. boradway show was less then 10 miles away. access to main highway to go everyway with ease. bed was real comfy and so was couch, […] nice big tv, fidge and microwave came in handy alot for drinks and snacks. was very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anybody and would stay here again. A sweet clean scent greeted my tired nose as soon as I opened the door. The room was modern, stylish, perfect size and immaculate! Clean, Bright, Pleasant. Housekeeping service was A-1! The beds were very comfortable. I was given a choice of upstairs or down and chose upstairs for maximum quiet. Large closet with mirrored doors, fridge, microwave and […] coffee maker all clean, working and conveniently set up. Desk area was perfectly placed near the window. New flat panel television with easy view from across the room. The room was sound insulated and the only extraneous noise came from the hallway and outside. The only minus was that the shower pressure was lower than I would have liked, and the lighting in the bathroom was a tad dark for applying makeup. The rates were as quoted. The location was easy to find with easy access to Austin sights. Over all we spent 3 peaceful nights and will stay there next time we are in Austin! This is one of the 2 favorite hotels in our trip. The hotel is very new and clean, although in a bit of under-populated area. The bed was very comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed.

I checked in and my experience at the hotel was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. When I got up in the morning to get my coffee, the person that was in charge of the breakfast room was very friendly. They went out of their way to make us happy. We left the hotel and came back unexpected. They let us back in and had our room redone! We got a nice shower and nap with a bit of a late check out with no charge!

We like the hotel except the water in the shower head had nothing but a trickle. The walls were not insulated and everything from the rooms next door and above came through I spoke to the front desk and they said these are common remarks Too bad for such a well appointed facility

I stayed here having left it too late to get a sensibly-priced downtown hotel room for a conference there. The staff at this hotel seem to work very hard and do a very good job - e.g. the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked, transport from and to the airport was available within 15 minutes of requesting it, my refrigerator was repaired and then […] replaced as soon as I reported problems with it, and they were also very helpful in getting me a room on the top floor (I had to wait one night until they had more availability). The main downside of the hotel seems to be that the lower floors can get pretty noisy - it's not the most soundproofed building! I wore earplugs the first night but was still disturbed by thuds, banging doors and so on, and could hear people pounding about on the floor above me. However, the 3rd (top) floor is apparently often occupied by pilots who basically come there and sleep, and obviously you have no one above you, so once I moved there I found the rest of my stay very peaceful! Another downside is the 15-20 minute walk to the main bus stop if you don't have a car (this is to catch the #100 bus, the airport flyer - only $1 per trip or $2 per day when I was there!) However, I think there is another bus that connects to this one and comes close to the hotel, and if you have a car there's free parking. Læs mere

The room was ideal for the business traveler. Free wifi. No channel guide for the TV made it nearly impossible to navigate. Never was able to find HBO. Free continental breakfast. Only stayed one night prior to a flight home but was not at all dissapointed. The entire hotel was spotless, the beds some of the most comfortable ever in a hotel room and the breakfast began at 5:00 am. This was very much appreciated when you have an early flight.

This was a great hotel, tucked away from the highway so you didn't have to listen to all of the traffic noise. One thing I really appreciated was that they allow you to park your car for free for up to 14 days with a reservation! Definitely saves on parking fees at the airport!
