Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til Inner Harbor. Den første nat oplevede vi larm fra hotellets andre gæster (en større gruppe unge der formentlig havde været en tur i byen), mens den anden nat var rolig. Vi besluttede os for en ekstra overnatning og det var intet problem - bortset fra at rengøring af værelset kiksede, men for et todages ophold er det mindre […] væsentligt. The stay was very relaxing and comfy, we were located on the first floor which kind of sucked because I wanted to see a view of the city. The staff was very polite and friendly, one issue was the maid just knocking and barging at the same time in our room. A little peeved but, not too big of an issue. The stay was magnificent! The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on air. The room/hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast had a very good selection. I enjoyed making my own waffles. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I didn't have to pay the $15 for parking because on the weekends, you can park for free […] on the street. Everything was fine till the bed bugs took over my fiancées body. So maybe cleaning up a little bit will upgrade the ratings for this hotel

it was a very nice experience it is a great location to have a romantic place that you can go to the harbor but not have to worry about the crowds....plus the rates are great

Amazing no black tea at breakfast! Juice machine not working. And the person in charge of the breakfast was passive aggressive. Crying child in room next door. thin wall. Unable to move me to another room, as hotel was full. turns out that many families w children stay as it is close to a hospital. Neighborhood is sketchy.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Did not like the price an additional $15 for parking and that it was advertised in inner harbor, and was in fact, not. However, we had a great time there, everyone was more than friendly, it was clean, and comfortable.

We appreciated the convenient location, furnishings, and cleanliness of our one night stay. The free shuttle to Johns Hopkins, however, was not available as the driver did not show up. The shuttle reportedly runs from 7:00 AM, we waited until 7:20 then gave up and drove over. We asked for our $15 parking fee to be reimbursed, and the hotel readily  […] complied. Læs mere

I had to have surgery in Baltimore, and needed a room for the night before. When I booked the room, we were just looking for some place to sleep the night before. When we got there, we were very impressed by the up to date and modern decor, the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. It is a fairly small hotel, but it is kept well […] maintained. The rooms were very nice! They were big enough to be comfortable with two people moving around and had very high ceilings, which seemed to open the space up even more. I thought the mattress of the king bed slept great, but my husband did not. If you like a firm mattress, you will love these! The location is very convienent. It was only about a 2 minute car ride to Johns Hopkins, and a 4 block walk to the Inner Harbor. We arrived later in the evening, and left early the next morning, so we didn't stay long, but definitely wish we could have! It was a very nice place to relax before having to go in for surgery. If we ever go back to Baltimore, we will definitely be staying that this hotel! No questions asked!!!! Læs mere

Breakfast was great! Not alot of places have full hot breakfasts anymore, it was very good!

For the price it offers, this hotel is a gem in the downtown area and closeby to attractions. I stayed at the hotel for business purposes and was very pleased with the cleanliness, the size of the room, and contemporary style of the room and lobby. If you don't mind walking 10 minutes, there are a number of restaurants and Whole Foods by the port. For the price, this hotel is excellent value .I would highly recommend it. Only stayed for 1 night ,but it was a nice to meet the staff ,who were more than helpful

Despite calling itself "Inner Harbor" the hotel is 1/2 mile plus from the harbor in a neighborhood that isn't the greatest (came out of the hotel in the early afternoon to find 4 cop cars in front of the hotel and a guy in cuffs laying on the sidewalk). The hotel itself is nice and the staff friendly, but the parking lot is not big enough. I paid for […] a parking pass when I checked in, but after going out to dinner came back to find I had to park on the street. Desk staff quickly refunded my parking fee. Again a nice hotel at a decent price, but next time I'll spend a few extra bucks and get a little closer to the harbor (with valet parking or a decent sized lot). Læs mere

Great location, short walk to the water front. very clean and oddly large rooms! Staff was very nice!

Comfortable, clean room and a great breakfast.

The King size room was comfortable and clean maybe too big and poorly designed, with that much room you could add a couch for better comfort.You don't always want to watch tv in bed or business chair. Bigger TV would be a plus with better reception. Worse part , no bath tub!!! Please add one now! People of all walks enjoy soaking in bathtubs after long […] drives and flights. I am one of them! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly but unfortunately we were next to the elevator so we didn't sleep well thanks to some rude neighbors who were providing hallway therapy at 3:00 am. Request a room away from the elevators!

The hotel is modern. The rooms are very comfortable, very good beds. It is a non smoking hotel and unfortunately some guests smoke outside in front of the hotel and carry the cigarette odor back inside with them. The room I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette odor. The hotel was booked solid with cruise ship passengers. I was unable to switch […] rooms til the next morning.. The management upgraded me to a nicer suite due to the first night experience. I had a good experience with the desk staff, they were very helpful with directions. Next door is a bus stop for the free bus that goes all around town. So that is convenient if you are not bringing a car. The breakfast buffet is a nice perk, too. Læs mere

Within walking distance of Powerplant -- a very diverse entertainment venue for crowds in their 20's-30's. Very helpful front desk staff. Parking was readily available, but tight and only suggested for mid-size sedans and smaller.

Resonable priced hotel....not much to the room but comfy.....parking is HORRIBLE.....if u have somewhere to go and will be arriving back to the hotel late 9 times out of 10 u will have to park on the street so do not pay the $15 to use hotel parking unless u don't plan on moving ur car!!!! This hotel was close to the inner harbor but not so close that it was overpriced. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the aquarium and we were also able to walk to Fell's Point and Federal Hill. I stayed over night and had a great experience. The accommodations were clean and very pleasant. I was able to park for free on the street directly across from the hotel entrance (street parking is free between 6pm-8am). I had no issue with noise or anything else. The morning breakfast was standard but all I needed. I would definitely stay again.

The room is located right next to a trucking company and near a bad neighborhood. Trucks honk every time they go out. The view is terrible and the staff is not very pleasant. Plus there is no refridgerator or safe in the room. Parking also costs you to park at the hotel. I have never been so unhappy with a hotel in my life.

Although the hotel was advertised as pet friendly, it was Not convenient to walk your dog in that neighborhood.

No regret.

Street parking was really easy to find and it's free overnight.

wow!!everything and everyone was TOP notch!! room was huge!! awesome beds, flat screens with 60 channels and bathrooms that were impressive!! new water pik-style shower heads with great pressure!! hot breakfast buffet in morning, laundry and fitness on premises!! even had comp lemonade at front desk!! are you kidding me?? all this for a far less rate […] than the big names! a short walk to nightlife or dining or if weather is unpredictable, a short cab ride. if your business or pleasure is in baltimore, this is a great value!! This is a decent hotel, especially for the money. It is close to Inner Harbor attractions; an easy walk. We walked to the Rams Head/PowerPlant Live area at night, and it was fine.

This is a brand new hotel so everything is in great shape, but they need some minor rethinking. Only two skimpy towels in a beautiful bathroom, no soap dish, and other minor things they will think about soon. Paper thin walls had us listening to the guest next door cough all night. Most importantly, the hotel is just a couple of blocks further from […] downtown than we wanted to be. To get to the Baltimore Harbor area, we had to walk past the homeless church park and "Urine Alley" to get to what would be considered the tourist area. Hotel is obviously new so clean and well-kept. Free continental breakfast. Reasonable rates. 10 minute walk to little Italy and inner harbor.

The hotel is on the other side of the freeway. It is necessary to pay $15 to park a car, or park on the street - which is plentiful, but not someplace you want to go in the dark.

Very nice hotel; was surprised at the great price--for being so close to the Inner Harbor. Parking was a bargain also, compared to other hotels I looked into. $12/night in a lot adjacent to the hotel. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice hotel-staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel does not offer shuttle service to Inner Harbour. Also, watch your credit card bill. Booked hotel thru Hotels.com and was charged additional 254.91 by the hotel for no reason. Three calls to the hotel & manager will not return call. I was told on the third call that the hotel had made a mistake and […] our account was credited (oddly on the day of the 1st call) but almost a month later, have not seen the credit on the credit card. We were there for one night only and just to see a concert at a local venue. The hotl was very close to the venue (3 blocks) as well as the water front (5 blocks) so it very well located. We go to Baltimore on a regular basis and have stayed in quite a few different hotels there and this one was by far the worst. It is close to the inner harbor but unfortuantley it's in one of the worst neighborhoods. I was shocked when we drove up to the hotel, there are homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks and walking up and down the streets. […] Then as we were walking up the street we found out why...there is a park right next to the hotel where all of the homeless live. We felt very unsafe. We had a two night reservation but only stayed for one night. When we went to check out the clerk couldn't even help us. She had no idea what to do when someone checked out early. So, we called hotels.com and they tried to help us but when they called the hotel they said the computers were down. The other thing was the parking. They say they have parking for cheaper then the normal rate for Baltimore, but then we figured out why. Parking is first come first serve so they can't guarantee that there will be parking. The parking lot is small and they share it with the Holiday Inn Express next door. We were just happy our car was still there the next morning. The rooms were nice and clean but it wasn't enough to make us want to stay the extra night. Læs mere

Loved this hotel. Loved the modern decor and colour of the room. Couldn't get over the high ceilings.Great free breakfast, and withing walking distance of the inner harbour and right around the corner from all the great restaurants in Little Italy. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel represented excellent value. Quite new with good sized rooms, excellent bathrooms and a modest, but acceptable, included breakfast, it was a pleasant abode.
