Hotellet ligger centralt, og giver muligehed for at have et 'hjem' i byen. Der er lidt for mange døre at åbne og lukke, eller er alt perfekt.

Et rigtig dejligt og velholdt hotel lige midt i Manchester centrum. Det ligger tæt på det hele og dog ikke lige i midten. Værelserne var rigtig flotte og store. Vi havde ikke forventet en stor to-værelses lejlighed, men det fik vi og det var lækkert. Lejligheden blev dog overhovedet ikke gjort rent under vores fem dages ophold, ligesom håndklæderne […] ikke blev skiftet. Just very noisy in the evening because there is a bar street near it.

The Atrium is great value for money- much better than a hotel. Clean and comfortable, and very good shower. Door knob to the bedroom came off a couple of times, and not much tea and coffee provided, but those are my only very minor quibbles.

Very central location. No parking but NCP very near by. The room was fine but a little dated and basic. The main problem with it was there was no view outside insteadi looked out onto some grubby roof with lots of litter n cigarette stumps.

Perfectly fine for a business trip. Only downside: the reception is very classy, but beyond that things could do with a slight facelift. The rooms themselves are ok in a sort of soulless 90s corporate kind of way. And the stairwells are a bit dingy. It's no big deal though. This appartment was great, the only down side is you should pre book a microwave if you want one and the are is quite noise at night as it is right in the centre. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise great.

It's hard to get to sleep because of the late revellers partying. Be prepared to enter a smelly elevator but that's down to the apartments located by a canal. Overall the apartment is very reasonable and it's walking distance to a lot of places.

We had no hot water at all during our stay. The weather was freezing and my partner had been working away, so was desperate for a hot shower. The water was cold, we phoned and was offered the use of another room to shower in, but this was a couple of hours later. We were told this was a tempory fault but the same happened in the morning.

Really enjoyed our time here. It was a quiet nice apartment that was a lot better than the impression we got from the website. They also had the option to rent DVDs (not up to date) which was nice after a long day out. Easy to get around from the place, and the staff were really good.

Have to say amazing location, but due to the amazing location, it is a bit loud since it is right off Canal St. So if you don't plan on partying all night this may not be the right place for you - or bring ear plugs! Otherwise, enjoyed my stay. Liked the apartment style hotel!

Just on a quick visit to see a friend in Manchester. Very cold day and a bad journey made up up for by the Hotel. Though the check in was a little clinical and cold it was very efficient. Room was fine. A hospitality pack would have been nice, proper milk and some brekky bits n pieces.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The apartment we stayed in (studio apartment) was exactly as it's pictured! Nice and cosy for what it was! Location is brilliant too, close to the stations and other places in Manchester However a few cons - the windows, particularly the window above the bed which those in the car park could see straight into […] our room (not too great but can't blame the hotel for this), bathroom was quite small and also the smell in the lift. this hotel is very conveniently located. close to chinatown and a short walk to piccadily gardens and the shops as well as right opposite canal street. the apartments have all that is needed within them but the bedroom and front room are so big the place looks quite bare and echo like. i stayed here for two nights. on neither night did i stay in the […] whole evening and i dont think i could have because it didnt feel very cosy. however, great location and reasonable price for an apartment Læs mere

The reception was good, the room was spacious and well equipped, however! Being an eves room with very limited window opening, it was extremely hot. The noise from the streets of Manchester on a Saturday night meant the partying went on until at least 5am. ? is there a night club nearby.

Great location with very good kitchen facilities, We had a very clean and quiet apartment,easy access to cultural places of interest, shopping, hospitality and public transport.

This hotel would be a good choice if you need, or are OK with, an apartment-style accommodation. There's no restaurant or real room service to speak of. Rooms are very large & nice (well-appointed) with kitchenettes. There's some unimportant wear & tear on items within the room (e.g. a scratch here or there) that you wouldn't fix even in your nice house, […] but a Westin or Hyatt staff would be fixing it right away. The hallway on the first floor smelled a bit funky (mold?), but the rest of the hotel, including the room was very clean & fresh. I'd like to caveat this review from tue perspective of someone who paid a discounted rate, otherwise it would not have seemed such good value overall. Stayed for Manchester Pride 2011, four nights, room overlooking Princess Street. Positives are; • the room was very convenient • it had all the essentials you could need for a short stay • hotel staff […] were very friendly and pleasant Negatives are; • fixtures and fittings were a dated and tired, specifically; most windows were painted shut, internal glazing in bedroom didn't reduce outside noise anywhere near enough, two seat sofa was tiny and damaged/uncomfortable, laminate floor was heavily marked and scratched • the room stank of the curry buffet on the corner of whitworth street / princess street, with the windows open. It also periodically smelled of sewage, and this is common to the stairwells and corridors of central house, disgusting. • they only provide a weekly maid service, which neglects their short term guests, I would expect the apartment to be cleaned during a four day stay, hence bring your own loo roll • entertainment in the room is archaic. I was grateful for all the sky sports channels though. No free wireless Internet nowadays is unforgivable. I solved the iPod problem by taking along an RCA-to-3.5mm jack cable and it worked like a dream in the tiny stereo. Television was an old analog unit, not flatscreen, CRT with an awful picture, I had to rescan the channels to get them all myself Don't get me wrong, this was good value for money. Stay there but don't go with sky high expectations. I would not want to have paid full price for what I got and for a boozy weekend it was acceptable. Ideal base for a city break. Near to train & bus stations & walking distance for city centre. No AC but 2 fans supplied & left the windows open through out the night. V busy street outside which would be a problem for poor sleepers. Overall worked out perfect for this mother & teenage son for a city / football weekend.

Excellent apartment!

We chose this hotel to finish off our trip to the UK knowing that we could cook our own meals, relax in a more home-like setting, clean our dirty laundry and be close to the sites we wanted. This truly is a wonderful building, but there will be many steps and small doors to contend with before and after access to the small elevator. our room was clean, […] rather spacious, and contained all the elements we expected. The staff were accommodating, but not overly friendly or courteous and when we expressed our displeasure about the laundry facilities we were met with a sarcastic response. As for the laundry facilities, they are pathetic at best if one considers that it took over 4.5 hours to do one load of whites and one load of coloured clothes. The washers and dryers are low-level "household" machines that aren't capable of meeting the demands of the guests and the hotel itself as they are also used by staff to clean bedspreads, linens and other washables. One washer was broken, and I would hanker a bet that it would take about as much time to call a repairman as it would to make and laminate the sign that notified guests of the situation and apologizing for any inconvenience. The dryers must vent through well over 30 feet of hose (most completely vertical) which end up venting directly into the room adding to the heat and humidity. The clothes took forever to dry. The elevator shaft is apparently opened to Manchester's sewers system through a manhole cover (as once again explained by one of the silly self-made and laminated signs apologizing for the inconvenience). The sewer gasses were far from pleasant, in fact they were unbearable, so we spent a great deal of time walking the stairs up and down four flights to avoid the ghastly smells. I would recommend this place to others but not to expect complete satisfaction in regards to doing ones own laundry or believing that the elevator will ever smell clean. Nice, clean room only problem I have experienced is with the pre authorisation of £100 you have to give as this doesn't get automatically returned to you after your stay.

The only issue was the confusing 'by Bridge St' when there is no Bridge St - this is the name of the hotel chain. They specialise in serviced apartments and this was very competitive compared with a 4 star hotel room with the added bonus of a lounge, cooking facilities, DVD and CD. What's not to like? It was better then expected. Why stay in a hotel when I can have a flat all to myself for the same price? It's a must see!

suitable for single young people looking for a great location close to all the nightlife and not too concerned about comfort or cleanliness. on the other hand not great for the over 50s who are interested in a good nights sleep .i found the living area and kitchen very small

These are great apartments, it's like having your own place in the heart of Manchester. Little things like a stereo in the living area makes these rooms home from home. Also the location is fantastic with everything being only a short walk away. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now when I visit again.

This property was a great location for having nights out on Canal Street. It also wasn't too far of a walk from MEN Arena and is in city centre. We chose it for its Canal Street proximity and it served that purpose very well. The rooms are apartment style, and were all very clean and simply decorated. Not cozy enough to stay in and relax, but not terrible […] either. It was a suitable hotel and recommend to anyone visiting and looking for a good city centre location. Læs mere

This is the best place to see the city of Manchester.
