Et godt hotel. Selv om det ligger ved større vej høres denne ikke. Resturranter ligger der flere gode af ca. 10 min. gang fra hotellet.

This hotel is less than 1 year old and we enjoyed it's cleaness, breakfast, rooms, TV, fridge, etc... A great experience for our family.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. On east side of Syracuse, but not too far from the city and the Carrier Done. My son loved the pool. Only issue I had was finding the hair dryer....its hanging in the closet!!

My only complaint is the hotel shuttle is not for all hotel guests. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from downtown Syracuse and my room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I visit Syracuse often and we have stayed here twice. We will definitely choose this hotel again. The staff is friendly and polite, rooms are clean and modern and they have a delicious free breakfast. My only complaint is the mysterious charge pending on my credit card for $20 that I will be investigating.

new hotel still clean and fresh great breakfast buffet huge rooms

I spent my first year anniversary with my girlfriend here at the springhill suites and I found it be a great hotel. The service was great not to mention the breakfast was good in the morning. We went to Franscesca's a italian restrauant in Syracuse and it was only 10 minutes away. If I had to recomend any hotel it would most definitely be this one.

The hotel is a 13 min. drive to the fairgrounds, easy to get to. It was a good location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with suggestions to resturants and printed us directions to a place we wanted to find. We had a King suite for a great price. The room was very nice and clean. The room itself was super tidy but the cleaning person didn't come while we were gone. Other than this the hotel was comfy, food was great, pool was fun and we had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We did upgrade to a larger room, but all rooms seemed to be of sufficient size and comfort. The hotel had some unique characteristics that we found interesting. The lobby is small unlike other hotels and the design is more modern than we have experienced except for the LeMeridian Hotels. It was also very clean. What […] a surprise it was to see the manager check out the rooms after housekeeping cleaned it before giving his OK. Nice to see such attention to detail! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only problem we encountered was the thermostat. It was either too hot or cold, not consistent. Also, would recommend that a curtain be put on the storage room window so you can't see in as you walk up to the front door. All in all a very enjoyable stay! Læs mere

Love this hotel! This hotel is new and it shows. Room was very neat and clean. Comfortable stay overall. Free complementary breakfast included Belgian waffles. Would def recommend.

The only thjng I could possibly complain about was the fact that there was just one bar of soap in the room instead of the usual two. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep while on the road, and the breakfast spread is excellent.
