Hotellet har en super placering, gå afstand til Six Flags forlystelsespark, Texas Rangers ball park, det super flotte nye Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Six Flags vandland, så masser af aktiviteter lige ved døren, morgenmad er super fin, mulighed for frisk lavet omelet eller vaffel, god buffet. Restauranten god mad, ellers pizza hut og Starbucks på hotellet. lækkert poolområde og solterrasse. alt var overventning, til en rimelig pris.
Placering.
Hotel Texas Fort Worth er i det historiske kvarter, ligger i Fort Worth og er tæt på Fort Worth Kreaturindelukke, Billy Bob's Texas og LaGrave Field. I nærheden er også Sundance Square og Bass Performance Hall.

"O. Man"
Awful hotel stink hotel service stunk Aswome location but awful service and I wish I could get my money back. Don't put yourself through having to deal with this place or those people. But the stockyards were Aswome.
"Perfect for Partying"
I had a show at The Basement Bar in the Stockyards and this room was perfect for me to use to get ready and stumble home to at the end of the night. The rooms are Cowboy themed, which I thought was really cute. It was small, but perfect for just a place to lay my head. My only complaint really would be that the room only had a teeny standup shower and […] no tub, I usually like to take baths at hotels because it is fancy. I also got a smoking room, but it actually didn't smell too bad and the windows opened so it didn't bother me at all. I spent the afternoon in my room with the windows open letting the music from the street filter in (but the BBQ smell filtered in too, so I had to go eat). All in all, I will for sure be staying here again. It ain't 5 star, but it isn't pretending to be either. Quaint, comfy, and perfect for a night. Læs mere

"Hotel Texas Fort Worth Stockyards"
I read a lot of bad reviews before deciding to check it out for myself and I'm glad I did. Seriously, its not that bad at all. Kinda cute really. Had no problems with the front desk staff. The girl who checked me in was a sweetie and the lady was really nice too. Its not 5 star and doesn't claim to be. I'd stay here again for sure. There is a big grocery […] store right round the corner with an awesome bakery cooking fresh bread etc. Buy water to clean your teeth, Texas water tasted a bit feral to me. Great location. Cool bars, saloons and shops. Check out the Cross eyed moose and other stores either side of that, forget the names. And the saloon across the road from that, cheap beers and great staff and atmosphere. Billy Bob's is walking distance and pretty cool place to check out too. Læs mere

If you're looking for a place to lay your hear that's in walking distance of the Stockyards & doesn't cost an arm & leg, this is the place. If you're looking for someplace quiet, comfortable & nice then look elsewhere. Doubt we'll go back
"Disgusting"
My co-worker and I stayed for three days. Jan 20-22. The location is very good because it is in old Fort Worth and we could walk everywhere. We were sceptical because we stayed there last Feb but thought we would give it another try since all the other in that locatin hotels were booked. This is not a place i would recommend. Everthing is extremely […] dated and dirty. Dirty carpets, old and dated linens, curtains.The shower ran cold. My co-worker had to change rooms because the toilet leaked from his room to the office downstairs. The staff is rude and unconcerened by complaints. No internet service as advertised. Actually this place should be condemned or at least taken off hotel.com's recommended list. Læs mere

"Hotel Texas Fort Worth"
Close to everything you want to see in Fort Worth: shops, restaurants, bars with live country music... Great location, descent room but unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist.
"What a dump"
Ok, so i usually don't write reviews, but for this one i had to warn others. First off i'll start with the only good thing about this place, its close to the Stock Yards. Now everything else was horrible. Our room was anything but one, it looked like an old 1930's bedroom that never got remodeled. The sink wasn't even in the bathroom, it was in the […] room itself! Oh and the water that came out of the shower, smelled horrible. The carpet was filthy, there was no room to put any of our luggage. The tv was a 20" that got 10 channels, and most of them were fuzzy. The bed was falling apart. When the heat turned on it sounded like there were mice or something running around in the vents. Our phone couldn't even call to the front desk, it just constantly had a busy signal, so i actually had to get online on my cell phone and get the # to call the front desk. Then at 8 am i could hear the person next door taking a shower and blowing their nose and clearing their throat, it was so disgusting. And the lady at the front desk doesn't seem to care about anything other than talking on her phone, she was just blatantly rude. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy, especially for the price i paid, i could have just gone somewhere outside of the Stock Yards and paid for a taxi to go down there. this is a dated hotel however it fit in with the stockyard area. when we checked in they tried to charge us again for the room. the owner/manager(?) came in and explained to the clerk that no it had been paid. it is next to a bar so if you want to go to bed early or need quiet this is not the place for you. then when we checked out it was early in the […] morning and no one was around... over all it wasn't bad especially for the location. if you are wanting a large chain hotel with all the ammenities do not stay here but if you want to walk around and back to your hotel from a late night this is perfect Læs mere
"Weekend stay"
The Hotel was dated but not unexpected as the location to the Stockyards was more important. The room was clean and stocked with the basics, there were some maintenance issues that should be addressed,staff not overly freindly but again I had researched before booking and seemed a common thread. "Nothing to drink"
I have stayed several times at this hotel. My husband and I love visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards and this hotel is walking distance for everything!! The bus #1 from downtown runs directly in front of the hotel. They are very sweet and accommodating. There is just only 1 issue that really needs addressing. There is nothing to drink. No Coffee, No […] water, No drink machine, no ice machine.... Nothing! So if the price and location is what you are looking for... this is the place!! "Stockyards Excellence"
This hotel is the perfect overnight stay for visiting the many places in the Stockyards. The rooms are roomy and clean. We had read reviews about noise but we didn't experience any deep night distractions. Just park your car and visit! Perfect vacation to the 'Yards.
"Hotel Texas-walk out the door into the Stockyard"
Hotel Texas isn't fancy and does not have good service, but if you are looking to enjoy the Stockyards it's location is perfect. It is literally right in the Stockyards and a very short walk To Billy Bob's.

I have seen other reviews on this hotel that are not very complimentary. However, we were very satisfied with our accommodations. As we expected, there was quite a bit of guest noise around 1 - 2 am as the bars closed and we noticed it more because we were at the back of the hotel close to the back door. "Hotel Forth Worth - Stockyard Special"
The hotel was okay, much better than the reviews I read. it was a little noisy, but we were out until all the restaurants and bars were closed, so it didn't affect our sleep. The staff wasn't very friendly. The bedspread was not in good shape, but the room was clean. The best part - it was just a stroll to everywhere we wanted to go.
"Comfort"
The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone coming in and out all hours of the night. Breakfast is cold cereal. I needed something to drink but by 9:15 there was nothing left. The hotel has a Historical feel and is very close to everything! I will return, but will pack my soda.

"it's very close to the main street"
The nice thing about this hotel is that it's very close to the main street and you can walk to all the places. But the woman from the hotel was absolute not friendly. For us it is very inportant to use our labtop. But we needed the code for the conection and the one she gave us was not working. She didn't help us further.
