Clarion Inn Dollywood Area - Pigeon Forge

Our stay here was wonderful. Very friendly staff. The breakfast that was included was wonderful! Would definetly stay here again.

The hotel was perfect. The lazy river was nice along with the patio fire. Rooms were awesome for the rate we paid...only downside is it states clarion at dollywood..when dollywood is approx 5 miles away..5 miles is a lot when traffic is involved...but over all great stay walking distance to strip mall and fun parks and great restaurants...

Wonderful Stay!! Love this place! Diffently will stay again. Nice clean rooms. Indoor pool was nice and warm. Everyone was kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Everything about our stay at Clarion Inn at Pigeon Forge was wonderful. The rooms were very nice, clean, organized, and comfortable. We will definately be staying again and letting everyone know how wonderful it was! The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had.

My husband and I visit Pigeon Forge frequently and will DEFINITELY stay here again. The rooms are quite comfortable and the bedding is comparable to Hilton, but much cheaper. We decided upon this motel based upon TripAdvisor and were more than satisfied. Everything was very clean and modern. The room service was top notch. The pool had late hours (2:00am) and warm water. The free breakfast was as good as you would expect to pay for at most restaurants. If you made me find something to complain about, it would be that the […] free cookies in the evening didn't last long enough and the free lemonade was not the best. Everyone was very friendly. The front desk has coupons for just about everything, and can make reservations for most shows. The breakfast was great, and we would return again. Minutes from Gatlinburg.

Very helpful staff everything was extra clean. My only complaint is they need more tubes for the lazy river!

This was our 3rd stay at the property. Everything was just as perfect as the first time! Let's see where to start. Maybe the free snow cones @ the pool or the free hot cookies, lemonade & popcorn in the evenings. Breakfast was better than I've had at some of the local places. 5 stars all the way!

This hotel is ok, but if you are staying for the lazy river, DO NOT stay here! It's a pathetic water area overall but the "lazy river" is a total joke. It's a lazy circle at best. Total distance around can't be more than 50 feet, maybe 100 feet if I am being generous. You'd better hope three other people don't to join in or it's going to be full. Totally […] lame. Great Family place

PROS: Convenient location, nice facilities, massage chairs, decent breakfast. CONS: Understaffed. Key did not work on second day, had to wait almost 20 minutes to have it fixed. Bed cover was soiled.

this is a great hotel .the staff was very friendly and helpful.if you have kids this is a great hotel for them .will be staying here again

This is a clean, quiet, and well-maintained hotel. It sits just off of the main strip, but is still within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and other places to visit. Outstanding service and friendliness. We didn't have a shower curtain when we arrived. It was replaced in less than five minutes after I notified the front desk with apologies from the manager in person. That's the way to handle a problem. The rooms were very cean and updated. The breakfast room was wonderful. It was more like a breakfast bar, with anything you would want. They make waffles to your specifications. There is fresh fruit, cereal,hot or cold, and much, much more to choose from.

This Hotel is a very clean & nice place to stay. The parking lot is well lit. It is very easy to access. The staff was helpful, courtesy & friendly. Loved the area. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and so was the chief. A great assortment of balanced food.

We arrived at this new hotel hoping for a beautiful weekend in the Smokies. Check-in was very efficient and the staff was very friendly. We wanted a king room, but they are limited and we booked on hotels.com for a great rate for two queens. The queens were comfortable and had the nice plush comforters with lots of pillows! I have to say that this hotel […] was one of the CLEANEST ones I have stayed at in a long while! The decor of the rooms were very modern with the flat screen tvs. We did rent a movie...but they did not have dvd players. All of the rooms I believe had a balcony and the hotel was very close ot everything in Pigeon Forge! They also have a full breakfast for FREE every morning. When we went down the first morning, the breakfast room was full, but they had a manager directing guests to a conference room down the hall. I thought this was very nice and have not been in any other hotel that would open up their conference room for guests to eat in. For those Elvis fans, I believe they have Elvis there on a nightly basis with free popcorn. They also offer horse carriage rides on the weekend nights! Would definitely recommend to anyone! This hotel was amazing! It was conveniantly located next to shops and attractions. The hotel had a nice balcony, comfy beds, and was very clean! I really enjoyed my stay here and would saty again!
