Utrolig god service og dejligt værelse/lejlighed, fantastisk mad i den lille restaurant. Morgenmaden var ikke lige i vores smag, men den kan man finde let i lidt gå afstand fra hotellet, eller hvis man har en lejlighed som vores med fordel lave den selv. Dejlig oplevelse

Kan varmt anbefale hotellet der tilbyder noget for enhver smag. Personalt var yderst venlige og hjælpsomme og opgraderede os gratis til en suite da de desværre ikke havde vores værelse klar da vi ankom 2 timer for tidligt. Det kan man sq kalde service. Lokationen kunne med shopping for øje være bedre, men med under 5 minutters gang til en tube station […] oplevede vi aldrig det som et problem. Læs mere

This is a super hotel at a very accessible location in close proximity to both the tube and train(approx 2-3 mins walk). It is also within walking distance of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Spittalfields (or a short bus journey from outside the hotel). The hotel amenities are excellent including a Michelin star restaurant. (However, you need to book this […] a couple of weeks in advance to make sure you get in.) Also, I cant say enough for the staff, the concierge service was excellent. Bethnal Green isn’t the prettiest area but we had absolutely no problems. As I said this hotel is top notch, so for the price this is an excellent option for those more adventurous travelers who don’t mind seeing a bit of colour/real life. Læs mere

Nice hotel, good service, had to call about a few maintenance issues multiple times which we're never resolved but not deal breakers. Would definitely stay here again. Compare it to a nice Hyatt with amost Ritz service.

Very friendly hotel staff, gd location for halal food. Accessible to city centre by Cenral line. Newly furnished room. Blown away by the kitchenette which was hidden behind a panel - AWESOME! They even changed the bed sheet/comforter set at night when my daughter wet the bed.

Our recent stay at the Town Hall hotel was really fantastic. The "room" was really a studio apartment complete with full kitchen, espresso machine and washer/dryer. Everything was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The furniture was mainly mid-century vintage pieces reupholstered in modern fabrics. The bathroom was ultra modern and luxurious with […] one of the deepest tubs I've ever had the pleasure of soaking in. In addition to the lovely room, the hotel itself is really interesting having been built in and around the old Town Hall building. The restaurants and bar are top notch, too. We ate at the Corner Room, the smaller and less expensive restaurant and our meal was really fantastic (better than our meal at St. John the night before!). The bar downstairs had great, fresh cocktails and extremely knowledgeable bartenders in an intimate setting. Although it is not located in the best or most convenient neighborhood, the underground and bus stops are just two blocks away, making it very easy to get to the center of town. We were upgraded to a ground floor apartment as soon as we arrived because of the length (11 days) of our stay. We were very pleased. The room was a spacious contemporary apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette including cook top, sink, dw, mw, even a washer/dryer, espresso machine, electric pot for boiling water rapidly, a full compliment of china […] and silverware and a tea pot. The bathroom had a deep soaking tub with a shower head, plenty of towels hanging from a towel warmer and even a rubber ducky. The apt. also had a Samsung flat screen TV, lounge seating, a small dining table and a large (king), very comfortable bed with good quality linens including a warm and cozy duvet. There were huge windows with heavy curtains that could be drawn to completely darken the room. There were shear curtains as well. The staff was very upbeat, courteous, and responsive and, well, fun actually. My can of shaving was taken by airport security. The hotel without hesitation provided me with tubes of cream before I was unpacked. They also provided two vouchers for complimentary cocktails at the bar and every evening there were 2 handmade filled truffles waiting for us on the kitchen counter. On a couple of nights only one truffle appeared. I jokingly told the staff that we had to fight over the one and that there should be two as there were on the first few nights. They laughed. On our last night a bowl of 6 truffles were left. The Bethnal Green tube (subway train) station and bus stops were 5-10 minutes away. It is on the Central line which connects to every other line and made getting anywhere pretty easy. In combination with the buses you can reach every nook and cranny in London. An Oyster card is a must for this. When heading out ask the staff for directions and have them check for sections of public transportation that might be closed. Food in Cornor Room very disaponting. The area the hotel is located has no other restaurants I would recommend, so please ensure you have eaten before you arrive at hotel. The restaurant the hotel did recommend was horrific. Hotel beautiful, staff great, but unfortunatly the lack of amenities in the area is poor.

I enjoyed my stay immensely at the town hall hotel and apartments.Staff were excellent and the room was very modernised.I would recommend it to anybody who wishes to stay

If you want to stay in a fabulous hotel in the heart of a very trendy area this is the one for you. However, out of towners should know that this is not a central London location, nor is it a very attractive location. Bethnal Green, although super trendy, is in one of the poorest boroughs in London and this should be taken in into when considering this […] as a hotel option. For us it was perfect, it was exactly where we needed it to be but THIS WOULD NOT BE RIGHT FOR EVERYONE. The area is very intimidating with lots of gangs of youths - it is very important that people know this when they book. The hotel is LOVELY - full of character, fab service, our (basic) room was gorgeous, lovely luxury bathroom, divine bed, lots of nice extras; great coffee, chocolates, nice bathroom supplies! We didn't eat at the restaurant or have breakfast at the hotel but we did have a complementary cocktail in the bar which was scrummy! What a fantastic place! Fabulous design and attention to detail, lovely room and great cocktail bar. This is the best hotel I have stayed in in London - would definitely recommend!

I loved this hotel! It was conveniently located, beautifully decorated, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Very nice property. The building is interesting architecturally, and has been decorated and appointed with some very unique furnishings. [The wood inlays on the hallway walls at the West end of the first floor are PG-13 rated] Our room was large, comfortable, and very well-equipped. It even had a washer/dryer installed...with laundry detergent […] provided at no cost! The room also featured an espresso machine, with espresso supplies. There was an iron, but an ironing board is a special request. The fitness center and indoor pool were first-rate: clean and well-equipped. Plenty of "local" eateries nearby. We had a great breakfast just down the street at Nico's. Cons: The hotel is on the fringes of a "Don't Go Out At Night" area. Walking To/From the tube station is fine, but I wouldn't venture much beyond that. The "complimentary cocktail" coupon at the hotel bar gets you non-alcoholic apple juice in a martini glass. If you want a follow-up, the prices are steep and the selection is very limited. Overall: We WILL be staying here on our next visit to London! Læs mere

It felt like a home away from home. The apartment I was put in had a sitting room, a spacious bathroom and nice bedroom. It also had a kitchen that comes with a microwave oven, astove/oven, a dishwasher and enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Oh, there's a washing machine/dryer in one of the cupboards too. Although this hotel is not central it is only one stop on the tube from Liverpool St station which we found not a problem at all. The hotel room itself is very spacious and luxourous and really could not find fault with anything. Would recommend to friends without hesitation and would stay there again.

If you want to walk out into Leicester Square, this is not for you. But the design, comfort, facilities and service in this hotel are unbeatable. it is in an area where people actually live and I recommend the excellent bus service as well as the nearby tube. We have stayed in London numerous times and wanted to try something new...this hotel is unique in that it was the old city hall and it is decorated as such with fun artifacts from its past, however we were unimpressed by the fact that the shower did not drain and flooded the room...after numerous attempts to get it fixed, it never was...everyone who […] stays at a hotel and pays those kind of prices is entitled to a decent shower! Also when we first arrived they gave us our room key and sent us up to our room only to discover that the room was already occupied and the guest's belonging were in the room...if we had been unscruptulous people would could have easily taken their belongings...this was a big error and one that made us question hotel security going forward. The hotel was nice and the room looked exactly as the photos show, but the neighourhood was not very nice...I'd prefer to stay in Kensington for that kind of price... Læs mere

Clean and well equipped studio, everything we needed for a relaxing and well earned break

Large comfortable rooms recently renovated. Access to main tourist sites on the underground central line which takes time need to be aware of surroundings when walking at night

Located in East London which is not a tourist area but very conveniently located to the City and forthcomming Olympic Venues. West End Hotels would be duoble the price. Fantastic refurb of old Town Hall. We were upgraded from a room to a one bedroom suite. Ultra-modern room with kitchen an laundry. Reception staff were excellent. At first I was concerned that this hotel was not very close to the main attractions however it is a short walk from the subway which is easy to navigate. The concierge is very helpful. The room was large and immaculate with eat in kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at Town Hall Hotel and loved it! We would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to anyone going to London. A fantastic hotel with great personality and style. Loved it!

We were very impressed by the way we were welcomed and the assistance given during our short stay, the ammenties are excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the location was good as it was close to a tube station which made travelling into London very easy. The rooms had everything you could ask for.

This Hotel is just fantastic! I really recommend this hotel to anyone. I've stayed in loads of hotels over the years and this is seriously up there! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were perfect. Thank you Jamie

Town Hall thought of everything - right down to having an umbrella available in the room, and providing electrical outlets for all country type plugs. The room was excellent - quite spacious and multi-purpose. The staff were very helpful and the building was beautiful - impeccably restored. An excellent venue- very friendly and professional. Staff were very attentive and smiling at all time. The apartment rooms were very well equipped and cleaned to a high standard. I would definitely go here again.

We have stayed at five-star hotels all over the world, and this certainly tops them all in value for money and quality. From the moment we arrived, the Town Hall Hotel was a wonderful experience. (and we are difficult customers to please) The staff were very helpful and our room was a dream, much larger than we'd expected with everything you'd need […] from a kitchen to a washing machine. This is the first time I've wanted spend more time than necessary at the hotel. The room truly felt like home. Also, the bar staff were all very polite, helpful and knew what they were talking about. We didn't get the opportunity to try Viajante, the restaurant. As for the location, don't let that put you off, it's an easy walk from the tube station and the bus stops outside the door and London transport is easy enough to grasp. The main positive aspect of this hotel is that they go the extra mile, add an extra touch and that seems to make all the difference. A wonderful hotel. We were upgraded on arrival. Free newspapers, 2 free cocktails in the excellent bar on arrival. Chocolate truffles saturday night delivered to the bedroom. The room was massive all the fittings top notch. The whole place oozed luxury. There are excellent local cafes for breakfast and we went to a brilliant Vietnamese restaurant up […] the main road (15 min walk) in Hackney. Victoria park is 5 mins away and the breakfast in or outside the lakeside cafe is terrific. Bethnal Green tube is very close. The weekend rates are so reasonable I will be using the hotel again. Supreme service from everyone! We stayed 6 nights so got we to meet a lot of staff, all of which were a credit to this fine hotel's worthy reputation. Very clean, beautiful art-deco, chic meets classic decor. Welcoming & individually treated as a true guests.... Finns egentligen bara en sak att klaga på kring detta hotell och det är läget. Man får åka ca 15-20 mil från centrala London till Stationen Bethnal Green för att komma dit. När man kommer upp ur tunnelbanan möts man först av ett lite slummigt område men hotellet uppväger detta med råge. Alla bekvämligheter finns och supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal!Och […] rummet hade allt utom minibar. We arrived in Hotel around midnight due to flight delaying. We found out the door of hotel was locked and we were not able to get in without keys. You have to make a phone call when you arrive in the airport to ask open the door. This is apartment not hotel. they don't clean the room or change towels until you check out. Just apartment!!!

가족들에게 너무나 완벽한 호텔!! 런던 동부쪽끝에 위치한 지리적인 여건 외에 가족이 이렇게 맘편히 머무른 호텔은 없었습니다. 식기세척기에 냉장고 세탁기등으로 아이와의 생활이 너무 편리했습니다. 그러면서도 이동시마다 택시나 기타 서비스를 아주 잘 도와주셔서, 호텔과 아파트의 장점을 모두 가졌다고 생각합니다. 적극 추천!!

Hotel jest na East End, więc nie należy się spodziewać eleganckiego otoczenia. Zupełnie inaczej wygląda uliczka, przy której umieszczony jest hotel - czysta i cicha. Sam hotel jest wielkim zaskoczeniem - warunki, jakie ciężko znaleźć w Londynie. Apartament był olbrzymi - 60-70 m mieszkanie z kuchnią (zmywarka, kuchenka, piekarnik, mikrofala, garnki..), […] pralką, dwiema łazienkami i 3 pokojami. Przemiła obsługa, basen, siłownia. La chambre qui nous a été proposée à notre arrivée était au demi sous-sol (ce qui est courant à Londres), nous avons refusé car cette situation ne nous convenait pas et nous avons demandé si il était possible d'avoir une chambre en étage. Unser komfortables Apartment und ein netter Pool halfen uns von langen Stadtspaziergängen zu erholen. Die Verkehrsanbindung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut und die lebendige Brick lane ist schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung steht etwas im Kontrast zum Desinger Hotel, aber alles was man braucht ist leicht zu besorgen.
