Country Pride Inn Delafield - Delafield

Staff was working hard to keep the hotel neat and clean. Friendly staff from from desk to cleaning staff. Rooms were small and tight but comfortable. Coffee in lobby was nice. Fresh cream or milk would be nice. Pool was very nice and hot tub was great. If I had more time I would have used the sauna but it took a long time to heat up.

Staff was excellent! Room was older but very clean. We did not get any clean towels until I went and asked for some. There were no towels available for pool. We spent $5.00 in snack machine and only one snack was NOT expired. I understand not everything is gonna be perfect so because the staff was so accomidating that makes the few bad things not so […] bad. Læs mere

The whirlpool was out of service when we wanted to use it. Other than that the motel was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again when in the area.

Pros: Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Shower worked just fine; there were plenty of towels; the pool was open early and late and was decent. Beds were clean; room overall was clean, with the exception of a bit of popcorn under the beds from previous occupant. Coffee was always on--thank you! Sometimes I needed some in the late afternoon […] as it was a working vacation, and I really appreciated that the carafe was still full! Room came with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a mini coffeepot. Cons: We didn't have a remote in the room for the T.V. and that was never taken care of; it didn't matter because we had no time to watch T.V. but someone should have been able to do this for us (we were there three days). Room was never cleaned on Day 2, but we were in and out all day so I think it's because there was never an opportunity to do it--this really wasn't the hotel's fault Summary: I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, friendly, and a good value. If you want a room that's completely up-to-date and spotless, this isn't the place for you; it's an older place and a bit tired-looking, but it was clean and friendly. Læs mere

Wasn't as clean as it could be. Things in room didn't work properly like coffee maker, pool, air conditioner, etc.

The hotel stated it was smoke free, however, my room and the halls contained a very obvious stale cigerette odor. A majority of the residents were staying in Delafield for a marathon, so this was very problematic.

was a nice hotel and the pool facilities were great, the aircon didnt seem to work too well but that could have been user error and one of the beds was very noisey for the poor child trying to sleep in it, other than that was nice and comfortable although I do wish american hotels would offer you a bit of milk, none had even a complimentary sachet ,does […] all of america drink their coffee black? We chose this hotel for the price as we just wanted to crash there after celebrating our anniversary but both of us were pleasantly surprised by the cleaniness and comfort of the bed and room. we wil stay there again if we go to this area agaain.

We had A 5 night stay. On the 3 rd day we were out of the room from 9 am to 10 pm. When we rerurned we found only one bed made and a mote saying they had run out of clean towels. They didnt even straighten the second bed Or the bathroom at all. Not OK

Okay until 1:30am whenpeople in next room Camden in& started playing a guitar & talking loudly. Reported to front desk-guitar playingg stopped but loud talking & slaming & banging around room congtinued for about 1 hour.

We were very please with the Country Pride Inn of Delafield. We were arriving late which was not a problem with them, we were hoping to use the Hot Tub and Pool when we arrived and it was scheduled to close about 10 minutes afterr we arrived. They said that wasn't a problem and they kept it open longer just so we relax in the hot tub after our long […] plane ride. All three clerks that we had the chance to work with were very friendly, and we actually booked another reservation before we left because we were so impressed. Læs mere

Hotel has good amenities, pool, fridge in room etc... Convenient to shopping and restaurants. One unusual item is the key system has not been upgraded to electronic. You get a large heavy key for your external and internal lock.

I booked a room at this hotel to stay in after a concert. I live in a different state, and am not at all familiar with the area; this being considered, I called the hotel on my way to the concert to ask about a check-in time and also to confirm that the directions I had looked up were correct and convenient. These directions had me taking a road that […] was completely closed for construction for miles (not the hotel's fault) and when I asked the person who answered the phone if this was the best route, I was assured that this was the way to go (now I blame the hotel). We nearly ran out of gas getting lost on Wisconsin backroads trying to find a place that neither the GPS on my phone or the GPS in my car could find. Three gas stations (one to fill up the tank and two more for directions) and two hours later, we arrived at the hotel which was 30 miles from our concert venue. I complained about the wild ride we were put on to the receptionist and was told, "ok, here are your room keys." Once I walked to my room, I entered to find dirty towels on the floor next to a dirty bathroom inside of a room that looked like someone had made the beds just to make it look like at least the sheets were clean. The floors looked like they had never seen a vacuum. There was dirt and cakes of grime in every corner and crack. I was completely disgusted. The inconvenience of this hotel added to the utter third-world filth make me sick to this day for having ever spent my hard-earned money to stay here. Læs mere

We had reservation for king size bed,upon arrival desk clerk stated they had very few king size beds and only room kept was room with two beds and that was all that was available Room was non-smoking,as all rooms are, but smelled like stale cigarette smoke,plastic on bed, mult-leg bug on wall,goo on night stand,ac made knocking noise off and on, wallpaper […] peeling off and overall cleanliness of room was bad. We met a group of people for a concert near by and all of us were pleased with the motel. It was not fancy, but kept up to date and clean. Perkins is in a joining parking lot and a nice amish store too. We will stay there again next year.

shady neighborhood no smoking room cigarette stinky furniture loaded with cigarette burns - you won't want to sit down save your money and drive a few more miles down the road and take your pick of nicer hotels so dissapointed in hotel and expedia for their rating

The staff was wonderful. The room was neat and well cared for and very comfortable. We chose to stay and extra day. Jill at the front desk was really caring and inquired about our comfort and well being.

Plan on getting no sleep at this hotel. The walls are so thin you will hear television programs and all conversations from your next door neighbors at all hours of the day/night.
