Friendly Bed and Breakfast in a nice area just outside NYC in the Hudson Valley. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful, the rooms have everything you need. WE will never hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

Et skønt resort nord for New York. Vi boede på et fint standard værelse, men der findes endnu bedre værelser og super suiter. Hele stedet minder om et fransk vinslot, og restauranten kan leve op til det. Der er tennisbaner, squash, fitnesscenter og en dejlig pool.

Vi mødte en helt ekstraordinær imødekommenhed og en diskret og gennemført service. Hvis man virkelig vil give sig selv en nydelse og god oplevelse, kan jeg anbefale dette smukke og veldrevne hotel, som ligger helt unikt direkte ved vandet. Jeg ser frem til at komme tilbage dertil - selvom der er langt, for vi bor i Danmark.

A pleasant hotel located a few miles from White Plains, NY. The dining room / hang-out-spot in the ground floor of the hotel is very nice. So is the breakfast, which was much better than we expected. The staff was helpful and friendly, and as guests, we felt very welcome. The cleaning of the rooms could be better, but is isn't poor or bad. Some of the rooms features - such as the tub in the bathroom, the wi-fi, the remote contol for the tv - needs an upgrade. We'll recommend it to everyone who considers a stay in the White Plains-area.

"Great hotel / marginal location"
Steadfast quality hotel. At the edge of what passes for downtown in Stamford. Adjacent to a rather barren and marginal area. Convenient to Amtrak. Iron in the room was poorly maintained and did not work well. One of two front desk staffers encountered on this trip was defensive and w/o common-sense in dealing with a well-meaning, low-key report of the […] iron needing replacement. Perfect choice for our purpose. Late night in NYC and did not want to travel all the way home, but NYC hotels very expensive for this night. Staff extremely courteious. "LOVE Hotel Zero Degrees - our NYC Bookend!"
This is my fourth stay in the last four months and I love this hotel. We use it as a bookend for our NYC visits. We always start and end at this hotel in Stamford. It is a short walk to the train station (although they do provide a free shuttle - as needed) and they provide FREE parking in an enclosed parking garage! A full and wonderful breakfast is […] also provided for free and the whole package is about 1/3 of what we would pay in NYC and we end up with a hotel room that is 1/3 the size! "Great service"
I have stayed at Hotel 0 degrees multiple times for work and continue to return on a regular basis. The staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. I lost some brandnew ray bans and left a message with the desk to look out for them. They found the glasses and called me to let me know they had them and asked if I wanted them sent. I was returning […] the next so just had them hold them for me. Next time I checked in they were there with my name on them. "Glitzy and overpriced while missing the essentials"
Overpriced rooms - no room service, less than 10 parking spaces in the basement. You are paying for the artsy, trendy appearance. It is not really conveniently located, parking is difficult. As a traveler, I love room service and there is not any. Nice wall decor, sleek flooring, only ONE elevator! The receptionist over-sold all guests at check-in "we […] have a YMCA, there's free parking downstairs.." they offer all of the things that nobody uses - I didn't complain about the parking because I didn't want to waste my energy for nothing. Staff was professional, friendly, welcoming. Room was extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming Walking distance to downtown, variety of restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes from train station. Highly recommend. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay. We were worried that maybe the rooms would be small, but then we were given the accessible room and it was perfect, so I can't speak to the size of the standard rooms. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that hotel guests have access to the Stamford YMCA (pool, fitness, sauna, etc.) attached to the hotel. "Convenient downtown hotel"
Nice hotel, close to restaurants. Room fairly small. Breakfast is OK but served on disposable plates which is always a turn-off. Would stay again but there are better hotels

I stay at zero degrees on a regular basis. My stay is always lovely. It's clean, the staff is great and the rooms are amazing. Comfortable stay and my boyfriend loves it too. The price it great , along with the wonderful breakfast I give this hotel 5 stars. Love it

"Hotel Zero- not a 100"
Immediately my husband and I were concerned by the sketchy look of the neighborhood but literally 20 feet around the corner were up and coming bars and restaurants. Also, a few blocks away was a trendy mall with many upscale stores. All and all we would stay at this hotel again.

On arrival I requested a refrigerator in the room and it was delivered immediately. There was a conveniently located parking garage underneath the hotel. I loved my stay here. The room isn't the biggest but the room was nice. The people at the front desk were very polite. The breakfast was awesome and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I went to a bar walking distance from the hotel because its right downtown from many restaurants and bars. GREAT CHOICE. :)

Well maintained facility. Conveniently located, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was actually better than expected. My room on the 3rd floor did not have any windows where light could come in - slightly depressing. Air conditioning unit was loud. Otherwise a clean room with internet access and all you need for a night's stay.

"It was OK"
For the price we paid the hotel was OK. It was convenient for where we had to go the next morning but when we arrived the night before I noticed that the room didn't have any towel. Not even a face cloth. So my husband went to the front lobby and came back with two bathrobes. The person out front told my husband they ran out of towels. I can laugh that […] kind of stuff off because we were just staying for one night. My husband was mad. If you"re staying for one night great but any longer I would not recommend this hotel.
