when we got there the front desk person was very tired so short with answers and cheeriness that was notable understanding. Perfect for a night stay before you fly out, I would choose this hotel again.

This is a pretty typical LQ, with the exception of the breakfast. One of the reasons I stay in these and others like them is so I don't have to go find breakfast in the morning. This is not a 2.5 star hotel it's a 3.5 star! My friends and I stayed here for overnight layover, check in was quick and easy - free wifi and free computer room if you cell doesn't have wifi. Great breakfast in the morning (waffles in shape of texas state, cerreal, toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee), prompt shuttle service to/from […] airport. The room very modern and emaculate clean! Comfy queen sized beds. The hotel is clean, well kept up and very stylish. The breakfast facilities and available foods were quite adequate. Our only clomlaint is that the mattress in tour room was considerably harder than what we are used to at our home. This leads to our downgrading the comfort of the room question in the survey.

Our room and the hotel was a great expericence. The Breakfast bar was a total dissapointment. They shut the area down 15 minutes early leaving you with coffee only. This happened three of the days that we stayed there. Hopefully they wil correct this problem.

We stayed at this hotel for a track meet and it was one of the nicest La Quinta's I've been to in a long time. There is WAY to much variance in these hotels, but this was a beautiful one. I had an overnight layover and chose this hotel because of positive reviews. Arriving late into Houston I called the hotel and they said they would send the shuttle. To make a long story short, after 45 minutes and 3 more calls to the hotel asking where the shuttle might be, I took a cab. I suggested that the hotel reimburse the $10 cab ride, since […] the shuttle never came. The staff said this was not possible. I asked whether I could rely on the shuttle to get back to the airport in the morning, or if it were "similarly unreliable". Hotel was very clean. Our 4 and 6 year old loved making their own waffles at the free continental breakfast. Great hotel for the price.

It felt extremely good to finally sleep in a comfy bed after sleeping in a dorm room for 5 months. The room was good and staff very nice. Large room. Slow connection on the wireless connection, high ping. The alarm clock was not reset from the previous guests.

Gas Station / Burger King right next door. Just up the road from IAH but amazingly quiet.

Played golf at Tour 18 in Humble and stayed ovrnight before playing another course next day. Great staff, very clean and neat, almost new hotel. Too many Spanish TV channels. Breakfast was typical, coffee was not very good. close to shopping, golf, restaurants, airport, etc. great deal for the money!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel do to the experience I had. Some point during our 2 night stay my kindle was taken from my luggage and the hotel didn't seem to care or try to make correct the situation.

Good choice - clean & fresh carpets beds linens. Not near much as its in the general loop of the airport - but we only needed it for one night (went to a concert at the Woodlands nearby). New hotel with very clean and well appointed rooms. Staff was very friendly and was very accommodating. All in all I found this steps above other airport hotels.

Everything about the property is great. I would that hte Hotel buys its' own suttle bus to better control the service.

Fantastic room. GREAT beds. I slept very well and the whole place was very neat and clean. My arrangements with specific needs made through Hotels.com were met perfectly. If all La Quinta's are this good, I'm looking there first in my future travel plans with you guys. Thanks, -Michael

I had to call to get picked up. I called after I saw other suttles for the 2nd or 3rd time. Other than that the place and service were good.

Great place to stay. Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff. Poor location for us as we didn't have a car. Staff recommended a wonderful taxi service who made our trip very pleasant. Thanks Ms. Lulu!!!!! No place to eat near this location. We walked about 2 miles to get food. Fortunately we could.

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms were finished very nicely, and the beds were very comfortable. Very new and clean. Pretty upscale for the price. People were great. Close to the airport too. Right next to a gas station so easy to fill up before returning car. Defintely recommended.

I stay in this hotel when I am in Houston because it is close to IAH, the price is reasonable and it is relatively close to restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel will arrange for taxi service if required. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we always book multiple rooms for multiple nights for the family. The first time we were there two of the desk clerks were rude, although a different one was extremely nice at check in. Our problem is they dinged our debit card for "incidentals" and the amount of the rooms even though 1) they don't have any incidentals […] you can use except long distance and 2) we paid for our rooms up front through hotels.com. This "hold" on our debit card meant we couldn't use it for food, entertainment, etc or any of the things we had went to Houston for. When I asked for the owner's contact info to complain, one of the rude desk clerks refused to give it to me. I did manage to communicate with the owner or manager by email for our next stay and, despite the assurances we had the same problem EVEN when we showed the desk clerk the email. However, I am very pleased to say that when we checked in this time notes had been made on our account and the same issues didn't arise. I'm glad because I really like the hotel but if this trip was the same it would have been our last time here. As to the hotel it is very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is definitely on the high end of the LaQuinta chain despite being reasonably priced. It is right under a main flight path to the airport but the noise was minimal or non-existent. Parking was great, the breakfast was typical of a LaQuinta, and overall it is nicer than most. There is a Burger King and a few other eateries close, and FM 1960 and the myriad of food choices there is only a few minutes away. As long as they keep handling the debit/credit card issues correctly this hotel will get a HIGH rating from me and my family. Læs mere

The staff was great! The location was fantastic! The room was nice but for a handicape accessable room it was a little inconvenient! A person in a wheelchair could not get to the desk and could not open the dresser drawers. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Everyone was very helpful!

Our stay was brief but good. The motel was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It's an easy shuttle ride from the airport but places to eat that are nearby are few and far between. The continental breakfast was better than many that we've experienced. The staff was pleasant and upbeat.

Convenient to the airport, although info should be posted that hotel needs to be called for the shuttle to come for pick-up. No restaurants near-by. Windows are sealed and cannot be opened. A car is needed to go anywhere else.

upon check-out i was told my 7am pick-up,which i confirmed at check-in and one hour prior to check-out,might be15 to 20 min late since bus stops first at 4 other hotels. the clerk said it will eventually come (so will christmas). I was very upset since i had been told one hour prior by same clerk it will be on time. he asked when my flight was and I […] said that this has nothing to do with my pick up as I had other bussiness to do at the airport. he did not offer any solution. once the manager came i explained my situation and he made a phonecall and had a shuttle there by 7am. Hotel is a great value for the price.

hotel was o.k but the clerk was great. was there looking at homes and he helped us alot more than what was expected . just for the customer service this hotel offers makes it so much easier to choose where i would stay next time !!!
