We had a pool access room which was a great size,clean,good aircon and the pool access is wonderful.(The pool was clean as well) Having said that the views from the pool/room are not great basically hotel walls or building site. But we were happy to put up with not having a view for pool access. The other issues we had were no shower in the room only […] a bath andthe breakfast was well, average from Western point of view.The breakfast was geared towards the Asian guest.Overall we got a deal for the room/breakfast and were happy as we only stayed three nights.Would we go back? well no is the answer I know there is better in Patong even if you have pay a bit more. The best thing about the hotel was the pool access - we were in a deluxe pool access room which was fantastic. The pool was clean and fairly quiet and we laid out on the loungers and jumped in whenever we got to hot all from the privacy of our own room. A strategic hotel as it is within walking distance to all place. The hotel provide shutle bus to patong beach. Staffs are all so friendly. Easy to find food also halal food massage place. The hotel also provide free wifi connection. Very very recommended.

Hotel stuff was polite and helpful. There were times when we felt they need refresher training g. Only challenge was the distance from the beach. Needed to have taxi which was a bother to get everytime. It also meant we couldn't go to beach whenever we like and time was lost during travel. Rooms were reasonable and kids enjoyed the pool.

Apart from the beds being hard and the buffet breakfast being average this is a good place to stay. The hotel staff are friendly and it is well situated - close enough to the beach and nightlife but not so close that you are kept awake with all of the partying. Only one thing to watch out for is don't rely on your room to be ready when you need to […] check in. We turned up and were told that the room wasn't ready and would be another 45mins (which was fine), but 3 hours later the room was still not ready and there had been no offer to supply us with a drink/food while we waiting. Great hotel fantastic staff , close to bangalar road and shopping center( 5 min walk) , set back from the main road so no traffic noise , 15 min walk 2 beach or you can use the free tuk tuk service from the hotel , meals are great ,,,,,,,,,,, a big thumbs up

It was not a 4star hotel at all. Facilities and amenities are fits for bellow 3star. Pool access was the ONLY 1 thing I enjoyed in this hotel. Shower curtain covered with fungi, fell off when I barely touched it for the first time. Break fast soso. Staffs are too busy to pay attention to their valuable guests. Simply no recommend.

the hotel is ok but i would say it is 31/2 star not 4 the staff try to help but are not at all understandable in english...the man in charge of getting transport was not able to understand a word of English let alone speak a word of English. sit at the lobby with care as i was eaten alive by mosquitos. The worst by far though is the buffet breakfast! […] get your eggs cooked as omlette by cook there or you will suffer.DON'T DRINK THE COFFEE...I THINK IT IS! on a good note we had the good side with good view of hills and up high. A nice and clean Hotel at a fraction of the cost compared to major chains. A couple of streets back from main area, which was good to get away from. Transport was easy to get to and from Hotel, not that you needed it if heading down to Beach area. Staff where English speaking and pleasant to deal with. Daily breakfast was nice with plenty of variety. Hotel was clean and tidy, with the adjoing property nearing completion construction noise was minimal Would stay there again

My overall rating would have been 5 but because of the construction next door it was hard to relax near the pool or read and had to stay in my room after the operation to get any quiet time.

Great property and really good value however it is on the outskirts of Patong beach. Depending if you want to be right in the heart of the busy tourist destination or prefer to have a quieter sleep should be your main decision to book here.

Due to the reviews that I read before coming here I found it to be a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and I have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was extremely clean, staff were very helpful and oblidging. Only downside for us was pehaps the breakfast was not really ideal for families, in particular western cultured families as the food was ( although of good quality) somewhat very eastern influenced. Would not recommend to anybody. Had a pleasant stay....but out of all the places in Thailand we have been this was the worst. Breakfast was cold everyday, staff seemed like they didnt care. Hotel next door was being worked on all day and all evening and im sure it was meant to be finished in September (maybe in 2 years)

The Hotel has renovations going on at the moment the noise is mind numbing. We were moved twice trying to get away from it, Hotel may only be 3 yrs old but seemed much older and is very sterile. UPON ARRIVAL STAFF MADE SURE THAT EVERY POINT OF ORDER WAS COVERED. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WERE FANTASTIC IN RESPONDING TO ANY QUERY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST.I FOUND THE CHEERFULNESS OF THE FRONT DESK AND RESTAURANT DAY STAFF THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE STAY. I read some negative comments on Andakira Hotel, but we decided to stay there because it was a central location we were looking for and also pool access room was available on special. I do not know why these people have negative comments. Our stay was excellent for the price we paid for the room.

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel all round and good location from the heart of Patong. Only 5min walk from Bangla road where it all happens, suits a family or anyone as its tucked away down a cul de sac. Restaurant good food as well. Hotel isnt that old so rooms feel modern and bathrooms clean and tidy. Will go there again...

Had a family suite which consisted of 2 rooms with adjoining door. Room standard was good, clean and comfortable. Hotel has free shuttle to patong beach and walking distance to shopping areas. Buffet breakfast not much variety but able to fill your stomach. Not much facilities, pool not bad though.

Reception was rude and unhelpfull. Arrived at 4pm and room was still being cleaned. Put in special request for "nice view" got th back of white concrete walls. Could here everyword th person in th next room was saying.

The bed is really uncomfortable and if your on the floor with the pool access, you have no privacy in your bedroom unless you keep our curtains shut.

Very friendly staff. Accommodated us with all our needs and questions. During tsunami alert, they were present, reassuring and highly professional. Lovely room, enjoyed spending time at the pool.

Hotel was in a good location. Only about 10 - 15 minutes work from the main beach. They also had a shuttle several times a day. Also close by to the nightlife without been right in it.

Hotel was GREAT!! Would definitely recommend to all Aussies!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with it being a short walk to Bangla Road and massage and laundry service places right down the lane, The Belle Spa my favourite massage parlour. Not too loud so easy to sleep. Only one minor inconvenience was with the hotel expanding next […] door, there was a lot of noise from the construction but with this expansion I can't wait to come back as I can only imagine how amazing it will be when I return. The photos are falsley impressive. The staff are not friendly - maybe language barrier. The housekeeping is very bad - on check in we found coffee or something similar had been spilt all over a wall & by day 4 it was still there.We also had over 50 silver fish cacoons in our room (to their credit- when I showed them & explained they ordered a pest inspection) […] this had to be done as every floor had a major problem. I do feel it is due to no modern appliances like we use in Aus. No vaccum cleaner, no fresh water to mop each room they use the 1 bucket & old worn out old mop. To wipe tables in the restuarant they use the same wet cloth to wipe everything & the leftovers just get pushed onto the floor. The floors were a mess... It advertises an iron/ironing board available - they dont have one. Spa pool - NO, 2 pools - NO only 1, Courtesy shuttle - this only goes every 2hrs. 3 times they called guests to the front desk & in full view of the public showed dirty sheets or dirty towels that they wanted guests to pay for putting dirty marks on. We got accused of taking a bath robe which was not in the room on check in.This accusation was made in front of other guests, so I opened our cases & showed them we did not take it. The hotel is too dirty- cockroaches/mozzies/silverfish had been squashed on the wall & left there ????? Quite a dissappointing place to stay - definately not a 4star !! The staff over there is nice. The hotel is actually quite near to a lots of places. Exp: Thai boxing, food n shopping centre. If not u can rent the bike from the hotel for just 200-250bath. Walking to Patong beach is more than 20mins. Surrounding the hotel got on going construction so in the noon time it's very noise. But other then that it's ok. Loved our stay at this hotel. We have travelled alot around Thailand and this was a great hotel. Price was very reasonable and the pool suite had own entrance to the pool from the balcony. We went in peak season, so the ratings were not met at the time. The rooms were on the small side and bathrooms quite ordinary. The breakfast was disappointing as there was not much on offer at all, with the cleanliness was also a tad on the 'iffy' side. The pool was great though.
