The Hampton was extremely convienent for my night of music and entertainment. It was in easy walking distance to the venue, and the staff was very attentive. I'd stay again.

Clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast. Hotel was understaffed when we checked in, and check-in was therefore somewhat tedious and confusing, but the front desk clerk did his best to speed things along.

Walls are thin can hear people coming and going. Also amtrak is nearby.

Sorry to say but this hotel is not worth the $$$. It's a small city with nothing to do and I thought I was getting a suite instead it was just a room. The bathroom didn't even have a tub. Overall it's nice and clean. I love the shampoo and conditioner though lol...

The Hampton on Suisun City's waterfront is located close to good eats and within a short walk of Mexican, Greek and American restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to the Marine world. The hotel was nice and cozy. The pool was heated so we got to swim in the morning before heading to Marine world. Breakfast is nice, lobby is nice, location is nice. Waterfront is pretty.

I was extremely pleasant surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of everyone at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome after a long day on the road. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was great. I will definitely be back on my next trip through this area.

Walkign distance to Restaurants . Access to highways . The noise in the Hotel while in your room was a little loud at times . Great location nice rooms

As a former resident of this area, it's been terrific to see the Suisun waterfront/downtown take shape. The Hampton Inn has a terrific location at the head of the marina, within walking distance to local eateries. I lived in suisun when I was younger. Was home for an 11 year reunion. Stayed here because I have always loved the waterfront area. Never been back since the hotel was built. The main picture they show is exactly how it looked from my room. Great view and loved the service given. Was better then my hotel stay in San Francisco.

The staff upgraded our room for our anniversary. The hotel and the room was really great. The area is near the old train station and could use some renovation to be more appealing for visitors.

This is a gorgeous, welcoming hotel located in easy walking distance from lovely Suisun City harbor and many great restaurants. What a great discovery! On a hot summer day it was cool & breezy.

We booked this room with some trepidation but decided to take a chance. We booked 1 night and thought if it didn't work out we could just move on. Long story short, we stayed all 3 nights of our short getaway because we were absolutely delighted with EVERYTHING! It was a great hotel! All of the employees were extremely friendly. They gave it the felling of a B&B in a major hotel chain. That just doesn't happen! The room was huge. No complaints here! Great Hotel stay.

The location was away from the center of town. Which may or may not be a good thing. Brand new hotel in good condition. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was definitely a full spread-loved the make your own waffles! Hot cereals, eggs, bacon, toast, orange juice, 24 hour coffee-from a pot not a machine.

Clean, new and comfortable!

I would definetly recomend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very nice and attentive. The Hotel was very clean and neat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. This hotel is right by the highway. They have a great complimentary breakfast, by a great staff. If I'am ever in the area again, i will definetly stay there.

The hotel is in excellent shape, but what makes a stay really enjoyable is how the guests are welcomed and treated during their stay. This is why I commend Hampton Inn and Suites Suisun city. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and sufficiently appointed, and breakfast was surprisingly delicious! My husband and I enjoyed the healthy […] offerings of fresh fruit cuts and turkey sausage (though a bit dry). The young lady in charge of the breakfast area named Rebecca was very pleasant and attentive to everyone's needs. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile and replenished items quickly as needed. Well done HI&S for training your employees well in customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Three employees who were outside on a break came immediately and offered to grab our bags and take us to our rooms. Very pleasant experience.

This hotel turned out to be perfect for our trip to napa valley. Great hotel location with plenty of nearby amenities. Saved a load of money by staying outside of napa and location was only about 20 minutes from main attractions. Will definitely be back here.

This is a great motel. The location is good, close to many other attractions with alittle drive. The town was nice and quiet. Good to stay with a family who loves taking walks and relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, quiet, and have a nice decor. It was our first stay but I would definately like to stay again!!

Our room was very nice, capacious and clean. The beds were very comfy with choice of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast buffet was copious and delicious. Free newspapers! The hotel is clean and quiet. Even though its close proximity to HWY 12 and rail lines should make it noisy, it only offers easy access to transportation arteries to go places you would like to visit. Everything with the hotel was nice I did not get up in time to sample the breakfast, however I was very dissapointed not with the room but it's location wich was right next to the fitness room and even though they was a time restriction for use it seems like several people was using it after hours.
