Best Western Hotel Les Théâtres - Paris

Vi boede der i 4 nætter - og var ovenud tilfredse. Værelset levede op til det vi havde set på billeder. De var pæne, rene og moderne. Vi vil helt klart gerne bo der igen. Hotellet ligger i et område med mange restauranter og personalet var meget venlige.

The hotel in general is preaty good, but the breakfast is 14€,which is way to pricey, compared to what you get.

Dejligt hotel, nyligt renoveret, pæne værelser men de var små ( men nok ikke efter Paris standard). Var i nogenlunde gå afstand for det meste (for de friske), og kun 100 m til nærmeste metro. Kan varmt anbefales. Morgenmad var også OK.

The rooms are small, typical for Paris. Modern decor. Free wifi. The elevators were loud and you can hear them going up and down, it makes a vibrating noise. The AC unit was broken and they said it was throughout the hotel for the week. It seems to be a problem for this hotel with functioning AC units. We complained and they just gave us a fan, which […] just moved the hot air around the room. Windows do open but it was very loud outside, and our neighbors were loud and obnoxious so that didn't help either. Just don't stay here during the summer or call to check if they're AC is working. Easy to get to this hotel from CDG. Take airport train to Gare du Nord, then metro to Strassborg-St Denis. Right across street from exit of train station. Supermarket, many shops nearby. Restaurants all around. Very busy neighborhood.

+: Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, location was very good (close to 2 metro stations, possible to take a longer walk to the very center). - The negative part was the size of the room, as it was really small. It had almost no space to unpack clothes into and the door to the small toilet was poorly isolated and didn't prevent overhearing.

Short tube ride from Gare du Nord. Get off at Strasborg-St. Denis and walk about a block to Rue de Clery. About a 35 minute walk to Louvre or Notre Dame. Hotel is in a garment district but we had no time to check the stores. Some good cafes in area. If up to the task, Eiffel tower is about a 70 minute walk. 3 metro stops near hotel. Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Located on the side street off the main road so it was nice and quiet.

The hotel is midway between Gare du Nord and Louvre. Perfect really as it's easy to get to with bags from the station, and easy to get to all the sights (in both cases using the Metro). It's right across the road from a metro station (Strasbourg-St Denis). One of the nearby streets had a few "ladies of the night" kicking around in the evenings, but […] nothing to worry about. The area felt safe, with a few nice bars and shops around. The room was quite small, but that's to be expected in Paris, and it was perfectly adequate. The bed was big and comfy, and the TV was pretty enormous for a room that size. Very modern decor in the room, and spotlessly clean. The only downside to the room was that the shower room was on the opposite side of the room to the toilet room. The toilet room had no wash basin in it, so after you'd "done your business", you had to walk round the entire room before washing your hands. This is just a small gripe though. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. They have a left luggage service on your checkout day. Really would highly recommend this hotel. Couldn't have asked for more at the price. Læs mere

nice modern rooms but very small for american standards. good location, very close to the metro that takes you any where in Paris. don't depend on the wifi to work because we couldn't get connected to internet service from our room.

This is an over price average hotel in a lively diverse local neighborhood. Our room was very small (even for European standards) with a smelly washroom. Also be aware that if you deal directly with the hotel‘s site you might get a better price as we learned upon our arrival.

a very good hotel (except they charge extra for breakfast), it has good facilities and I appreciated the WiFi capability. its in a very dingy area but close to the city of Paris. I would stay there again. and reccomend it to others. the staff were cooperative and very helpful. apart from the seedy district it sits in everything was good.

Good location. Quiet at night. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bit expensive for what's offered. Rooms are small... but this seems to be the case in many hotels in Paris. Overall: a good selection.

Great little hotel located very close to Strasbourg/St Denis Metro station. Supermarket within 50 m walk and numerous cafes/bars/take-aways are also near by. The rooms have been renovated lately and are in a very nice condition with tasteful colours/furniture. The beds are comfortable and the shower is pleasant with hot water always available which […] youd expect from any decent hotel. Had the breakfast brought to our room on the last morning which consisted of typical continental offerings with extras on offer such as eggs/ham/cheese etc. Outside the hotel a bit further along on Rue St denis, prostitues are clearly visible. This did not bother myself or my girlfriend one bit. They kept themselves to themselves and looked respectable compared to the U.K ladies of the night. The area around the hotel isnt the most desireable at night. I wouldnt be too happy for my girlfriend to be alone as there can be one or two seedy characters about. Just like you would have in any town/city in Great Britain at night. The metro by the hotel is only a few stops from the Louvre and other major tourist areas. It was a good stay. The rooms are small, but typical for France. The Metro is very close and one is very fast everywhere in town. There is traffic, but at night absolutely o.k. Good location for a good price. You can walk to the Louvre or take the metro to the Eiffle Tower. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Excellent service, clean room, close to lively area

The location was the best part. It's located in the heart of Paris, and there's many cafes and restaurants right outside the door. It's also close to St. Michael's and Notre Dame. This hotel touts the fact that it's very old and a throwback to Paris's culture and traditions. However, while it's quaint and I can appreciate the style, it's not a comfortable […] stay. There's hardly enough room to move around, and the elevator feels like it'll fall apart. I would not recommend this hotel, apart from the broken air con which was not the hotels fault but they did nothing to help the situation until we complained a lot and got a room change. There was scaffolding outside our window with workmen there early in the morning. The rooms are tiny, no room for 2 suitcases, the breakfast was sub standard and expensive. Not […] recommended. The air conditioning was broken and the hotel didn't seem to be in a rush to fix it. I had read a review from a few months ago saying that it was broken and assumed it would be fixed by my visit. If you're going in the summer, don't go to this hotel. You can't even open a window because of construction outside. Speaking of which, I was woken in the […] morning by loud banging coming from right outside my window. The neighbourhood was not great. You can definitely find nicer places to stay in Paris for a better price. On the plus side, the room was nice and updated and the staff spoke English and was generally friendly. First the bad, the Air conditioning wasn't working, and we couldn't leave a window open, as they were stripping plaster off the back of the hotel and there was so much dust we couldn't leave the window open. When we called about the Air con, we we're fobbed off and I had to specifically push the question as to whether it'd be fixed. It wasn't and it […] wasn't going to be while we were there. Also to get to the hotel from the metro, you go past quite a few Asian working girls and gangs of guys. That said, we weren't approached by the working girls or the gangs at the top of the Metro steps, it was more keeping a wary eye their way. It was very hot that weekend, and our room was 23 degrees at night, so the air con problem wasn't great. But the staff let us store some cheese in their fridge and gave us ice when requested. Apart from the Aircon, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and they let us in to our room early and store bags etc. The room was small, but one of the best I have stayed in, in Paris, I missed the fact that there was no mini bar when I booked the room, so that was disappointing, but there was Tea and coffee making facilities, and that’s not standard in europe. The quality of fittings, bed, Bathroom etc were all very good. If it had not been for the Aircon problem we'd have been very happy. But I paid about £30 more to stay here over a property without aircon, so it was very disappointing, and there seemed no way to bring this up with the staff. Modern, fris, vriendelijk, netjes. Kamer groot genoeg. Deal gesloten voor 3x ontbijt; buffet was erg goed.Ook op de 6e geen nooduitgang anders dan de hoteltrap. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour qui recherche un hôtel convenable, à prix abordable et bien centré. A proximité de lignes de métro très pratiques, et à un quart d'heure à pied des Halles ou du Marais. Quelques chambres donnent sur la rue (très calme) dont celles au dernier étage avec terrasse et vue sur les toits de Paris! Malheureusement la majorité […] donnent sur des cours intérieures. Bra hotell med bra läge och nära till det mesta. Även nära till tunnelbana med bra förbindelser. Finns även många restauranger (Både internationellt kända restaurangkedjor och "vanliga"), uteserveringar och även matvarubutiker stenkast från hotellet. Ett bra men litet hotell. Rummen var små, men man spenderar egentligen ingen tid där. Läste om frukosten här och att den skulle va dålig, vilket jag inte kan hålla med om. Visst, kanske inte allt man vill ha men helt ok. Air con fungerade inte så det va tur det inte va sommar. Dörren till WC gick inte att stänga vilket ställde förhållandet på oväntade […] prövningar. bonne situation geographique. hotel central et calme. bonne literie.

Hotel tres propre et beau en lui meme et personnel tres aimable. La situation dans un quartier tres populaire (sexshops/massages et prostituées tres nombreux) mets la qualité de l hotel en paradoxe.

Rien à signaler... Tout était parfait et personnel plutôt sympathique! Seul point "négatif" le prix du petit déjeuner (14Euros) un peu élevé mais c'est vraiment pour trouver une critique car celui-ci n'est qu'une prestation supplémentaire tout à fait facultative! Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble!

Veldig greit hotell, hyggelig personale som kan engelsk og veldig behjelpelige! 1 min fra metro som fører deg overalt i Paris. Veldig fornøyd! Eneste minus = litt små rom.

Hotel à la décoration très sympathique, les chambres sont un peu petites mais dans l'ensemble bon niveau.

TRès bien, belle déco, bons équipements de confort. Quelques soucis sur l'eau chaude un matin, mais c'était réparé le lendemain.

l'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Strasbourg-St. Denis dalla quale si possono raggiungere comodamente tutte le principali attrazioni di Parigi. La camera (doppia) era molto piccola, con vista sul cortile interno. il WC è separato da doccia e lavabo, questi ultimi sono all'interno della camera […] senza che una porta li separi. la camera era pulita... tuttavia la doccia puzzava di fogna!! Very small room. No fridge in room. No place to store clothes. Ar conditioning water leaking on the carpet throughout the period and stinking mofo smel bad .Breakfast very shoddy and very expensive for what was offered. Area aroud with many prostitutes, street people and a great sense of insecurity.

Hotelliin oli helppo mennä CDG:n lentokentältä junalla ja metrolla. Huoneen saimme heti saavuttuamme n. klo 12. Huone oli siisti, ilmastointi toimi loistavasti ja huoneen sai todella pimeäksi, myös päivällä jos halusi. Sänky oli hyvä parivuode, jossa oli mukavat vuodevaatteet. WC ja suihku olivat eripuolilla huonetta, mutta meitä se ei haitannut. Aamiainen […] oli melko kallis, mahdollisuus oli myös pieneen, suppeampaan aamiaiseen. Hotellin henkilökunta oli loistava! Auttoivat meitä mm.ravintoloiden pöytävarausten kanssa, sekä buukkasivat lentomme lähtöpäivänä. Internet oli käytettävissä halutessa alakerran tiloissa. Jos jotakin huomioitavaa, niin huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto ja seinien väritys oli hieman erikoinen, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin ekologisesti asukkaiden sitä halutessa. Suositelen hotellia jos haluat nukkua hyvät yöunet pimeässä ja ilmastoidussa huoneessa jossa hyvä sänky ja suihku. Kävellen hieman matkaa nähtävyyksiin, mutta metrot lähtevät vierestä kätevästi!
