The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.

Comfort Suites Indianapolis ligger praktisk tæt på lufthavnen i Indianapolis, og der er attraktioner såsom Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway og NCAA Hall of Champions i omegnen. "Great Rate! Nice Room!"
This hotel room was nicer than the more pricey one that we stayed in the same week downtown. The drive downtown was easy. The surroundings of this hotel were not the best or the worst but we felt safe. Free breakfast is a plus. Staff was super nice!

First, let me say that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. With that said, when we booked the hotel suite it was advertised with a jacuzzi in the suite, but failed to have this. This was not a huge deal, just more of a disappointment that we didn't get what we thought we were paying for. Also, there were tiny gnats coming out of the shower […] drain that spread into the room. Our friends stayed in the room nextdoor and they had the same problem. I don't know that the bugs were harmful, but more annoying that they were there. I doubt that we will stay at this particular hotel again simply because of the bug factor which is a shame because the building itself seemed very nice and the staff were great. Læs mere
Everything was clean but the beds were not comfortable and I thought the pool closed to early. Overall my stay was good.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The workout room was fairly decent with a few machines available. The breakfasts served were above and beyond. What we didn't care for was close restaurant locations for late night. Other than that, a fantastic stay!

Hotel was ok, not in a good location for food, not much variety and nothing very close( luckily I had a rental car), overall it was ok, I would stay again
"Airport Pick up"
I picked my daughter up from the Indianapolis Airport. It was late, so we decided to stay overnight and travel back home in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean and the beds were nice. The staff was helpful and kind. WIll definitely stay here again. i booked this hotel thinking it was a different one from before..boy am i glad of the error.. this hotel was alot better than our last hotel..location was perfect right off the highway with very minimal noise...beds were very comfortable. ..room was very clean and spacious. the only negative thing i have to say is the pool was way too cold, so we just […] hung out in the hot tub. we are already planning our trip for next year since we go annually, and this hotel is number one on our list. Had a suite because we had two grandkids with. Two queen size beds & a pull out couch. Had plenty of room and the pool was good for the kids. Need a car for this location but ok because we drove from Chicago. They need more tables in the breakfast area. People were waiting for tables. Also only two luggage carts. "Hotel"
Nice room. Lack of parking caused the late people to park on a street instead. Could have used more chairs in the breakfast area. Most of the people had to wait for full vacancy.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is too small to accommodate all hotel guests. We arrived late and had to park well down the entrance road, not ideal as a parent having to carry in tired children and bags. Skip the "free" breakfast, nothing palatable was offered.

Room was very nice. Bed very hard. I have a bad back and was awake at least once an hour every hour. My back an hips ached by the time I had to get up at 4:15 am to catch a flight.

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are also. The staff members are all very helpful and nice. I've never stayed in a hotel that has both clean rooms and nice staff.

"Don't stay here if you like to sleep"
The hotel itself is fine. Not as close to the airport as the website leads you to believe. THE HUGE PROBLEM is that if you like to sleep after 7:30 or 8am you won't be able. The housekeepers constantly bang doors by leaving the "chain lock" flipped so the doors don't lock behind them. I've stayed here twice. Each time requesting the noise be stopped […] by calling down to management, each time I've had to request at least twice. This last time at check out I let them know I would never be staying there again and that they should invest $10 in a rubber stopper for housekeeping. Læs mere
"Hotel is close by airport"
Hotel is located close to the airport with easy access using the interstate. There is food available near by and the rooms are good. It takes about 10-15 min to drive to downtown Indianapolis.

We found this Comfort Suites , in Indianapolis , to be very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was not afraid to walk barefooted on the carpet. The breakfast was good.

The front staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed the musack that was piped in the hallways, breakfast area and check in. The pillows were the best. I only wish the pool was open later than 10:00. The restaurant they recommended was great and directions were always helpful.

Hotel was not the easiest to find mostly due to lack of signage on the hotel itself. Parking was lacking & eating options meant driving.

Very nice hotel and staff. Need more tables for breakfast. Parking is a problem, both nights had to park in lot next door as the lot was full.

I thought this place was well-run. The desk clerk was very helpful and attentive, and the staff in the breakfast room made sure that things were refilled promptly. Our room was spacious and clean. They did not use any smelly cleaners, which is great because I have asthma and allergies. The whole hotel is non-smoking. It was also quiet. The A/C worked […] well, even though it was very hot and humid during our stay. This hotel is only 7 months old and in great shape. A little hard to find without a GPS, but A+++ on everything else.

Dit hotel ligt vlaak bij een snelweg en er is voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid. De opzet is vrij ruim. Kamers zijn erg groot en zijn bijzonder schoon. Punt van kritiek is dat mijn badkamerdeur tot 2 keer toe vergrendelde en ik er van buitenaf niet meer in kon. De dienstdoende concierge sprak onverstaanbaar en gaf mij du schuld.
