Nice to have hotels with free breakfast. Also free Internet, although the speed was not to good. Very good experience in the heart of Amish. Small pool and only a few fitness machines. No weights.

We enjoyed our stay at Amish View Inn. This was our third time staying at this hotel and we will be back. It is close to all the sights and access to activities and shopping. Great location.

This was one of the cleanest hotels in which I have stayed. The room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was fantastic! Worth every penny spent!

We had a great stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the grounds manicured to park like perfection. The staff were courteous and breakfast was outstanding! Pool and jacuzzi were a nice option at the end of a long day. Had a wonderful time, can't wait to go back!

This is the second time we stayed at the Amish View Inn and were so pleased with it again! It's a beautiful place providing a full hot breakfast in their dining room. We liked that our room had a couch:) This will be our place to stay each time we visit the area.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is great, the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast you get with your stay is wonderful, the pool/spa was nice and the room was beautiful; comfortable bed and lovely furniture. There were no real issues other than the cable tv was a little wonky; kept getting fuzzy.

Let me start by saying, exceptional front desk service! We had the one bedroom suite. Very descent size room, comfortable and clean. The mattress could be replaced but overall not bad. Scenic views! I enjoyed the breakfast! They have a very good variety of food. The location of the hotel is central to many attractions. We will be coming back.

We lloved the size of the room with the king size bed. Lots of room to move around. Last time we had a room with 2 queen beds and it felt a little small. We love the location and having a full breakfast offered in the morning works out really well. We will be coming back again.

Excellent staff greeted us and was very helpful. The inn, with the nearby Amish Family style restaurant, made a perfect base for exploring the Amish area.

The Amish View Inn was a lovely little getaway near the end of winter. Very peaceful and quiet with a serene view.

Very spacious room. Kitchenette was a wonderful convenience. Restaurant on premises made for a hassle free choice for a quick meal. The included breakfast was fantastic! The only negative was a weird, loud, repetitive thumping noise coming from above or in the walls. Clean hotel with nice amenities. Breakfast is really nice. Great made to order omlets. HOWEVER, I stayed in room 210 which is next door to the staff's breakroom. The staff enter that room all hours of the day to punch in their time. When they would enter and leave the room, the door would slam shut because it is on a spring, which wakes you up. Also, […] their time clock beeps when the staff clocks in and out. The wall seems to be paper thin since you can clearly hear every beep the clocks makes. The clock hangs on the same wall as your bed. I made 4 complaints to the staff requesting a sign getting place on the staff's door to close door quietly. All the staff could say was "sorry". It was not until the 4th complaint that a sign was placed on the staff's door, however, it did not help. My advice is to NEVER stay in room 210, unless you like getting woke up at 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., 8 a.m., etc. Læs mere

A very comfortable home away from home in scenic Lancaster. The rooms are clean and the grounds and hotel common areas are well kept. The complimentary breakfast is very, very good with a chef cooking omelets and waffles on demand.

This was my first time at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. The location is as the name implies...right in the heart of the farm land yet conveniently located to shops and attractions. The hotel offers amenities not available at other hotels in the area such as an indoor pool, […] hot tub and gym. The breakfast, which is included, was nicer than any I've had at this you're of hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The down side is that adjacent restaurant is closed seasonally so you have to travel some for dinner and the hotel lacks the charm of the local b and b type places we usually choose when in this area. Overall, I'd stay here again if I were bringing the grand kids but will stick to more individualized accommodations when traveling as a couple. Læs mere

This was one of, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Location was fantastic. Beautifull views of Amish farm country. Not a run of the mill hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very nice but the mattress could be updated, a little saggy but not terrible. The breakfast is outstanding. I would stay here again but would expect a little updating within the next three years.

This is the second straight year my husband and I stayed at the Amish View Inn and enjoyed our anniversary get away. The Inn is close to the Kitchen Kettle Village and not far from all the Outlet Stores where we enjoy shopping. While the room was good in size, the carpets were filthy and needed a good vacuuming/steam cleaning. The other down side was the bathroom. The tub didn't drain during a shower, the toilet flushed so loudly, it woke everyone up during the night, and the sink to wash your hands is outside the bathroom, which was also inconvenient during the night. There […] also was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is also only one elevator which can be a timely wait. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, the pool/hot tub were enjoyed, the free breakfast had plenty of choices, and for the most part, the room was very quiet. Would we stay again? Upon checking in we could not bring our car to the hotel door because there was a carpet cleaning truck parked right in front and on an angle. Once inside, we were unable to get a luggage rack because the hoses for the carpet cleaning was surrounding them. No one in the lobby offered to help us lift the cart over the hoses so we carried our luggage […] to our rooms. The worst error the hotel staff made was to give us (the ones to make the reservations with our credit card) a room with absolutely no view and then say, "Since we didn't have another deluxe king room, we are upgrading your friends to a suite". We were so upset since we did all the ground work getting the best rates, etc. and we have recommended this hotel to so many people. When I told this to the girl behind the desk, she meekly said, "I'm sorry". We have always had a wonderful experience with this hotel but this time we were dissatisfied with the staff at the desk. LOVED OUR STAY BUT MY YOUNG KIDS WERE DISAPPPIONTED THAT THE GAMES IN THE ARCADE ROOM DIDN'T WORK AND/OR ATE OUR MONEY. STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND STAY WAS RELAXING.

The hotel was clean and close to attractions. The breakfast and pool were wonderful. The bed was a little too soft for me but that was a minor thing and is just a personal preference. We will certainly stay here again.

Wasn't sure what to expect from the Inn since costumers rated it well, but Expedia not so well... nonetheless, we were more than pleased with our last minute choice. We would definitely stay there again even if we had more time to plan. The Inn is literally across the street from Amish Farm Land and centrally located. The rooms were well appointed. […] The front desk was very helpful and accomodating (printing me directions to CVS and honoring our request for a late check out). They provide a complimentary breakfast from 6:30 - 10:30 which was probably the best meal we had during out 36 hour stay in Amish Country. The staff was very pleasant. I was staying at the hotel with my two children and my girls enjoyed their stay. We enjoyed walking on the property watching the farmers picking their crops. I loved relaxing in the great room. My girls enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
