Arc Apartments by stayBirmingham - Birmingham

Very hard to find without any visible external signs. Inside the Arcade Centre up the stairs and to the left. The area arroud was not good, but when inside it was very nice with quiet apartments and big rooms! Possible to cook, two big bedrooms and a big living room is very good. Will stay here again upon next visit to Birmingham!

It,s nice and clean, but will charge you 200 and it takes one month to get back.

Close to all amenities. Clear signage compared to before. Still a little difficult to find since front door very small. Good carpark facilities, good value Centre of town.

Great apartment. Managed to get early check in and late check out although they wouldn't let me organise this until the day literally which was a pain as we were trying to make firm travel plans. Apartment was beautifully appointed and hotel desk staff were lovely especially the black lady upon check out. One staff member helped me carry all my bags […] to the apartment which was so kind and showed me how to work the heating controls. I would stay here everytime no problem. The driving directions on sat nav took me past the carpark entrance twice however and I had to ring hotel to get me to the entrance. That was a minor. Poorly located, took us 40 minutes to find it. Had to wait nearly an hour to check in, finally got into our room about 15:30. Was not aware that you had to leave a £200 deposit, whe didnthink we had the cash and they were not very nice about it, telling us there is nothing they could do and was prepared to see us leave the premises with nowhere to stay […] after travelling five hours and being in a city we don't know. We got the cash at a stretch so wasn't too bad. Once in the room, we were left without no hot water on two occasions. The thermostat didn't come with any instuctions or any warning from staff that we would have to operate it manually, leaving us unable to shower on the day of check out. Overall a really poor service, staff were not friendly at all. Room was good quality but not an enjoyable stay. Læs mere

The Apartment was magnificent. Staff not so good, we travelled from Nottingham and arranged to cook a meal for my staff who were also travelling down later thet day before we all went out into Birmingham. When my staff arrived they were refused entry to the building so the food was wasted. I could understand if they were a rowdy bunch or we were planning […] a party but this was to be a simple meal then out for the night. Beware you are required to leave a £200 deposit which you do get back but it does have to be paid upfront. Also if you are parking I would suggest parking on the carpark over the road next to the Megabowl as it is only £3.50 for 24 hours and is only literally accross the road. The hotel charges £11.00 for its carpark which is only slightly closer and is no safer. All in all I would stay again as the quality of the accomodation is very good. Læs mere

HOTEL WAS NICE, LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR ADULTS, STAFF WERE NOT FREINDLY AT ALL AND NOT HELPFUL, NO TEA, COFFEE ECT IN ROOM AND NO TOLETRIES AS STATED. WHEN ASKING FOR THESE ITEMS THEY SAID THEY HAD RAN OUT OF THEM. WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND. WOULD GO BACK AGAIN BECAUSE LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR US, WITH CLUBS AND PLACES TO EAT AND ALSO THE SHOPPING AREA.

The 1 bedroom suite that we had was very spacious and convinently located near the Bull Ring shopping Centre and the Bull Market ( Open Market ) where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables at very attractive prices and quality. The only cons about this hotel is the non-flexibility of the check in time. We arrived at 11:00am but will not let us check […] in until after the offical time of 2:30pm. location was not ideal, very hard to find, inconvienient if you did not approach the aparthotels from the appropriate enterance as there was many ways of getting near it.The staff a russian lady was very rude, not at all helpful, i did tell her i would complain about her, she was not at all helpful. she checked me in initially, when i was leaving she […] still did not say anything when my husband came in to hotel 10 mins with our daughter and luggage later she suddenly remembered that we had to put down a £200.00 deposit! so off he had to go with child and luggage down all the stairs back to car to get me and back again up the stairs to the hotel! absolute nightmare staff like that should be sacked! It's OK for the price but the rooms need some maintenance. The balcony door on our room could be pushed open at the bottom when locked which is a little worrying when someone else's room had been burgled the same day. When we arrived at the location, i was very annoyed at the long time for check in... It took about an hour, it was busy but i think it could have been handled better! Having said that the daytime staff were very helpful and once we had checked in, the apartment was great! The night time staff were awful though, we arrived back after a late one... great apartments, great location

The location of these apartments is fantastic. In the Arcadian centre with bars and china town surrounding. The bullring centre Is two mins away and the gay area also reachable within minutes. Great place for partying in B'ham. Most people are there for the night life. It is secure, convenient parking and polite staff.

Pay your money go to your appartment. The next day when you see the staff they look at you not even a hello, if you say good morning they don't hear you. Staff need more training on customer service. Apartment was comfortable,spacious and in good location.

Clean & modern apartment with good features and facilities. Family friendly and very spacious rooms. The apartment and courtyard are very quiet and peaceful despite being quite close to shopping centres, attractions & food quarters.

We found our stay at the Arc Apartments very agreeable and would recommend it. We did have trouble finding it. You need to go into the Arcadian Center and look up to the first floor.The entrance is next door to the Blue Ocean restaurant.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. Well located for the city centre and amenities. But Poor service on chech in and check out (Do not accept Amex and charged us for late check out despite only being a few minutes after the checkout time.) and the majority of the staff seem to be chosen from Birminhams "Chav" Culture, mean I would not be inclined […] to stay there again. A great location, very central if not a little hard to find the reception (considering I am actually from Birmingham) but ideal for our purpose and would recommend a stay in the city. So nice to have everything so close to where you are staying and not have to worry about taxi's.

Bon rapport qualité prix, appartement confortable et bien équipé. Restaurants et bars à proximité ce qui n'empêche pas de passer une nuit très calme. Parking à 11 GBP la nuit grâce aux bons de l'hôtel. Mais ne SURTOUT PAS acheter les bons pour petit déjeuner, chers et infects car à prendre dans le 'greasy spoon' d'à côté, Urban Kitchen, franchement […] infâme. Læs mere

Var på turne med bandet mitt, og oppholdet kunne ikke vært bedre! Hotellet var perfekt, rent og moderne, stor leilighet med terasse, og billig!! Anbefales.

Hotel très bien placé pour un weekends sur BMGH. personnel très accueillant et compréhensif des allers et venues nocturnes.
