We stayed here on a 1 night stay in transit back from Sri Lanka. Got a great rate and then was happily upgraded to a suite. Really great place, would love to have stayed longer.

The hotel is in a beautiful localition just close to the towers and restaurants. The room are big and the service is very helpful I will go back to this hotel if in KL again.

For the good rate I paid, this was a lovely place to stop and rest up for a couple of nights before travelling home. Good location, great room with a kitchen and a comfy bed. Loved the menu in the room for all restaurants that deliver in the area.

for a hotel of this standard the breakfast area and spread was hugely disspointing - it was so bad that we didnt bother with breakfast on the second day....

Excellent facilities and helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. You need to use your key card to make the elevator work. Although there are 3 of them, they get quite busy at times and you can be waiting a few minutes to get a ride. 2nd time at fraserplace and it's still a charm. A tad pricey but given that we nv wanted to leave the room, it was worth it! Lovely kitchenette meant we could have hawker food in e comfort of aircon and cable tv. Luxurious sheets!

Large service apartemtn. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, walk in closet. Convenient to Petronas towers and the subway. Nice views from the bedroom. The gym had quite a bit of fitness club quality equipment, much better than what you typically see in the US. Excellent facilities, service and location. We had the 1 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic.

This hotel has an excellent location in the business district. The appartments comme fully equiped and are very comfortable.

I stayed there with my wife. The hotel is really close to Petronas Twin Towers (300 meters) and to KL Tower too. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close to the hotel and others shoppings nearby. The hotel is under renovation, but the noise is only during the day. The room is like a flat, with a cooktop and freezer.

We had a good stay at the Fracer Place. The hotel is very clean and convenient and must be perfect if you are in KL for business. We went there for a couple of days, not for business, and we had a baby with us. We booked the hotel for 3+1 people. We received the baby cot, but the 3rd bed was never made for us or put into the room. When we got back to […] the hotel after dinner we asked for it, and they brought an extra bed to our room. We never checked it but when we were going to sleep, the bed didn't have a bed cover, so we had to ask for that again, something that took them over half an hour to bring to our room. This was disappointing. When you book a room for three people, there has to be three beds in the room. Another thing, if you go for pleasure, is that the hotel doesn't have much character to it. I stayed at The Maya previous this month, and if I ever go back I think I would go there instead. We stayed here for four nights with our two children of 11mths & 3 yrs. Immaculate apartment, excellent equipment fridge freezer microwave toaster kettle & all the utensils you need! Don't let the renovations put you off as you can hardly hear the work goig on during the day & you don't see any workmen etc either. The location is fabulous a 5-10 min […] walk to KLCC. The only thing I wouldn't do again is take the breakfast, it's really not the best & there are food places outside the appartments. Fabulous pool up on the roof side with fabulous views of the city. This hotel is new so everything is spotless clean, and modern. The taste and comfort level of the room is that of a luxury western hotel. Nice high thread count sheets, down comforters, great bathrooms you would enjoy taking a bath in. I personally prefer the quaint apartment feeling of this hotel over large commercial hotels. It's a small hotel feel […] with luxury hotel caliber rooms. The only negative is that my wallet was stolen while at the KLCC, which is walking distance from the hotel. I hear that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, being a tourist area, is a target area for pick-picketers. I was told that a hotel guest gets mugged about once every two months, if not every month. I loved the hotel but the only negative was that the staff didn't seem very sympathetic about the mugging. Neither were the 'tourist police' for that matter. They seem to think that Americans all have travel insurance and that we are wealthy so it doesn't matter. I was mugged while talking to the concierge at KLCC. Two women wearing purdahs came behind me, one was pushing and distracting me while the second woman took the wallet out of my hand bag. I reported it to KLCC security immediately, they have a security camera that they could check, but they were very non-chalant about it. It was very frustrating. Be careful while there. Læs mere

my husband and i had a lovely stay at Fraser Place and would not hesitate to recomment it to our family and friends. it was near everything and the Petronas Twin Tower was only a few minutes walk away, no need to waste your money on taxis. everyone was so helpful, accommodating and willing to help at any time. the concierge were very helpful and so […] knowlegeable esp Aziz and Barb, thank you soo much to the 2 of you and your helpfulness!!!! the pool and the gym were always clean and towels and water on tap. unfortunately we didn't have time to use the sauna which i regretted. we had a studio-type room and we were amazed at the size of it and the bathroom, the rainfall shower was very relaxing. if you are a bath person, you'll be enjoying soaking in the bath after a hard day's sight-seeing but again unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy it. the bed soo comfy and the pillows wow.. you'd think they were too big and uncomfortable but wait till your head hits the pillow!!!! all in all we had a wonderful time there and would return again a heart-bit with not hesitations at all!!! my only tiny itsy bitsy complain was breakfast as we were expecting to sample the malaysian-style breadfast but aside from that, everything was perfect. thank you Fraser Place for your hospitality hopefully we'll experience it again. I feel very homely once I stepped into the hotel! I will definitely stay there whenever I am going to visit KL again.

Everything in the hotel was as good as the reviews. Rooms big and clean. Construction going on weekdays, might be noisy. Takes abt 10 mins to walk to Pavillion, family with young kids might want to consider taking the taxi to the Bt Bintang area or park at Sungei Wang. Staff are all very friendly. My husband & I booked a 1-bedroom apartment and we were lucky to be given one on the upper floors. The deco is modern and housekeeping did a very good job. The staff were friendly and services were good. Location is also good - takes 10-15 min walk to KLCC. Overall, would recommend it to others.

We just booked the hotel on earlier reviews at hotels.com. And we were very impressed, supriesed and satisfied with our stay. The earlier reviews more then well lived up to our expectations. We have all ready med recommendations to our friends which were going to KL in near future.

We stayed in Fraser for 3 nts on a return trip from Oz. We arrived around 11 pm. Chk in was quick & well organised. We had been upgraded too, nice touch. The room was stunning. Very modern & spotlessly clean. The lounge & open plan kitchen were spacious & well furnished. The bedroom had a king size bed, very comfy. There was a small walk-in wardrobe […] with safe, ironing board etc. The ensuite bathroom had a bath & shower. We only used the shower which was like standing under a waterfall, loved it. On the 18th floor of the hotel is the gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steamroom with towels available in bathrooms. There is also a games room that has a wii. We had a late flight from KL, to keep our room for another 6 hours would have cost too much. The hotel kept our bags & gave us access to the showers etc on 18th floor. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Petronas towers & 10 mins from KL towers. I highly recommend this hotel. Læs mere

It has been a great pleasure to stay at the Fraser Place, the hotel is centrally located and in walking distance to the Petronas towers and Suria. The rooms are in a very good condition and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mycket välplacerat hotell, nära Petronas och stadens centrum. Skönt med ett 5* hotell som inte har överdrivet mycket personal, Kök och bekvämligheter då man kanske har tröttnat på asiatisk mat. Toppen

Vi var en vecka i KL med vår 6 månaders dotter. Detta hotell var fantastiskt bra. Väldigt trevlig och kunnig personal, rummen var otroligt hög nivå. Det var med eget kök vilket passade oss utmärkt med en liten baby. Rekomenderas!

値段の割にプール、ジム、そして日本人の好きなジャクジー、スチームサウナ等が奇麗で充実しています。ホテルの規模もそんなに大きくなくリラックスして過ごせます。近所にオシャレなレストランが多く利便性が良いです。

Mycket bra hotell som vi kommer att återvända till. Härligt badrum, snygg inredning och suveränt med fin pool, jacuzzi, gym, tvättstuga, spelrum (X-box, Wii). Bäst av allt var att vi kunde vara kvar hela kvällen i pool-utrymmena i väntan på ett sent tåg till Singapore - trots att vi checkat ut kl 12. Enda minus är en ganska tråkig hotellfrukost (jämförelsevis) […] i en restaurang som krävde långärmat pga alldeles för kall AC-anläggning. Læs mere

正直、評価ほどよくないと思います。値段相応よりやや下。 ★よくなかったところ ・レセプションが問題。禁煙室を希望したが、ニオイのキツイ喫煙室だった。消臭スプレーを持ってくる、と言ったが持って来ない。３泊するのでせめて翌日から禁煙室へ変更できないかと当方から提案してやっと叶った。日本語が全くダメ。 ・宿泊条件にあった「１.５ｋｍ以内無料シャトルサービス」が提供されなかった。言うと、自腹でタクシーといわれた。 ・長距離バスの乗り場を間違いを教えられた。一般人に聞いてるんじゃないんだから。タクシー代と時間がムダに。 ・シーツに鼻クソ？あり ・改装工事の爆音。昼間は部屋に居れない（ホテルドットコムでは改装のことはすごく下～の方に表示されており、少なくとも私は気づかなかった。 ・入り口が写真と違う。裏 […] 口みたいな所。これがホテル？ ・ビジネスセンターはあるが、全部Mac. ・ロビーは写真よりも安っぽい。 ・EVが遅い。何をするにも時間と手間がかかる。 ★よかった点 ・セルフ方式のランドリーがある。 ・Gレベルのベルボーイは親切でにこやか。レセプションよりも具体的に地図案内をしてくれた。 ・朝食は豪華でないが、必要十分。 結論）友人にはとてもおすすめできません。 Læs mere

首次與老公去吉隆坡玩，下榻此酒店，此酒店很新，在LOBBY已有新潮兼高速的蘋果電腦供住客享用，又備有咖啡任飲，兼保安一流，若沒有房咭係唔可以上房及到達設施樓層，此外，客房內有LCD電視、IPOD的電子產品，浴室寬敞：有企缸及浴缸，更好的是成間房好整齊清潔！ 此外，酒店更送上2人肩頸按摩15分鐘，唯服務員沒有預告：公眾假期休息，令致我們錯失了按摩服務！另一方面，酒店內的餐廳價格中等，食物款式亦多元化，唯餐廳會在公眾假期休息，若如常提供服務會好些！ 此酒店位於兩個單軌火車站的中間，約需步行10分鐘左右，雖不是十分近便，但亦不算太偏僻，可以接受！

Ett hotell som det inte finns någonting att klaga på. Vi avslutade vår solsemester här efter 3 veckor. Det var det perfekta hotellet att vila upp sig på. Allt med hotellet känns nytt och fräscht, personalen var helt underbar. Hotelet ligger 5 min från Petrona Towers (tvilling-tornen). I botten på denna byggnad ligger en stor galleria, som enligt vår […] mening var bäst i KL. Om man vill ta det lugnt någon dag finns det jättefin pool på taket som man får nyttja alla dagar. Really appriciated this hotel. Nice, modern and newly renovated, got upgrated to excecutive suit which was super. The Hotel pool and SPA was beautiful, as there were very few other guests we had it almost to our selves the whole stay.
