Generally a decent hotel. The front desk help wasn't much help, but the other staff really tries to please. Right across from a nice mall and some very good restaurants very close by. I'd probably stay there again.

Best ever workout room--great equipment in good condition. Awesome breakfast in nice dining area and great cookies at check-in desk. Free! parking. Nice quality shower head in bathroom. Night light in bathroom would have been nice but few hotels have caught on to that necessity.

The staff was very friendly. Always said hello when you passed them in the halls. Always made sure you always had what you needed as well. The front desk even offered the shuttle bus after recommending a good place to go eat at. Oh and the cookie were very tasty. . .

I would highly recommend this hotel! Everything is new and clean, the style is contemporary and luxurious. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was good. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Free shuttle that takes, and fetches, you anywhere within 3 miles. We used it every day. And exeptionally friendly staff. I have never given an hotell a rating 5 before.

The staff and the service were great. The maintenance gal even went to get me ice when she could tell I was not happy to go to the next floor for it. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and was tasty. The pool is small but nice. It is right next to a busy road so be cautious which side of the building your room is on.

I stayed here in February, 2012, with my husband, our 6 year old son and our 2 year old son. We got a King bedroom suite. It is necessary to have a separate bedroom with a door on it for our family because our 2 year old requires special sleeping arrangements. Be careful when booking...one suite has a bedroom/kitchen but it is one huge open room. Get […] a one BEDROOM suite if you want a separate bedroom with a door. It is usually the second most expensive when you go to book...just make sure you see the word bedroom if you want a separate room with a door. The bathroom is nice and located off the bedroom. A door separates that from the living room and kitchen. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, silverware, cookware, 2 burner stove, microwave. Wood floors in the kitchen with a small table. Living room has pull out sofa (not comfortable) and a huge flat screen TV. Bedroom had another huge flat screen TV. Breakfast was hot and delicious!!! Eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, yogurts, juice, etc. Pool was very small, as was the hot tub...but nice nonetheless. Staff was incredibly friendly. We also got a crib in the room and it was mediocre..I suggest taking a pack and play if you require this. It would have cost us $30 for our family of four to eat breakfast out, so this is a great deal I felt. Right next to Ihop..across the street, you can walk. You can also walk to the Galleria mall. Great location. We did get a room away from the highway based on the reviews I read on here. Very pleased! This will be our hotel when we travel with the kids from now on! Just recently stayed over new years weekend. It's close to the Galleria which is a plus. Hotel service was great. Everyone I spoke to was nice. The lady forgot a few checks in the room that were worth quite a bit of money. The front desk went up and found them their self. They kept them until we were able to make it back to the hotel. Close to the Loop […] and minutes from downtown. I would recommend this to anyone who still wants the city feel, but would like to stay away from the noise and commotion. the hotel staff was very unprofessional during our stay. The receptionist and another associate were loud and boisterous and disrespectful to hotel management, complaining incessantly about their wants and desires while patrons stood by. The breakfast attendant complained as well about her schedule and while there was insufficient food items on the […] buffet line she was absent blaring religious programing in the kitchen which no one appreciated. Where were the lead management team that should have censored these individuals. Richmond Heights MO is a very undesirable neighborhood and we did not feel at all safe or comfortable. This hotel is very convenient to shopping and dining. We actually checked out one day and ended up back at the hotel that same evening as we enjoyed the shopping so much we decided to stay another night. Very friendly staff with a nice breakfast too.

Friendly staff, amazingly clean room and bath. Bed was perfect for me, but may be too firm for some guests. Nice buffet breakfast and comfortable lobby/dining area. We were on the back side so got a little noise from the highway, but nothing major - windows were heavily insulated. Very conveniently located for us, visiting family nearby.

One side faces the highway, you need make sure the room is above the 8th Fl on the highway side, or make sure to get a room on the other side facing the Galleria Mall

Had to travel for a family emergency. Felt very well taken care during a highly stressful time. A special request for a room on a higher floor to avoid the traffic noise was granted. Thank you so much. Will be booking again today.

We have never stayed at a more friendlier hotel. From the moment we walked in, till we walked out, everyone was courteous, polite, and helpful.

So close and easy for Forest Park - highly recommend!

TRANSPORTATION: 5 minutes walk from Richmond Heights metro station. Free shuttle from Hotel to Washington University, Targets and Walmart. less than 1/2 hours drive from Lambert international […] airport. FOOD: Free good Western breakfast and DInner from Monday to Thursday. Foodcourt in Galleria shopping mall. Walking distance from Yen ching Chinese restaurant. COMPUTER Free Wifi, Free Computer access to internet, free printing. Suggestion: Do not stay in rooms facing the Highway and Metro train track. It can be very noisy all day. We stayed in this hotel on our first visit to St. Louis. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and the staff very courteous and helpful. We are hoping to stay here again on our next trip to St. Louis.

Room was very modern and new looking, very clean, great space...room even had ceiling fan. Closet was a little small but for how nice everything else was that was a small price to pay. We checked in early and then went out for awhile they even came back in the room and tidied up. Great stay highly recommend.

The rooms in this hotel are not true suites, as the name implies. This was one small room with a kitchen/cabinet unit. Not even a side chair. With a king-size bed, the room felt claustrophobic. Have stayed in other Homewood Suites that were lovely, but was very disappointed in this one.

The hotel was great; room was clean and up-to-date. It was beautiful and I loved all the pillows! The fitness facility is huge! Nice pool area. We would stay there again, it was very convenient- right next to nice shopping and great places to eat.

I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and located in a convenient area. The free breakfast and parking was a plus. The staff at the front desk could have been a bit more friendlier. When I arrived to check in at the front desk, it took them a while to acknowledge my presence. Kitchen staff were very pleasant and friendly though.

This was an overnight stay as we were in St. Louis for a little shopping and to visit the Science Center. This hotel is in a great location (right across the street from The St. Louis Galleria) and it had great amenities. The continental breakfast was delicious and provided many, many options. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

This property is everything we expected and more. The night staff was very nice and helpful hen we checked in. We needed a cart and she had someone locate one for us. The only drawback was that it was raining and they did not have an overhand by the entrance. The ammenties were very good. The workout room was great, continental breakfast had a lot of […] different types of items to choose from, the office center was very convenient, I needed to printout directions. Hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. Room was clean and everything supplied that was to be there. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday Morning was plentiful and many choices. Would stay there again due to neutral location to everything without being in the downtown traffic congestion.

I spent the night here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. Was thrilled to find microwave popcorn in my room and happy hour with hot food in the lobby when I checked in. The hotel personnel are inept. I had a studio suite, which is essentially a room with a fold out bed in the couch in addition to a king. I was sent to a room without a couch. When I called down to the front desk, they said "the other bed is in the fold out couch". They didn't know they sent me to the wrong room. My family required a place to stay while attending a family function. My husband and I and our four young children fit into the suite with two double beds just perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful, from the first person you met at the front desk to the people working the breakfast area. They even have a […] shuttle bus that will take you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. I would stay here again if ever in the St. Louis area. Highly recommended. My wife and i got away for a weekend of shopping at the Galleria and decided to try this hotel. It is right across the street from the mall and very worth the price. Everything was perfect!!

We had the best night at our stay. The hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable.

We arrived late the first night of our visit and were very tired. Upon entering the hotel, the hostess warmly welcomed us and told us that she had already checked us in so that we could head off to bed. We were extremely relieved to hear this. The room was very spacious, especially for the price. The bed was comfortable, and we especially liked that […] they had Neutrogena amenities. The room had a flat-screen TV with HBO, so we enjoyed that in our downtime. The breakfast in the morning included biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, and other essentials. The coffee was available at any time, and we definitely made use of it. We loved the location of the hotel. It was near everything we needed to get to, close to the interstate, and across the street from the mall. It's in a really nice area of St. Louis, and there is an IHOP across the street if you want more than the hotel's breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again. Læs mere

I thought the suite was great, especially for the price. The breakfast was better than most as well. The only complaint I'd have is that if you're a light sleeper the rooms facing the freeway are not the best, you can hear the traffic all night long.

We arrived earlier than expected--the hotel was easy to find and in a great location. We found our room to be neat with everything we needed. We slept great, since the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful service, too!

During our stay in St. Louis, we wanted to save a little and get a hotel outside of the city. It was about a 10 minute drive and easy to find. A little noisy by the interstate, but the room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Service was outstanding, the hotel was beautiful, and all amenities were top notch. The complimentary breakfast was extremely good, as well. Parking was free, but the lot wasn't secure against theft or vandalism.

At check in we were given room 317 which is right next to the interstate. We tried to "tough" it out and stay in that room for our 4 nights but after 2 night we couldn't stand it any more. Once asked to be moved, the front desk didn't hesitate to give us the key to another room on the 10th floor to see if the noise was any better. It was better so we […] moved rooms. The room was very clean. We had a wonderfull stay and it was also very quite. This hotel was not far from the main attractions like the Arch, Magic House, and the City Museum. Læs mere

I was taking my mother to the St. Louis Zoo. She does not travel much so I wanted to provide her with a nice stay. She was delighted and please with her trip and the hotel topped it off.
