Pacific Regency Hotel Suites - Kuala Lumpur

The 5 days we stayed in Pacific Regency KL were a delight. The reception staff were helpful and had integrity, the 33. floor pool area is lovely for relaxation after sightseeing and shopping. Don't expect the bar to be too happening - we did not see much action there - not even on weekend nights. The hotel is located in walking distance to shopping […] malls and bar/restaurant street - if you can stand waiting for the lights to change. A metered taxi is incredibly cheap but unlikely to get you there faster, as traffic jams are almost mandatory. The windows in PR could have been cleaner and the top floor pool area staff a whole lot faster and more service minded. There could have been a minibar in the room and the room serviced breakfast could have been more inspired - but all in all a recommandation is in place. Læs mere

I was very surprised on how comfortable this hotel is. Free internet is a plus...very safe and secured...the hotel staff very friendly especially Chris and Christelle...Excellent food at the SOI, affordable...outstanding service at SOI especially Sam and Sarilak who waited on our group...

this hotel is placed nicely in the golden triangle staff very helpful luna bar on top floor was great restaurant was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner.geo cafe downstairs also good would definetly stay here again.

Highly recommended for its location and value for money. Family suite was great, swimming pool amazing at night.

Great hotel, with its strengths being its very convenient location and its roof top pool and bar. Luna, the rooftop pool bar is a shining star, and was so stylish and had such a great vibe that we went there every night. Their hiring practices are questionable however. One bartender had no idea how to make a martini (he poured vodka directly from the […] bottle into the martini glass) and was very rude to us when we politely advised him to use a shaker. If he neither knows how to make a drink nor has customer service skills, we wonder why he was hired in the capacity of bartender. Another bartender at their Olive lounge kept encouraging us to pay cash and offered us "discounts" if we did. He did not have a supervisor, and so we got the distinct impression he wanted us to pay cash so that he could pocket the money. As mentioned before, we thought they had questionable hiring criteria. The welcome was very friendly and service was good. The room is very clean. Plus a pair of chocolate everyday put on the bedside that my girl like it very much. Will consider to stay here again. Having a kitchen in the room is an additional plus.

The pool on the roof and the lounges and bars there are a great place to be at night and you get a good view of both the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin towers.

Very nice hotel, probably not 5 star as they are rated. Two areas for improvement- inroom internet is bad...connection speed is awful; food quality is average to below average.

Amazing rooms ..best what you can get for the price you pay. would love to visit again to KL and would prefer the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites only.

I stayed in the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites, along with two friends, for four nights. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel, especially given the low price we paid. The staff were very polite and helpful, I thought breakfast was very good and I highly recommend a visit to the massage centre. The bathroom in our suite was excellent, and it was […] also great to have a kitchen. The only criticism I would have is that the three of us were sharing a room which consisted of two twin beds and a camp bed which I had the misfortune to sleep on- it was very uncomfortable. However, house keeping did (upon request) provide me with an extra pillow, which helped. Pacific Regency was fabulous. Modern, spacious and clean rooms. Great pool and bar and friendly staff. Our internet rate via hotels.com was great value for money.

昼間、３４階のプールからツインタワーを眺めながらのんびりするのは快適です。プール周りの作りもしゃれています。 けれども、夜になると一転、プールサイドがクラブになって、周辺客も来るようでにぎわいます。 ３１階の部屋にベース音が響いて寝られませんでした。 フロントに注意するも、全く効果なし。　睡眠導入剤が無ければ大変な事になっていたと思います。 泊まるなら、部屋からのビューはあきらめても、高層階にしない事をお勧めします。

bellisiimo albergo, centralissimo a due passi dalle Petronas, spettacolare il club Luna al 33 esimo piano con vista torri, che dire andateci! colazione a soli 5 euro veramente ottima tutto perfetto!

This is great. Everyting!!!. But the water in pool is not clean. If the water is clean.. This is the perfect hotel.

room is verybig and simple, so good! Luna bar in the top loof is my best spot in the city. fantastic DJ's music, opened nightsight, humorous staffs, funny swimming pool in there. only one little unlike thing is the location. you can go to KLCC over 15min by walk, but taxi is OK.

beau standing d'hotel appartement en plein coeur de la ville. Superbe vue de la piscine sur le toit et la nuit soirée avec DJ. Petit déjeuner parfait. Hotel à recommander.

Ett bra klasshotell nära till sevärdheter. Rummet hade stor toalett med separat dusch och badkar.Trevligt & smakfullt kaklad och inredd. Stort sovrum med soffa , fortölj och bord.Tyvärr så var tv-apparaten placerad till soffgruppen,man fick vinkla tvn mot sängen om man ville ligga i sängen och titta (tjocktv) det blev en lite lång bit från sängen.Rummet […] hade ett 3m långt kök med spis ,micro kyl, diskbänk mm. Bestick. tallrikar ,glas allt fanns där. Rummet låg på16 våning med utsikt mot petronas tower som inte ligger långt bort. Poolen är på taket,en enkel pool som är ca14*7 meter och jämndjup på ca 1.30-1.80m. Kanske inte så barnvänlig utan vuxens medverkan.Hotellet har 2 tvättmaskiner och 2 torktumlare som man kan tvätta själv med om man inte vill lämna det åt hotellet mot en mindre kostnad.Har för mig 10 ringit/pollett inkl.tvättmedel och sköljmedel.1 pollett=1 tvätt el.tumling Har även gym och restaurang,men som vi aldrig nyttjade så kan ej uttala mig om dessa. 我們一行四人租了兩間房間, 分開兩晚入住的! 房間真的很大及舒適! 房內有免費WIFI, 但當我們要求要兩房相連, 酒店方面說我們訂購時沒有註明, 所以不能安排給我們! 所以我們唯有第二晚才有相連房! 另外, 酒店的士比較貴, 只要走出酒店門口外, 價格即平一些! 但有免費小巴去KL TOWER, 及沿斜路再轉左就可到達雙子塔, 都可算方便的!
