The Comfort Suites was a wonderful surprise after a long day of driving. The staff was pleasent and very helpful. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. We were moved two times. First room had food left in it (pizza and pop. This was late at night.) Moved to a room where the lock did not work and that was not fixed until noon the next day. We could get out of the room, but could not get into the room. we left for the wedding, came home very late, and our room was not cleaned. Last Christmas, my family and I stayed at another questionable hotel in Manchester in an attempt to save some money. After a HORRENDOUS experience, we decided to go with this hotel due to its great reviews. I am VERY glad to say everything was clean, the staff were very friendly & helpful and the breakfast was worth it! My only complaint would be that […] the area for breakfast is fairly small and there isn't very much space for sitting. This made it a challenge for 4 adults and a child in a high chair, but the food was worth the hassle. I would also warn people that the pool is a small, salt water pool.
