Gode værelser / behagelige senge. Vi var ikke generet af det var et kasino-hotel. Gode spise muligheder på stedet til yderst rimelige priser. Vi havde et ophold med morgenmad inkluderert - det var helt fantastisk.Og det lå i rolige omgivelser. Klart at foretrække fremfor hoteller på The Strip. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen.

Vi rejste 4 voksne og havde studiosuite og 1-bedroom suite i forbindelse med hinanden med køkkenfaciliteter. Hotellet er stadig velholdt med højt serviceniveau. Vi finder beliggenheden god,i gåafstand til the Strip og gode restauranter samt indkøb. Hotellet har gratis shuttlebus til Cesar. Godstog passerer, så bed om værelse højt i bygningen og væk fra toget.

Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter ligger praktisk tæt på lufthavnen i Las Vegas (Vest for The Strip) og er også tæt på Crystals at City Center, Sands Expo Convention Center og Fashion Show Mall.

"Super hotel"
Super lækkert nyt hotel! Dejlig værelser... Der sker ikke så meget på selve Vdara, men Vdara er en del af det nye Citycenter, så der er casino mmm. på søsterhotellet Aria.
"fantastisk suite"
Vi boede på den mest fantastiske suite med super behandling. upgrade for kun 10 dollar pr dag, og vi havde et hjørne suite med vinduer til tre sider.! Ligger super godt på The Strip og gode shoppingmuligheder tæt ved- også dagligvarer.
"Luksus"
Helt klart et sted man vil komme tilbage. Hvis man vil have nyt, rent og god belliggenhed, så er det det hotel!
"Rigtig fin hotel for penge"
mangler casino men der lægge et lige ved søster hotel casino. måske et restaurant og at kiosk er åben 24/7. Men ellers meget fin hotel. flot værelser. fint pool kun vær dyber men de er et problem på de fleste hotel at de er alle meget børn venlige. den eneste minus er de ekstra resort fees og taxes. men de er med alle hotel i vegas tåbelige

Nice hotel, does not have casino, which for me is an advantage, I hate going through the casinos every time I want to go to my room. Clean, modern, very good service. On the negative side: One day when I arrived to my room in the evening it was not yet cleaned. I had to pay an extra 20 dollars per day for a "Resort Fee". Hotels.com is not clear about […] it, and when I checked in, they did not inform me. When I complained about it, they told me that in the conditions that I signed when I checked in it was explicit, but COME ON!!!! WHO CAN READ ALL THESE THINGS COMPLETELY!!!! Læs mere

"City Corner Suite is amazing"
Pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable, but after a call they made it up with pillow tops and comforters which made a world of difference. Had to call twice for toilet paper as they only had 1 roll in the room. Kitchen didn't have any silverware or dishes which was odd, but once we called it arrived right away. Views are amazing, pool is small […] but very nice and we loved not having to walk through a smokey casino to leave the hotel. Bonus factors include walking distance to Aria, Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Great stay! We will return to the Vdara. Læs mere
"Poor service"
We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. They didn't make the sofa bed after we requested it. No glasses in room and nothing but bare cabinets in the kitchenette. Even in the bar/restaurant they assumed we didn't want to order food, so they never asked. Pretty good location, but a ways off the strip.

It was clean, comfortable, and close to the strip. It also had a great pool. But, our toilet was broken, and the staff took their time to bring extra blankets.
"Great place for the price"
The rooms are designed like a small studio, equipped with small kitchen and appliances. The bed was super nice. I only expect double sheets, but it had triple sheets. Bathroom was nice and big. It had a separate tub. Walls are well insulated so we didn't hear much loud noise. It wasn't stuffy like other gambling hotels, the air was fresh and easy to […] breathe. "Very disappointing"
After arriving late at night with our 2 children we just wanted to check-in and go to bed only to find the sofa bed had not been made up and no linen provided to do it. After 2 phone calls and a visit to the front desk we were told that we should have requested the sofa bed to be made prior to arrival??? I would have thought that common sense would […] be enough to know that a booking for 4 people in a room with only 1 bed would require the sofa bed to be made. Once made and ready it proves to be very uncomfortable for the kids with them able to feel the springs in the mattress. The convenience of a kitchen is made very inconvenient with not a single utensil, pot, pan or plate in the room. Then upon check out the extra $28.00 a day fee for use of the gym, pool, wi-fi and bottled water (whether you use them or not) is yet another unpleasant surprise. We did find the non smoking and no casino suited our family however next time we will look elsewhere. Læs mere
"Not as good as expected"
Considering it is a 5 star hotel, I was disappointed. It was not bad, but not amazing. Shower had no water pressure and bed, although super comfortable, was very warm with no air vent overhead. Cranked air down to 68-69 and still hot. Black-out shades had space between windows, so light still crept in. "Wonderful Experience"
We were able to check in early and were given a quiet room on a high floor, as requested. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and did an excellent job on the four days we stayed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. While relatively compact, the room was very well insulated and tastefully decorated in muted browns with a splash […] of lime. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the deep bath. We were also given a complimentary late check out which was appreciated as we had a thirty hour trip ahead of us. I really like the location of the hotel, right next to Bellagio and Aria and the cafe served good food, reasonably priced. All in all a wonderful experience. Læs mere

"Very Poor Service"
Elevators were always packed. Housekeeping had to be called for service. Room did not have robes (which my girlfriend loves). I call housekeeping to request they bring up the robes...they never did. I could not get the pool/cabana reception to answer the phone. I called four times. The last two times I called I left a voicemail requesting a call back...they […] never called back. I had to go down to pool in person to make reservation. On day of service they requested a credit card to keep on file, then lost it and didn't tell me. What a mess. Beautiful hotel, but HORRIBLE experience. I stayed at mandarin oriental two weeks prior and had a 5 star experience. There are too many options in Vegas to settle for poor service. Læs mere

"Nice Hotel!"
We spent 2 nights in this nice hotel. The only negative thing is the quality of service. We had to call 2 times to have our kids sofa bed set-up and we had to call 2 times for a problem with the safe but nobody came to fix it. Room and bathroom were clean. Very good location!
"Service/Room a Disappointment"
We arrived at the Vdara at 9:30 a.m. Although check-in was not until 3:00, we hoped to get in our room earlier as we hadn't slept in more than 36 hours. No luck. We weren't given a room until 3:00. When we arrived in our room, the television set was not working, and a technician had to be called. A light was out in the shower that was never repaired […] although requested twice. The dining/living room area was a nice size, and we used the washer/dryer and extra bathroom, but the bedroom was small and dark. We enjoy trips to Las Vegas two or three times each year, but we won't be staying at the Vdara again. Læs mere

My trip started out rough airplane troubles , delayed flight etc. Everything went well at check in but after getting to my room and preparing to take a shower i found a dirty t shirt in between the towels in my room. I called the front desk, spoke with Derborah and explained the situation. Deborah was extremely apologetic but even more helpful she stated […] she would waive the resort fees which i did not expct and offered to switch my room. "Vegas without the constant reek of cigarettes"
Vdara is relatively small (for Vegas), but plenty luxurious. Since there's no casino, you don't have to walk though clouds of cigarette smoke wherever you go. We were always happy to get back there after being out in the casino resorts. The staff was great and the beds were super comfortable. Cool modern decorations in the lobby and rooms. A little […] bit of a walk to get LV Blvd, but worth it to have a refuge from the Vegas insanity. Went with family (2 kids, 9 and 11) and they had a good time in the pool. We did not receive a 1 bedroom suite as we had requested. In order to have a 1br we had to move and pay $40.00 per nite extra.

"Expensive and low quality food"
There is no coffee maker in the room. There is a fast food chain looking cafe. I paid $37 for a pancakes, a a mexican brakfast plate and tea, coffee. The food wasn't worth for that amount of money at all. The rice tasted like a frozen food. Pancakes were so bad that we exchanged with French toast. Stayed here before and had a flawless experience.. Second time wasnt so flawless.. Checked into a room that had a really bad smell, complained to front desk and they promised to check on it.. So we waited and waited and no response.. SO finally had to go down to front desk where they had no excuses and moved us to another room.. However no appologizes […] for the inconvience or for the fact that no one came to check the room.. The devils in the details especially when it comes to service and the service still needs work..
