Pure Luxury and Incredible Views. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Well worth the stay.

Hotel Giotto is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the Basilica of San Francisco, so it is a convenient location. My husband and I spent 1 night at this hotel as a quick sto between Florence and Rome. It turned out to be my favorite hotel of our trip. We paid extra for a spectacular view and it was more than worth it. Not to mention they have two public patios with even better views-one for lunch or after dinner drink and one where their restaurant is. Beutifully renovated hotelin the centre of Assisi with one of the greeat views of the world from the balconies. Service would have been 5 but for short-staff problem in the restaurant late at night. Otherwise all round excellent.

If words could truly describe how wonderful this Hotel stay was... If you are reading this with an option of staying here then look no further... DO IT! Pictures do not do this view justice (Yes, other hotels have great views) but this hotel has the great view everywhere to include from the parking garage (VERY important in Assisi). If there is a downside, it would be getting to the hotel if not familiar with driving small Italian streets. Being in the heart of it all takes effort to get there.... Located in the west end of town near the St. Francis Basilica, the view of the surrounding countryside at sunset was excellent. The hotel was historical, but equipped with modern conveniences. Located ion the heart of the Town but with a good car park this hotel is ideal for a visit to Assisi.Once there you can do everything on fott...there are plenty of restaurants in Assisi but on of the best is right here in this hotel. Also there is an extensive Lounge /Terrace area with a bar to relax in after wandering through the very hilly streets.A […] real find is this hotel and well worth the small premium you pay over others nearby. The Hotel is very nice and has got a car park. It's in a beautiful location near the main basilica in Assisi. The standard room I was given had a beautiful view on the valley. Considering that this is rated as a four star hotel, I was disapponted to discover that during my stay at the end of May there was no air conditioning in the room. This is the […] only reason why I rated the "comfort in the room" question above very low. The Hotel has got air conditioning units in the rooms and I am sure if you stay there in June, July and August you will be able to enjoy this facility. When I asked at reception why there was no air conditioning in my room they advised me that they hadn't switched it on yet because the weather outside wasn't very warm. I was expecting that a four star hotel would always have air conditioning in the rooms and that they would leave the decision to switch it on and off to the customer. As a matter of fact, one evening the room was too warm for me and I found it difficult to fall asleep. Also in the afternoon it took a long time to have warm water in the shower however this could be an overall problem in Assisi and therefore you may experience the same in any other hotel. What a lovely hotel! This is a must see and stay place! The view from our room was breathtaking. The quaint little town of Assisi was even better by staying here. And the restaurant there offered us one of the best meals we enjoyed in Italy. I can't say enough about how nice of a hotel this is! We would come back and stay anytime!

You will be happy immediately when you check into this hotel. Service is great and friendly, the condition of rooms impeccable. But the view from the terrace off the coffee room is worth the trip and the cost of a stay in this hotel.

This hotel has been recently refurbished & is very comfortable. It is in an ideal close to the centre of Assisi. The view from my room was really beautiful & overlooked the town of Assisi. Overall a great place to stay.

経営努力をしているホテルだと感じました。フロントやレストランのスタッフ、お掃除をしてくださるスタッフ　やさしい笑顔で迎えてくださいました。夕暮れのアッシジの風景や夜のペルージャの灯など人とのつながりを感じながら温かい気持ちになれた4泊でした。私は利用しませんでしたが、スパもあるのでアッシジの坂で、足や腰を痛めた方などには良いのではないでしょうか? 私共は50才代の夫婦ですが、年配の方にはこのホテルは特におすすめです。

La prima cosa che vorrei sottolineare è che avevo prenotato un'ottima camera, ma al momento dell'arrivo, ci hanno consegnato forse la più bella:la suite donna Beatrice, stanza 410....UN SOGNO!! Ottima l'accoglienza, bellissima la terrazza con vista della vallata e di Assisi. Peccato che il soggiorno sia stato così breve, ma conto di ritornarci e senza […] ombra di dubbio lo consiglierò ad amici. Un giudizio del ristorante non lo posso esprimere perchè non vi ho mangiato, ma la vista e l'atmosfera, specie serale, è eccezionale proprio per la sua ubicazione.
