Ligger godt - tæt ved metro og stort shopping center Fantastisk betjening hele tiden Blot en anelse ærgerligt, at poolen havde en form for overdækning, så det var svært at finde sol hele tiden, men skyggen er selvfølgelig også ok

Overall the Hotel was very nice - clean and very friendly staff - the BIGGEST complaint i have is the the wireless internet signal was very very poor. I was not able to work from my room at all during my 4 day stay. On the last day the internet was down completely.

First of all they are not "across" from the City Center Mall . . they are quite a distance. not possible to walk in the heat with family. Not easy to get cab right outside the hotel either ...can take a bit of time. When we finally got there the hotel room category at the time of booking said the particular room has a sofa bed but there wasnt any . […] i callled and informed reception they were clueless but they offered to send an extra bed .the room given to me was musty and full of smoke odour though i had categorically specified non smoking at the time of booking. i had to ask for a room change. the rooms do look worn and i believe the hotel is in need of some upgradation . the troubles didnt end there. 3 days in a row when they cleaned my room they "forgot " to put towels . After midnight its difficult to get housekeeping OR even the front desk on the phone. Worst was on the last day when i was checking out ... called the reception 8.45 am and asked them to call a big cab ( since i had a bit of luggage) and i had to leave for the airport at 9.30 . then at 9.15 i called the bell desk to send someone for the luggage. the person came at 9.50 am !!! when i reached downstairs there was no cab . Apparently there was some "miscommunication" and they never got the message . Luckily i found a big cab after 5 mins of looking for one but i reached the airport late and had to really rush through which was stressful especially since i had 2 young kids . The stay was fine, but I almost missed a meeting at the airport because I could not get a taxi to pick me up to go back to the airport. None waiting outside, and none would stop or go to the airport. I ended up taking an unmarked cab whick felt very dangerous.

Forget about the shuttle-take a taxi, less than $10. Main restaurant served buffet for all meals; usually half American and half-Arabian. 5 minute walk to Metro which takes you everywhere you need to go and is simple to navigate. Good Italian restaurant (Cerano) 2 blocks away (make a right exiting from hotel) NO ALCOHOL SERVED ANYWHERE I WENT

I arrived early morning at the hotel. Staff were most helpful and arranged early book- in into hotel at no extra cost. They ensured my comfort throughout my stay. I had a pleasant one night stay at the hotel and look forward to utilizing the hotel during future stays. I chose the hotel for its price, close location to the airport, and guest reviews. The hotel met all of my expectations and I consider it to be a good 4-star value.

I was disappointed by what I experienced. There were no females working the front desk and the bell staff didn't pick up our bags when we arrived. The staff appeared less professional in many ways. Many were new and must have been in training. I stayed here four years ago several times and the atmosphere was energetic and refreshing. Now the atmosphere […] is stale, like the place is going to close soon. The internet worked off and on in the rooms. When we checked in at 930 pm and was told that the internet wouldn't work until 9am the next morning. That was frustrating. Why not have an IT person working all shifts. The hotel price wasn't cheap. The hotel offered us the chance to utilize the business center. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if the place was going out of business or under new management, he said it wasn't. Things were quiet and no music played in the lobby. It was boring. I didn't see the company that usually sell excursions to many different events in Dubai. The people employed appeared inexperienced and four years ago wouldn't have been hired at City Seasons Hotel. The location is excellent. Close to airport and walking distance to mall. I was just passing through Dubai and chose this hotel due to their affordable room rates, but do not let the prices fool you. This hotel was great, from the door man to the room itself. I recommend this place to anyone spending time in Dubai.

We(famiy of 6) stayed one week in two rooms side by side at the hotel and found it very pleasant and loaded with helpful staff, located near city center mall, breakfast is nice and the gym is well equipped, we forgot a large picture for my son in the room after we checked out and left the country and hotel mailed it to us overnight free of charge

Overall a very good stay,nice location,staff,food and rooms were very good. Only the communication department was very poor,as we were to get an urgent mail, so we needed a copy of the mail or a fax which did not work despite several efforts with reception,this aspect has to be taken care of since the hotel is very good and up to the ratings.

Overall the staff, location and pricing for the City Seasons hotel were acceptable. However, there were two problems that will cause me to book elsewhere nex time. The first problem has to do with the availablity of hot water. In order to take a shower the water must run on full hot, full output for almost 5 minutes before the hot water reaches the […] faucet. I feel that this is both a waste of water and my time standing around waiting for my shower. The second problem was the mini-bar. When I opened the mini-bar I found that the refridgerator was not working and that the mini-bar had mold and other organic growth in it. When I pointed this out to the management all that was done was that the min-bar was cleaned. It still did not work. I found this unacceptable. Læs mere

Great location, right next to City Center Mall & Metro and 5 minutes to DXB. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Restaurant is good too. Good Hotel and Rates are always reasonable.

First time staying at this hotel. I found it to be quite comfortable and affordable. The rooms were in excellent condition and the staff were all courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Staff is friendly enough - if a bit too inquisitive. Towels were missing, and it took very long to get them. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The orange juice had turned to water, and the coffee wasn't replaced for a long time. Location is good if you have work/ interest in the Deira area, but the management felt amateurish.

We tried to check in a 2:00 but the room was not ready. 35 minutes later we were checked in. Food was pretty good but not as good as City Seasons Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Towels were not left after housekeeping on 2 occasions. Room service got the room number wrong 1 time. Concierge was great. The 24 hour cafe served us coffee but never did come back and […] ask us for our food order so we went out to eat. first impression is good but after some time I was less optimistic. No WI FI in rooms ( in 2012 in a 4* hotel ?) the service is terrible .... people are nice but that's it . room ok , bathroom ok , quite noisy as hotel is near airport ... there is better and cheaper in Dubai.

I normally wouldn´t have booked this hotel, but with the hotel prices skyrocketing during the ArabHealth convention and the Chinese New Year for 5-star hotels this was an acceptable choice. Ok the rooms aren´t as comfortable as in a luxury hotel, the breakfast is rather limited, but the excellent staff and the willingness to help makes up for this. I […] had problems to connect to the dsl network, but the IT guys went out of their way to install a private wlan router in front of my room so that I could access the internet wireless. The guys at breakfast were more than friendly and after leaving a small tip on the first morning I was assured special treatment. The buffet wasn't very good, the restaurant wasn't available, the pool is much smaller than it appears on the website. The hotel tried to charge me for fresh milk for tea/coffee in my room as I don't like evaporated milk. The room service breakfast was incomplete and the pastries were stale. When we arrived late morning, there was no hot water to take a shower. Next day, to catch our plane we hat to check out early around 6 am. Unfortunately the hot water service had not been restored.. At the full rate we paid, we had expected better accommodations.

Very close to the Deira City Center mall and Dubai Metro, at least within five minutes walk. There is a least one or two local grocery stores within a block from the hotel to purchase water, juice and personal items at much lower price compare to the hotel's mini bar in the room.
