"I would stay at SpringHill Suites again"
Three big plusses--#1 - free wireless internet. #2 -our hotel room had two separate bathrooms--one with a toilet & sink and one with a shower & larger sink area for getting ready. #3 - conveniently located to all our activities. Two minor negatives--#1 - strong smell of chlorine from the pool greets you as you walk past the front desk. #2 - many breakfast […] items (ham, sausage, eggs) were empty when we came down for breakfast at 8:50 AM They were restocked at about 9 AM. "Sprinhill Suites Marriott Provo - great value"
My wife and I stayed three nights and were very pleased. Our room was a good size, had a bedroom, an office area and a fridge and microwave, and separate toilet and bathroom. It was quiet and clean, hotel staff were helpful, and breakfast, included in the room rate, was a good start ro the day. The location was great for us. The decor was a little strange. Rooms were not user friendly. The largest useful mirror had no lighting and no outlets for hair appliances. The mirror in the toilet room was completely useless, as it was two small mirrors into the corner. Whoever designed these rooms and the lighting must never use a mirror to get ready, I guess. Also, we didn't appreciate […] the maid waking us up at 8:15 am to see if she could clean our room.....we were still asleep, and this happened both mornings. "Springhill Suites Provo"
We had a pleasant stay in the Springhill Suites. The room was very clean, the service commendable, and the hot breakfast in the morning filling. There was a free shuttle to the Provo airport in the morning; this was a definite plus. We did notice a sound emanating from the refrigerator in our suite. However, it was only a very slight bother.
Need to provide information on how the shower works. From everything I hear I was not the first to have to contact the front desk to find out how it worked.

The room was like a very modern, well decorated and maintained apartment. It is a place I would definitely stay again. They do offer shuttle service to the Provo airport which was important to me... Just don't expect to get a cold beer in Provo on a Sunday night!
"Ultra-modern, upscale, beautiful--heart of Provo"
This place doesn't look special from the outside, though it is new. The backdrop is breathtaking, with the tall mountains jutting up just a few yards behind the neighboring hotel it shares a parking lot with, I think it's also by Marriott. Inside, it is ultra-modern (think Apple Store meets IKEA meets MOMA) and very sleek. The room we had was a suite […] with two queens, a bank of couches, a full desk with frosted glass surround separating it from the sleeping area, mini-fridge, microwave, a flat-screen TV on a wall swivel, and separate tub/shower and toilet/sink areas with European sliding doors that go along (not inside) the wall. It was all frosted glass and woods and metals and mirrors that were very sleek and modern and elegant. The beds were perfect. The separation of the toilet area from the shower meant multiple people could get ready at once in the morning without embarrassing situations (we're a family of 4 but our kids are teens). The room was laid out well so it felt very spacious. The floor or the walls were a little thin, though, as we could hear every time somebody slammed their heavy door. The staff were by far the nicest hotel staff I've met. Checking in and out took less than 2 minutes. They recommended a cool pizza buffet just up the street for dinner. The hotel is in the heart of the BYU campus, I gather, as every street was crawling with students on foot and there was a multitude of dining and shopping choices in every direction. The breakfast included cereals, build your own breakfast sandwiches, fruits, and a waffle-making station, along with the usual coffee, tea, milk and juice. If we visit Provo again (I'm not sure why we would, except for the beautiful mountains or driving through as we were this time) we'll definitely stay here! Læs mere
"Marriott Spring Hill in Provo, Ut"
The location was perfect for our needs. The room was very nice, but the glass doors on the bathroom facilities was a bit awkward for night time use. The hotel desk folks were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They made good recommendations for places to eat near the hotel. Internet speed was good for surfing, email, and even some remote site vpn work. "Futuristic/Retro Design!"
This is our new favorite hotel - and we travel a lot! The style is very unique with colors of blue, green & teal with accents of orange. We felt like we were in a time warp and not sure if it was in the future or past. OK, that may sound a bit extreme, but we were impressed/amused (lots of smiling & giggling!) by the lobby and room. Everything was shiny […] and clean. The walk to the Marriott Center is 10 minutes - very close and easy. We did not have time to swim, but peeked at the pool, it was small and there wasn't a hot tub. "Good Location, Nice Room but . . ."
I really have no complaints with this hotel itself. It seems fairly new. The rooms were clean. The working area has a hard couch. The decor was a little modern for my taste but hey . . . Check-in was freindly and quick. Breakfast was actually very good -- waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc. We did not use the pool but a couple of families would […] probably fill it up. My complaint was that we specifically booked this hotel the night before a college football game so that we could park in the hotel parking during the game. But when I checked-in, they told us that they would tow our car if we left it there after check-out. So if that is your intent, check ahead of time. Maybe it was just this one time due to a wedding but I was very disappointed that we would not be able to leave for activities in the morning and still park for the game. Oh well. Live and learn. "Springhill Suites in Provo"
It is very close to BYU and we were pleased with the quality of the hotel and the service. We were next to the elevator and didn't hear any noise at all. We would definately stay there again.

"Nice hotel"
This was one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed. We did end up in a handicap room though, which was a little disappointing as we didn't get the nice bathroom we saw in the photos online. The pool was a good size, but was freezing cold. We had hoped to do more swimming, but just couldn't because we started to shiver. Breakfast was great and […] had a nice selection of things to choose from. Probably wouldn't return just because we wouldn't want to swim in a cold pool again, but everything else was excellent. "Excellent stay"
We had a wonderful stay. We did not however like the fact that the pool was very small and there was no hot tub. I overheard a lot of people upset about the internet connection not working correctly and the front desk staff did not seem to be able to fix it. As we didn"t need this, it did nto affect our stay. If you are going to be an internet user, […] call ahead and make sure it is fixed. We did not spend much time in our room but the time we were there was wonderful. "Would definitely stay there again"
What a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bed was extra comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night and central for traveling around Provo during the day. One minor problem...our bolt lock broke but with one call, we had maintenence there and it was quickly fixed. "Needs a little help"
Room was on a busy, noisy street, if you stay get a room off the "Strip." The bed was the best I have ever had in a hotel, but the Air conditioning was awful, the fan only ran on High , and noisy.(which did help to deaden the steet noise) I was awakened 3 times during the night to loud bangs from other guests slaming doors or beating the chairs on the […] floor above. This is a nice room and should have been a "5" but with little sleep this is all I could do. Modern, and new, unique floor plan, though the thermostat was hidden behind a lamp and hard to adjust. "brand new hotel"
Everything was lovely. The decor was very modern and soothing. The beds were comfortable and shower and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, immaculate. We were late getting to the breakfast room, almost before it was closed, so there were many people, almost crowded on a Saturday morning, and we really didn't get a good look at how much was offered or […] if it was more than just a simple continental breakfast. I do remember there were hot chocolate packets but I couldn't find hot water. I think the breakfast would be adequate for anyone's liking of a "free breakfast". "New Hotel Awesome Room"
We were very pleased with our room at this hotel. The design was very hip and modern as well as functional. We've stayed in many hotels and this was the first of its kind... fun for a change. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again for sure.
"Great Decor"
Rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. They are well equiped: big closet, flat screen TV, large sitting area, bathroom is divided into 2 rooms, large dresser and finally someone figured out how to functionally obscure the air conditioner with a great luggage holder!
