Jeg havde en enkelt overnatning paa DoubleTree, Milwaukee Downtown ifm jobsamtale. Personalet var yderst hjaelpsomt og vaerelset var paent indrettet, rent og stille.

We were here in January and found by shear luck this hotel - to us the comfort and room quality far better than the stars says for this hotel. The included breakfast is rather Motel-style with no fancy cooks wearing stupid looking tall hats but at least you do not need to leave the hotel hungry. The hotel is very convenient situated for people or missionaries on their way to the Harley Museum and we will definitely recommend this hotel within those people. To us value for money and thats is in general what count mosts for us poor bastards. The only disappointment was actually the management lack of response to a mailed send in order to extend the stay with at least one more day before we arrived - a bit strange given the fact that owners of hotels tend to complain about the decrease in overnighting people after the 2008 depression.

"Close to airport"
It was a great place to stay the night before flying out from Milwaukee. For $20.00 the hotel provided parking for the week and shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle service was very prompt and everything went off without a hitch. There were several restaurants close to the Sleep Inn to consider for dinner the night we stayed there.
"Pool and Hot Tub"
Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed during this stay. That is the only complaint. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and the service was great.

The price was right and the hotel accomodations and staff greatly exceeded any expectations at that price. I would highly recommend this to anyone esp. If you're looking for a deal.

My hotel stay was great. The hotel was very clean, and in great shape. The pool,hot tub, n work out room was great. We even took advantage of free wi fi. The only issue I had was with the tv..Please put in regular cable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the rooms were clean. The contintental breakfast had a great spread! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!
"Worked well for us"
This is a newer hotel -- looks to have been built in the last 2-3 years. Everything was just fine for us; the continental breakfast was more than adequate and the pool, while small, was perfectly fine for the kids to splash around in. The room was nicely furnished with firm but comfortable queen beds and a nice television set. There is a refrigerator […] and a microwave in the room as well. The only complaint I had about service is that the maid forgot to give us a new roll of toilet paper. Once we called the matter to the hotel's attention, they fixed it right away. The location is on the south end of town and close to the airport. W hile the area is a little industrial, it's just off Layton Avenue, a major thoroughfare with plenty of dining options and other businesses. As of this writing (August, 2011), the I-43/94 freeway is an absolute mess which makes getting to the hotel problematic, especially if you're coming in from downtown, but you can get there by going the "back way" on 794. If you're going to be in Milwaukee and are on a budget, you'll find this hotel to be perfectly acceptable. Læs mere
"Relaxing night"
My wife and I were in town visiting our son and also taking in the Bill Cosby show. Our stay was very nice and the staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was also good.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only grievance was that the wake-up call for 4 a.m. was never delivered/received. The in room alarm clock was in disrepair. If it were not for my childrens Nintendo DSI's we would have missed our fishing boat.
The room was clean and neat, although the outlet in the bathroom didn't work, but over all the room was good. The front desk person wasn't the friendliest when I checked in, seemed like I was bothering her, and the woman at the breakfast area couldn't crack a smile if her life depended on it.

"Sufficient, but a little smelly..."
The hotel claims to be all non-smoking, but the first room I walked into reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk said the room had not been smoked in for over a year, and tried to argue with me (over the phone) that it didn't stink. We were in town for a Brewers game and wanted a reasonably priced hotel fairly close to Miller Park. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, the breakfast was great and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
"A stay worthy of 4-stars or more!"
Upon walking into our room, the first thing noticed is the huge room! Plenty of space to move around without bumping into things. The king-size bed we had was very comfortable, but there was no choice of cotton or down-filled pillows. The size of the pillows were odd, more square shaped, albeit there was plenty to spare. The bathroom has so much marble […] counterspace. There is a full-length mirror in the hallway. Overall very contemporary in design to the whole room, with microwave and small fridge. Clean, Quiet, and Close to Airport. Easy to get to, Free Continental Breakfast before my meetings was great. I would stay here again if on a business trip to Milwaukee.

This motel was convenient to everything that we wanted to do while we were in Milwaukee. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff did not keep food stocked. Ran out of alot of items.

Two years old, in excellent condition. Rooms very comfortable, quiet. Staff was pleasant, breakfast a little meager. Nice pool and exercise room. More and industrial than hotel/restaurant area. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Hotel was very easy to get to from the Milwaukee airport. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at this Sleep Inn. In an unexpected several-day stay, management and staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For example: * When we were researching which apartment to rent (which was the purpose of our visit), staff let us know which areas were good neighborhoods * […] Most thorough and careful housekeeping I've ever seen * Manager took me to garage to pick up my car that I had to have towed there the day before (due to brutally cold weather) All this in addition to a great pool and hot tub, decent breakfast, and an invaluable business center with two computers and printer. I am so thankful we chose to stay at this hotel. Because of the great attitude of the people there, comfortable, clean rooms, and several extremely useful amenities, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was very neat, cean and every person we came across asked us if we needed anything and how we were. The free breakfast in the morning was great! Much, much better than a free bagel or muffin.We were very impressed. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable and they helped us get directions to our show at the Pabst Theater and even advised […] on parking options! Our first room smelled like smoke, but they gave us a new one. The hotel is across the street from a trailer park, but it is very, very close to the airport! There were several restraunts very closeby and they offered a free airport shuttle.
