You will get a lot of personal service here - maybe a bit too much because there is a bit too much hovering for my taste. But they are extremely pleasant and helpful. The Internet signal, however, was very poor. For that reason alone - if you are traveling on business - you may want to reconsider. I had to work in the beautiful reception/lounge area.

Casa Cottage is centrally located in Bangalore. The standard is high. The hosts and all employees are very helpful. Breakfast fine. Atmosphere perfect.

"The Iris Hotel,Bangalore,India"
Stayed at the Iris-Feb.2012. Staff and food excellent. Definitely needs new plumbing in bathrooms. Very clean as well.
"Hotel IRIS - Good for location lovers only"
Hotel is recommended if you want to stay at the market place. Brigade road is so close. But only place where Hotel lacks is food. Even then we stayed here for one night we didn't like the food at all. Felt like we are in some other country. Bathroom was not at par with the room cleanliness.

Mostly for Business customers, but also enjoyable for families. We were a family of (4) stayed for 2 nights in Bangalore. The staff was very helpful in arranging for our local city and Mysore tours. Complimentary breakfast was great and had wide variety for veg & non-veg. Rooms were compact, but well furnished, clean. "Iris Hotel Bangalore - Great Hotel"
I stayed at the Iris with the family (wifew and 2 boys 7 and 11). We had one of their Yellow Ribbon rooms. The room was clean and big enough for all of us and our luggage. the staff were kind and helpful. We also hired the hotel Taxi driver for a few days and he was brilliant (ask for Pradip). He was knowledgeable and good company. I'd stay again

The hotel staff was courteous and accommodating. The food was great! The hotel was clean and in good repair.

Hotel was excellent but the reception staff was only concerned about the checkout . The room service menu after 11 pm is poor.
"iris Hotel Bangalore - it could be so much more"
The hotel is new with reasonable facilities. The location is good with plenty of good quality shops within a 5 minute walk - everything you would want from Levis and McDonalds (!) to traditional Indian. The level of service unfortunately lacking however. If they could move their customer service up a league or two or three this would have earned them […] 4 stars rather than the three I've given them in this review. "OK for a short stay, good location but overpriced"
Location is good, but the rooms are not worth its price. On the first night AC was not working, internet was not working properly, it was getting disconnected all the time, even electricity was gone for a few times, next day they changed my room, but problems like internet connectivity, power disruptions continiued. Breakfast was OK.
"Super clean and comfortable"
This must be one of the cleanest places in Bangalore. I have stayed there for five nights and truly enjoyed every minute of it. It felt like my little oasis of peace in the middle of all the craziness. If I had to go back to the same area I would definitely stay there again. I recommend writing down the phone number of the hotel because my taxi driver […] had serious trouble finding it. I had printed out the address and even the directions from the airport but he insisted that he needed a phone number. In his defense it was 4 am, but still...
