"good customer service, nice room"
All staff were friendly but Kendrick really shone. The room was up-to-date and very clean.
"Great place to stay"
The hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. We used the exercise equipment and had an all around great stay. Don't forget to adjust your beds to the level of comfort you prefer.! My only regret is breakfast was not complimentary.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby and room is clean and nicely decorated. The indoor pool is clean and heated which kept my children occupied and happy. The whole staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk to maid staff. Everywhere I went & there was staff I was greeted with a smile and hello. The rooms were very clean. We had no problems at all. If we go back to Shreveport, we will try to stay there again.

"Excellent Stay! Good for You...Hilton Garden!"
My husband and I took a brief vacation get away and this was an excellent stay. The only reason I didn't give it straight fives was because the floor in the rooms were somewhat uneven, (not sure what that was about), but all else was great! Our friends stayed in one of the local casino hotels in Bossier City and it was nowhere near as pleasant. In fact […] the decor was outdated, the bed was lumpy and overall not fresh and clean like our suite at the Hilton Garden Shreveport. HG Staff was very welcoming and very accommodating when requests were made. We ate at local restaurants, exquisite food, and less than ten miles from casinos in Bossier City. "Nice Hotel, but rude guests"
We found our room to be very clean and nice, but on Saturday night it was after 1:00 a.m. before we could go to sleep due to teenagers (probably unattended) going in and out of the rooms, slamming doors, running up and down the halls and talking very loudly. Other than that, our stay was good.

"Worked for us."
We were in the perfect location for our trip needs, and really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I'm giving it a four overall is bc the 'sleep number' system was broken on one side of the bed, which left a crater on that side. It honestly took my back a few days to recover.

"Bad temperature control"
The coffee pot didn't work and was replaced. The thermostat didn't work and a worker came 4 times to try to get it repaired. We were cold in the daytime and warm at night. The thermostat had a mind of it's own and the repairman could not get it to adjust. We weren't happy but weren't in the room very much. This was my 2nd visit @ the hotel & it was great, the service, the clean room & very comfortable bed. The only thing i didnt agree with was the indoor pool closed @ 10, i feel that it should b open all day/night to accommodate all guest!!

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The pool area and fitness room were well maintained.The staff was very friendly and ready to serve. It was worth the stay to meet Chef Jesso and enjoy his delicious breakfast.

"Nice Hotel but My room was stale."
The hotel was great and the staff was awesome, but my room was collecting dust. It was the handicap room and it had a weird smell and the towels almost seemed dirty because they seemed like they had been sitting there for months. It was weird. I have stayed in many-a-hotel and have never had this problem. Other than that, the stay was great.

The Hotel was nice but there were a couple of problems. One being that the shades in the room did not pull closed enough th shut out the outide light (we used the clothes hnger to keep the drapes closed). I later found out there was a blackout screen but it was not an esy thing to find and we were not told about it till after the fact. The second thing […] is tht there is a free breakfast and one that you pay for. We sat down to eat the free breakfast ans just because the waiter saw some dishes on our table he decided to give us bill for the full breakfast. They then decided to let the other people dining that as long as you did not order from the kitchen you did not have to pay. The witer ws lso told that just because there are dishes on the table you do not give the patron a bill. Overall the stay was good but some things needed to be explained beforehand. Læs mere

I absolutley love this hotel. It so beautiful inside and out. The service was wonderful and the room was great. This was my second time staying there and it my favorite spot when I am in the city, I would advise anyone to stay there as well.

The place was immaculate and the staff wonderful, but the beds were horrible! I guess they were suppose to be the adjustable kind but there was no adjusting for comfort on either side of either bed! "Hilton Garden Inn - they treat you like royalty"
This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Its right off the highway in this little town in the middle of no where, Louisiana. But it was like staying in a big city! Rooms were super clean and comfy and the staff was friendlymand helpful!!

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Rooms smelled wonderful; beds very comfortable; very quiet. Indoor pool is rather small but we were the only ones in it so it worked.
