New, nice, quiet and easy to find. Don't trust the map on the website though - completely wrong neighborhood. Call for directions, right off freeway with good restaurants (casual) near by.

The place is very clean. We travel alot and stay at hotels all baseball season long and will return to this one next year for sure. Room was very clean and breakfast was great. Kids loved it. Location was perfect and stay very friendly. Good job guys.

This hotel is conveniently located off the interstate and near many restaurants. If you enjoy wineries, there are many within a 30-mile radius, some being right up the interstate. Overall, the hotel was clean. Our bathroom was a little dirty (chip crumbs on the floor and mayo/mustard on the door). Other than the bathroom, everything was clean. The furniture […] was uncomfortable and the bed was lumpy. Also, if you stay in one of the Executive Suites like we did, ask for the room not directly above the hotel's main entrance. They are having problems with the door opening/closing and it was extremely loud in our room. We asked the staff twice to remedy the situation and they still hadn't as of the time we left. The breakfast was good but did not offer a lot of variety. Overall, good place for location and it's a newer hotel with modern amenities. Læs mere

We stayed in this hotel by choice, this was the second time we have needed to stay near the Akron airport and we selected this Holiday Inn because our first visit was an experience we wanted to duplicate. Although a little more than we wanted to spend, we weren't disappointed at all. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel was upkept. Complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, particularly the cinnamon rolls. This Holiday Inn Express was a lovely place to stay. We had come to town for a reunion and it gave us a haven from the hustle and bustle of the day. A great breakfast with fresh fruit was provided each day. Everyone was attentive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed there founders' Day Weekend June 10-11 2011. The room was great, although I thought a little pricey. I booked through the hotel first hen tried hotels.com and got the lower rate. Minor thing, but there was a piece of cereal on the floor when I checked in and the next day I told the front desk about it and they said it would be taken care of. […] Day two it was still there and it was still there when I checked out. Not a big deal, but annoying. I work in the service industry myself and we would have given a service recovery voucher for failure to meet a guest's expectations, especially after we were told about something and said that we'd take care of it. It was a little hard to find at first as they had to temporarily remove a sign close to the road due to construction, however, we were able to see the larger hotel sign from the main road. We would definitely stay there again.

The overall was great , however, the air nor heat would work in our room and I didn't sleep at all due to being sooooo hot during the night...I told the front desk the next morning however, only said they would look into it...thought they may give a percentage off or some kind of coupon to want us to come back...a little disappointing.

This is a brand new hotel. I reserved two rooms. Room one light bulbs were missing from the desk lamps, shower caulk is missing and a table. Room two was near the food service area. The food prep person needs to learn not to slam doors and drawers ealry in the morning since the room and kitchen shares the same wall. Person who checked us in was not […] at the desk and waited for her to arrive. I watched her customer service skills with other guests and I would not let her work at a Mc Donalds drive thru. This hotel is only 4 months old, so everything was very clean and fresh. Great location and the staff was very polite and helpful.
