Holiday Inn Express Billings - Billings

First we stayed on March 24 and the desk clerk was the friendliest I've encountered in awhile--very personable. The hotel is in great shape, a newer hotel that has been kept up well. They had a wonderful breakfast--pancakes, sausage, biscuits, bacon along with the normal cereal and rolls. The only negative of this hotel is it's location--while in a […] good neighborhood and easy to find, it's out of the way for shopping, etc. Would be a good choice for someone just passing through or someone going to the Metra though. We choose it as close to a family event, normally we stay closer to downtown or west end. It's also a little higher priced than some, but not unreasonable for the quality of the hotel. Læs mere

NO COMPLAINTS. IT HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED PLUS IT WAS QUITE.

Hotel is located directly across the highway from stockyards and the smell is awful. Despite a clean and comfortable room I wouldn't stay again due to the odor.

Very nice Hotel...staff friendly...located beside the autoroute.

We had a non-smoking room, but the 2nd floor hall was filled with the smell of smoke. They are in the process of renovating this hotel, we happen to stay there just before it was started.

This is a nice hotel except.... room 109 is immediately adjacent the elevator room on one side and a laundry/storage room on the other side, not to mention the toilet ran every 15 minutes. All was quiet when I arrived late, I shut off the water valve to quiet the toilet, but starting about 6:15 the elevator motor vibrated the floor and was also noisy. […] It was constant from 6:45 on and the maids were opening and closing cabinet doors on the other side. It was pointless to try for a bit more sleep so we got up earlier than planned and left. I do recommend this hotel, just avoid room 109 if you're a light sleeper. Læs mere

Nice stay. Passing through Billings, not the best price compared to other nights in other cities but the hotel was fairly new, comfortable, clean and quiet and a good price for the Billings area

Hotel stay was overall good. The only complaint was the charge of the stay on my credit card for a pre-paid reservation.

Very wonderful staff! We were traveling and had some perishables that wouldn't fit in the small fridge in our room. Staff offered up their breakroom fridge! Great pool and hot tub. Good continental breakfast. Good room price. Worth the visit! Enjoy!

We hit a snow storm traveling back to South Dakota. I spoke to a Hotels.com rep who was more than helpful. She was a great salesperson. It takes one to know one. She lead me to....Exactly what I was looking for. The Breakfast was great,the staff so very friendly and kind and the room was excellent. The pool was a little bit disappointing. Fair was in town so I could not stay where I usually do, so I agreed to pay almost triple the price of my usual hotel in Billings. Nice new hotel aesthetically speaking, but very noisy. All night I could hear pipes in the walls, and people upstairs. No wifi (though I carry my own portable wireless access point and there was an ethernet port in the room.) […] Will not stay here again. Læs mere

We really appreciated the continental breakfast so we didn't have to go out every morning. The variety and quality of the food was great, which was a pleasant surprise. (Some hotels you're lucky to get toast and cold cereal.)The pool and jacuzzi were another plus for the adults and children in our group.
