Hotel Haven er et professionelt hotel med fokus på kunderne. Alt fungerer som forventet og der er virkelig value for money. Vi kommer ubetinget tilbage næste gang vi er i Helsingfors.Beliggenheden er ovenikøbet midt i det centrale Helsingfors med shopping, marked og havnelijø lige uden for døren.

Dejligt hotel, hvor alt fungerede. Det eneste, der var en anelse irriterende, var at ventilatoren susede lidt højt, men ikke noget stort problem.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, friendly service BUT 1) My room (802) right across the hall from the lift needs a door with better sound insulation, there was too much noise in the night (earplugs help of course!) 2) In June, it's only dark for a short time in Helsinki. Great experience to visit Hotel haven - beautiful rooms at a fair rate - we were very impressed. Kind staff and nice toucj with espresso machine in the room and a TV in the bathroom. Only drawback was a boring breakfast.

The hotel staff, location and amenities were excellent. We were downtown close to all the major shopping, restaurants and sites. The breakfast buffet was superb as well as the service. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Haven again.

What a stunning hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. There is a small dinning room table in the room if you want to stay in and avoid the cold - although the room service menu is a little limited. The bathrooms is large and has heated floors. In fact everything was great. The only disappointment for us was the restaurant which we felt was […] a little overpriced for what we got which just meant that we went out for the rest of our meals. We were not sure if it was a finnish thing or a restaurant thing but getting service from the kitchen (i.e. ordering anything not on the buffet) was a challenge as none of the staff acknowledged - we later realised that maybe you were menat to order through the waiter. If that is the case then maybe there should be a clearer way of letting customers know. Hotel is within walking distance to most attractions and public transport. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and service was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff were attentive and courteous. Service was superb. Love the room, it was clean, great decor and nice bed. The only weird thing was the bed we had, which were two twin bed. They were put together, not excactly the king bed I have asked for. I was sleeping in between the bed most of the time. The room was a little smaller compared to GLO. But […] overall, we preferred this hotel, which is the best I have stayed so far in Helsinki. The only omission here is a sauna. Everything else, especially competence and friendliness of the staff, is first rate. The weather outside was bad, and the hotel was an oasis.

Found the hotel to be very elegant and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We wanted to try some Finnish food, and the staff suggested a restaurant that we ate at which featured a Northern Finland (Lapland) menu. this place was staffed with friendly people and the rooms were spacious and luxurious - the breakfast buffet was organic and had a good selection of morning foods including excellent smoked salmon. the location was right in the heart of downtown and some rooms have a view of the harbor (not ours but you could see from our window that others on the opposite […] side would have) when I get back to lovely and surprising Helsinki I will definitely book here again - a FIRST RATE HOTEL in every aspect! All aspect of this hotel were first rate, with our earley morning arrival treated with a room being available (not the oftern heard 'too early for check in'). Only minor gripes were that the beds are not firm and that the breakfast constantley served bacon and scambled egg as the "hot' option. On site restraunts very good.

Helpful friendly staff, all speak excellent English. Room very comfortable, breakfast very good in pleasent dinning room. Fabulous location in downtown Helsinki, easy walking distance to many sites and very near a tram that is part of a great public transportation system. Couldn't have worked out better.

Superb boutique hotel. Great location, excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the room was too small and the floor heating in the bathroom kept the room too warm. A/C did not work effectively.

great location. nice staff. they arranged on their own suggestion a quick continental breakfast for me at 5 15 am as I needed to catch early am flight. Helsinki very charming. Dinner in hotel can be a little spendy but then so is Helsinki with all the taxes the tack on.

1st time stay there - we loved it. Staff very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Great you had the plug-in adapter for my camera battery since the one I brought along didn't work. Fresh cut single flower in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional. We also had dinner at Havis. The bar tender very knowledgeable about Scotch & Bourbons, even […] showed us the one made in Oregon. Amazing inventory! We spent a total of 6 days in Helsinki. The hotel Haven is the epitomy of modern luxury. the staff is curteous, friendly and helpful. Directions - yes, reservations - yes. Hours after check out we kept coming back and were still treated as hotel guests. The hotel's location is perfect. Perfect location and walking distance to local attractions, shopping and dining. Hotel is really high class. I stayed there several times and will stay again if rooms available on dates I arrive.

I would love to stay here again. Perfect location by the harbour, with the great outdoor and indoor markets and boat trips to the islands. Very aesthetic, lovely marble floors and orchids in glass vases. Good Finnish designed furniture . A lovely courtyard for breakfast and excellent healthy choices of muesli and fresh fruit, good pastries, scrambled […] egg and smoked salmon etc. Best of all they offer you capuchino and expresso - it is so rare to get good coffee! The top floor bedrooms have an amazing view over the harbour and the beds are very comfortable. Very helpful staff who gave us a recommendation to an excellent restaurant Nokka in the harbour area (to replace Juuri who were closed). Within easy walking reach of everywhere. This is a gem of a hotel, right in the very center of Helsinki. It’s just off the harbor and main market sq., Kauppatori. In addition, most major sites of interest: picturesque Esplanade St. with tons of shops and cafes, charming Katajanokka neighborhood where the Uspenski Cathedral is located, Senate Sq. (and Cathedral) and, both bus/metro terminals […] Kamppi and Central Station are all within comfortable walking distance. I found Hotel Haven staff to be extremely friendly and courteous. Upon checking in, I was asked if I needed assistance booking restaurants/tours or navigating the area (heads-up: the property has bicycles you can use to explore town if you'd like). My room (a single) was quite spacious with very comfortable bedding (could easily sleep 2), Bang and Olufsen flat screen TV with pretty ample programming and selection of English channels, mini bar, roomy bathroom with designer toiletries and a TV as well, so that you can keep the entertainment going on in there. You also have the ability to plug your MP3 player into the entertainment center, so that you can enjoy your material throughout the room. Læs mere

We arrived at the hotel around 7.30am after flying all night from Simgapore.The staff at Hotel Haven could not have been more accomodating. We waited a short time in the comfortable lounge area adjacent to the check-in, were served hot coffee and within a very short time our suite was available for an early check in. How impressed we were.
