Dette hotel så rigtig fint ud på overfladen, men levede slet ikke op til beskrivelsen. 1) poolen var møgbeskidt, og der var ikke mulighed for at ligge og få sol, da der kun var 4 liggestole, som hele tiden var optaget. Ellers var muligheden at man kunne ligge på fliserne:( 2) Morgenmad var fra 06.30-10, men i virkeligheden kun fra 06.30-09. De pakkede […] morgenmaden væk alt for tidligt, hvilket er totalt ubehøvlet. 3) badekaret var ikke gjort rent 4) Man kunne lugte røg engang i mellem, når rygerne stod og røg. Hvilket ikke havde været et problem, hvis værelserne havde vinduer. De eneste vinduer der var, var ud til gangene, og de kunne ikke lukkes. 5) da vi den dag kom hvor vi skulle tjekke ud, blev rengøringspersonalet ved med at banke på for at se om vi var gået. Needed to stay in US for Niagara Falls visit as we purchased cases of wine in NY. Hotel was convenient and fairly priced. We enjoyed the multiple HBO offerings on cable. We would stay again.

The staff member, Jeff, was very polite and helpful with directions. The bed and especially the bedding were extremely comfortable. Nice and quiet

Its a very nice hotel for an affordable price. Good variety of food in the continetal breakfast. Close to downtown buffalo. :)

My only complaint was that there was only a shower, no tub. This was not told to us.

The rooms are miniscule. The equipment in the work out room was dated, out of order and poorly maintained. The toilet did not work without manual operation of the float assembly as demonstrated by the hotel employee who stated:" we are waiting for parts!"

We were happy with the hotel, but where we were located was not suitable. The cold from outside made the hallway very cold & the cold air came right through our door. We had to turn the heat up. The key door opener would not open the outside door near our room. We had to go around or knock on the window to get someone to let us in.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good included bacon and eggs one morning with all the usual breakfast items. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will be staying here again when we go for our next weekend get away.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great. I would ask for a room away from the ice machine as when people are getting ice at 6 am they talk and forget that others are sleeping. The staff was very pleasant.

Considering that the Walden Galeria Mall is the main tourist attraction for the city of Buffalo, this is a decent hotel that is a close drive for a very reasonable price. The free continental breakfast is also not too bad, but it was CHAOS @ around 8:30 to 9:30 AM as everyone was gunnin' for the waflle-maker (rude teenagers cutting in line) and upset […] at the poor employees cos there was not a constant supply of scrambled eggs to feed their fat bellies. Again, the hotel was fine (I would recommend it), just don't count on the breakfast to be civilized. Læs mere

This hotel was the cleanest place we have stayed. The rooms were immaculately made up. The fan was a little noisy but overall a great little hotel!

Very convenient to the thruway, decent restaurant next door, will stay again next time.

Just stayed for a night with my wife to catch the Bruins lose a heartbreaker to the Sabres. Was pleasantly surprised with the room quality. Guy at the front desk was very polite. It's in a somewhat crappy and rundown stretch of town, but only 100 yards from the highway, and 5 minutes from downtown Buffalo. I would stay here again, the price is certainly […] right. Læs mere

The hotel room was clean, but the room was very tired. The toilet paper dispenser (large chrome box that fits into wall) would not stay in the wall. One of the bathroom lights (over/in the shower) did not work. The bathroom door lock was missing (there was a hole in the handle where the lock was once located). Tissues were on top of sink as tissue box […] dispenser was broken. Small round table in room (used to eat on, or for laptop), was so wobbly that it couldn't be propped for use. Curtains barely kept light out as they weren't wide enough to cover windows. But the room was clean, quite, and the TV worked fine. We were impressed with the germ free TV remote. what a nightmare. hot tub was out of order. room was cold there was a big gap between door and frame.out side door would not let you in .so had to go all around to get back to room.this is the last time i stay at this hotel. or bates motel.

Rooms are HOT, AC only worked marginally, small comapred to what we are used to, toilet would stop running.....

Surprised by how quiet the room was being right next to the Interstate. Breakfast was good. Closet door hit the light switch to the bathroom, but other than that it very good overall.

Door 'E' did not lock, we witnessed people walking into the hotel through the door without key cards. We advise hotel staff, they said that they would look into it, but it was obvious they already knew about it. It looked like it was broken for a while. This place was great! a good location, right off the highway, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, friendly staff! A great restaurant right next door! This was exactly what we needed for our weekend to go see the Buffalo Bills!

I got stranded in Buffalo due to bad weather, and came across this place. It's a bit off the main path - but it was maintained well, clean and the staff was very friendly. Above all, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet!

We stayed here the night before the buffalo bill game which is only about 10 minutes from the statium. They were very nice at this hotel and upgraded to a suite when we mentioned we paid for it. Any other hotel you would have had problems. Anyways we are going to stay again there next year. Go Miami!!

We all liked the stay at this hotel. I didn't give it a 5 because the breakfast served was inadequate and slow. Too few food for too many guests.

I found this Best Western to be very satisfying. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was the standard fare - nothing more or less. The name might imply the hotel is close to the Galleria Mall. I wouldn't say that is the case. Great place to stay, right off highway and breakfast is included. Several choices of fresh fruit, and baked goods. Will definately stay there again. The room was fantastic and staff very friendly,
