every thing was Good

Excellent 5 star hotel with resonable sized rooms all with great views of Dubai cityscape. Hotel service was good and staff very helpful. Very near to the airport and central Dubai is only a short taxi ride away. You also have the shops and restaurants at Festival City on your doorstep.

It's a very nice place to stay in with your family. The view is pleasant, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. It's close to the airport. Its only a five minute walk from the CP to Dubai Festival Mall. However, its far away from the other main Malls in Dubai, like The Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall (you will pay alot via Taxi) […] but overall a very nice place to stay in and relax if your biggest concern wasn't going around shopping in Dubai :) Læs mere

Totally enjoyed my stay here everyone had a great stay

I enjoyed my stay at Crown Plaza. The staff was the best!!! Always wearing a smile and willing to help. Welllllllll there was the one incident when the waitress took my plate up before I was finish eating and placed it under other dirty dishes. When I told her I was not finish, she attempted to put my plate back down on the table. I had to speak to […] her about that. Very unsanitary. She didn't make me happy and she wasn't wearing a smile after that. I didn't make much of it after I left breakfast. I made sure I didn't get her to wait on me after that incident. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are special in ways you wont experience at other hotels. Try it for yourself and see. I like the hotel being in the mall. However I do have a favorite mall in Dubai, so I had to catch a taxi to get to it. The distance was short and the taxi fare was inexpensive. I was referred by a friend. I recommend it to others and I will stay there again. Læs mere

Hotel is great, most are in Dubai, but for the price you can't really beat it. It's a fairly new Hotel and the area is still up and comming. Still a lot to do around the area but the city centre is a bout 15min taxi drive away. Right next to Hard Rock Cafe and M&S.

The Hotel is excelant and good condition - beautiful views. Plenty shopping options with the Festival City Shopping centre, Ikea a few minutes walk and supermarket. Everything looked excelant only one thing the wifi is not available in the room is only in the lobby.

This hotel has it all - comfort, convenience, lovely pool and garden - it even shares the grounds with its sister Intercontinental Hotel. Perhaps the only thing missing is a slightly more mainstream restaurant if the Belgian Beer Cafe is not your bag. Although with a great choice of eateries in the adjacent Festival Mall - you wont go hungry!!! The […] Thai on the waterfront being an EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. As a person with almost 2m height and 130kg weight I felt quite uncomfortable in a bedroom with 10sqm. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. The room therefore appears larger because of the window front to the bathroom. There is an opportunity to close the window with a lamella curtain but it doesn't really protect from getting seen while you have […] to spend some very private moments on the toilet. But the biggest problem is the bathroom window to the outside- just normal tinted glas (not blurred) with a white roller blind. This becomes latest in the morning an issue if you got a room facing the east and the rising sun is lighting the bedroom at 5:30am through the bathroom glas wall! When there isn't a Exhibition in Dubai this is on of the cheapest and best 5* hotels in Dubai. But when there is an Exhibition the price is always much too high.

I liked everything about this hotel, starting from the location which was close to everything and you face no traffic, the room was very nicely decorated, the staff were friendly and there's a connecting mall and restaurants.. The room rate is convenient and it's value for money

We stayed for one night to take visitors to visit Dubai as we live in Abu Dhabi. We have stayed at this hotel before and always find it very welcoming and clean. It's a little out of the way regarding the centre of Dubia but the area is lovely with the Marina and shopping mall ajoining the hotel, you could just stay in the area and have a great time. […] The hotel pool and garden area is very nice, the pool is a bit small but you can use the ajoining hotel facilities. Hotel Crowne Plaza is truly a high class act! Very modern & clean with friendly, professional staff! In addition it is situated conveniently connected to the very impressive mall, Festival City! Top notch service! The room was immaculate and had a great view of the skyline and Deirra Creek. The staff was very freindly and helpful. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall with every western store and many western resturant chains if you have a craving. Kind Staff, Very friendly and helpful. Clean and the best customer service

Hotel is in perfect condition - beautiful views over the Creek and back into Dubai - Burj Khalifa in the distance. Plenty of F&B options with the Intercontinental next door. Plenty shopping options with the Festival City Shopping centre and Ikea a few minutes walk.

Never stayed in such a nice hotel before! And at the rate I paid, it was stunning value for a full 5* hotel. Bathroom toiletries were Floris- what more could you ask? And there was a "pillow menu" by the bed- not for bedtime snacks, but a choice of feather, latex, hypoallergenic etc pillows! The only downside was that internet access was a bit flakey […] (even allowing for UAE screening), and wasn't free. Also the iPod clock-radio wasn't iPhone compatible... The ground floor restaurant is a Belgian Beer Cafe, eerily authentic looking, complete with a full selection of beer, and moules and frites; not a lot for me as a vegan, thought the house salad was very good. It's not clear how to get there, but the hotel is adjacent to a riverside terrace leading to a huge mall; the trick is to go down through the lobby of the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel. Læs mere

Myself and my family arrived at 6.00am and having phoned the hotel the day before we departed asking to be picked up at the airport we were met by a lovely lady and escorted to the car and brought to the hotel where our rooms were ready, two rooms. Check in could not have been easier and we were asked for out passports and brought directly to our rooms […] and within 5 minutes the porter was there with our bags and passports. I was hugely impressed with this level of service after a long flight. Throughout our stay the hotel facilities and service were as you would expect from a five star. The day before we were departing I asked for a late check out and received a late check out 4pm free of charge. +I have focused my review on my arrival and departure as the levels of service received at these times was superb. Olimme oikein tyytyväisiä Crowne Plazaan. Mukava henkilökunta, ylellisen ihana huone, kaunis ja iso uima-allasalue sekä kuntosalin hyvät laitteet ja henkeäsalpaavat näköalat tekivät lomasta ikimuistoisen. Voin suositella lämpimästi!

Top Empfang, Top Service, Top Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Stayd here for a transit about a day(8:00-24:00). A room was ready when I arrived around 8 AM as I made early check-in request with no extra charge. The room (bed, pillow, shower room, toilet...) is so nice as pictures. Internal connection to Festival City Shopping Mall is convenience and comfortable. Since no need to walk under the DUBAI's strong […] sunshine with 40degrees. Just about 10 minutes from Air port by taxi. More than enough for a transit stay. Really feel my choice at CROWN PLAZA is right!!! Would like to come back for next time with family with more time to spend. Generellt ett högkvalitativt hotell. Dock kostar frukost 110dhs, lunch 220 och kvällsbuffén vill jag inte ens tänka på priset. I övrigt exceptionell service.
