Hotellet er selvom det er beliggende tæt på en meget benyttet freeway, et meget roligt sted med en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet udviser en professionel, men enormt venlig opførsel, og yder en solid service ud over det forventede. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig med alt hvad der kan tænkes når der tales om en Continental breakfast. kvaliteten af alt er i topklasse og der er rigeligt af alt. Der er desuden stillet frisk frugt og aviser frem til fri afbenyttelse. Min ledsager og jeg fik oveni en hyggelig samtale med hotellets manager, der ikke gik af vejen for selv at rense bunden af poolen efter kraftig blæst, der havde revet mange blade ned over poolen. Værelset var yderst komfortabelt og indeholdt både køleskab, micro, kaffemaskine med bønner, strygejern og hårtørrer til fri afbenyttelse. Vejen til hotellet er vel skiltet, så det er nemt at finde. der er også mange forskellige kvalitetsrestauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af hotellet. Så en topkarakter fra mig og min ledsager for et super ophold. Hvis jeg igen får behov for overnatning i området vil jeg med sikkerhed vende tilbage. Hotellet fortjener virkelig sine stjerner. Jeg vidste intet om hotellet ved bookning, men valgte udelukkende pga den tilbudte morgenmad, som ikke findes på nærliggende hoteller. Men jeg vil vælge Best Western hoteller når jeg får behov i fremtiden og det er muligt.

Et billigt hotel i Gå afstand fra Disney Land. Rent, lidt slidt. Særdeles venlig betjening. Morgenmad er ok. Men lidt rigeligt med kager. Man får hvad man betaler for. Kan anbefales hvis man har brug for en seng at sove i og ikke stiller store krav til comfort.

Praktisk tæt på lufthavnen i Ontario er Holiday Inn Ontario Airport også tæt på Ontario Convention Center, Citizens Business Bank Arena og Museum for Historie og Kunst. Ekstra attraktioner i omegnen er bl.a. Ontario Mills Indkøbscenter.

"Thought it was a Holiday Inn Express"
No free breakfast. Couldn't figure out how to get the plundger down so my wife could take a bath. Airconditioner was taped together, was high up on a wall. We have stayed in other by the airport, so will probably go back to them.
"Convenient, Clean and Not so great location"
We stayed here for only 1 night, due to my wife's exams at the convention center. So, the location for this reasons is great. But there is a train track right behind the hotel. Things might become bit noisy at times. We stayed at this hotel last year as well and got to experience noise at odd hours. Fortunately, this year we booked a room towards the […] entrance and it was good. Nice staff, very clean and a decent restaurant downstairs. Will surely stay here again if needed. Læs mere

The hotel was beautiful!!!, however, My stay was for 1 week. I was checked out 2 days into the stay charged, and then charged at the end of the week for 7 days as well. As long as they correct it (the bill) the hotel is wonderful, I would reccomend the laundry be moved near the fitness center, whichby the way was very very nice.... This was a great hotel. I will stay here again. Wonderful bar and restaurant with a great bartender. Very nice gym. Much larger than the majority of hotel gyms. Great location.

The staff was very helpful upon check-in. My traveling companion is handicapped. Problems arose in the morning, as the shuttle bus driver from the Radisson (associated hotel) could not or would not assist my handicapped friend getting seated on the shuttle. As a result, the Holiday Inn staff called a taxi. We were late for our flight, which resulted […] in a charge of $150 from United Airlines for the 2 of us to change our flight schedule. "Surprised"
I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and modernity of the hotel rooms. The rooms include a microwave and small refrigerator, a working desk, comfortable chair, and bath and body toiletres. The only major downside was the internet connection. The internet was very slow and almost non operating.

Great clean comfortable hotel. Floors/ ceilings are a bit thin as are windows-- so earplugs might be good to shut out the upstairs guests footsteps and the planes and trucks buzzing outside. Otherwise nicely designed hotel and great locale.

"Always a nice stay here"
I travel often for business and this is my favorite hotel in the Ontario Area. Clean Hotel, Easy to get to, nice restaurant with TV's at each booth, good breakfast buffet, great rooms, comfortable beds, huge High Def TV's in room, has a good gym. WiFi signal was a little weak (only bad thing I have to say). I'd recommend it.

Holiday Inn Ontario Airport had very updated, stylish rooms that were very clean. The amenities were excellent and useful for our family's stay. The close proximity to the airport made shuttle pickups and dropoffs very timely. The hotel staff was very responsive to all of our requests. "its a great place to stay"
i love this place. i've stayed hear a couple of times and i'll be staying hear agin some time soon.
We arrived late in the evening from the east coast to find that the room we had requested was not available. After complaining it suddenly became available! Then the air conditioning was not working and had to be adjusted. The staff was otherwise accomodating.

This hotel was clean although one of our rooms smelled like sewage. They gave away our room with two queen beds and only had king bed available so they did give us one more room comp. since there were 4 people in our group. But my husband and I had to seperate with the kids. Then there was a situation at 2am of a lockdown with a gunmen in the building. "Be careful about the NOISE!!!"
We had a good time staying one night at this hotel. But the rooms facing the airport side is very noisy with all possible combination of noises. First the street is right behind the fence. Then the rail road with busy schedule all night with freight trains. The room and the bathroom were clean, spacious and up-to-date. TV channels were limited. Visiting […] the restaurant downstairs was a bad idea. The service was terrible for being a breakfast customer. Pricey and not much choice at all. I would try to stay away from the restaurant. "Holiday Inn-Ontario CA - easy access from airport"
I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable except for a humming sound near the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the hotel was well kept.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant. We commented on the coffee not being as hot as we might have wanted. The waiter at the next table - not even ours - stopped by at once and offered to make us a fresh pot. We commented later about whether we had enough sugar - we weren't complaining, but our waiter overheard us and brought us a fresh container of sugar. When someone books 3 rooms and one of the occupants has to leave back home earlier than expected, shouldn't they receive a refund for that one overnight stay? That someone, being me, feels that I need a refund. The hotel, itself, did not want to assist me in this matter. Please advise. Other than that problem, our visit was so relaxing and comfortable. "Holiday Inn Ontario Airport - California Bar Exam"
I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ontario to take the California Bar Exam in July 2010. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There's not much to do in and around the area, but considering my reason for being there, that was a good thing. The rooms have flat-screen TVs, microwave and mini-fridges, free wireless internet, great air conditioning […] and really comfortable beds and pillows -- there are many other hotels in the area, but, from what I heard from friends staying at those other hotels, they each seemed to be missing one of the above. (There's also a pool and hot-tub, but I never took advantage of that.) The hotel happened to be overrun with foreign tourists who were fairly noisy at odd hours, but I suppose the hotel can't be blamed for that. Also, there are occasional train noises, but you'll hear those anywhere in the city. For anyone who ends up taking the Bar in Ontario, I highly recommend this hotel. Læs mere
"Good place ti stay."
I enjoyed my stay at his hotel, good location and very convenient to the airport. Easy access to the freeway! The rooms are very clean and brand new! My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well! Not always the case when travelling. I would highly recommend!
"Skip the high priced hotels and stay here!"
I loved this hotel! I used to stay at the Doubletree and someone recommended this hotel to me. The lobby is brand new, tastefully decorated in a contemporary brown/blue theme. Check in was quick and easy. There is a restaurant in the lobby and breakfast was affordable and delicious (although service was slow, but friendly). The rooms were very comfortable. […] New linens, flat screen television, marble bath and a choice of soft or firm pillows. This hotel could easily pass for a higher priced hotel. I requested a crib for my baby and they delivered it to the room before I was able to bring my luggage to my room. The hotel management should invest in more luggage carts, they weren't available during check in or check out (usually not a problem when I travel solo, but I had children with me on this trip). Easy access to freeway, convention center and 10 minutes from Victoria Gardens. There is a Marie Calendar's adjacent to the hotel. The pool area was clean and nice, which was refreshing because it gets so hot in this part of town during the summer. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are nicer than the Doubletree.
