I prefer to stay at Hampton Inns because their service and cleanliness are reliably fantastic. The room was clean. Clean enough to let my little girls romp around the room without fear of nastiness! The service was excellent. They even offer a free shuttle to The Gaylord Orpy Center! The breakfast was wonderful and satisfied our grain free lifestyle. […] And you must meet Sunshine! We stayed in a deluxe king suite, and the room was exactly matched to our needs: spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. The last night of our stay, our smoke alarm malfunctioned. The staff were extremely supportive and apologetic for the incident, and they more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Second to none customer service!

Great overall stay on New year's eve/day. The interior is amazingly well designed,the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is more than you could ask for (just the hostess's singing was a little bit odd and loud for an early morning) and the breakfast bags on-the-go are a good touch.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was hot and delicious!! If we ever stay another night in Nashville, it will be at The Hampton Inn!!!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how big and beautiful our queen suite was, especially given the price. I've stayed at hotels in DC that were more than twice the price and weren't half as lovely. Everything was very clean -- the mattresses and pillows were awesome. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels, not here....I slept like a baby!

This hotel is very close to all the attractions and very convienent for us. IT was very clean quiet andwell kept. The breakfast was very good. Most of all I got 2 wonderful nights sleep knowing all the bed clothes were clean after each stay. This means a lot to me. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Complex very impressive, location great. Only disappointing part was high ancillary charges, ex. self parking $20, $10 daily wifi!

Great hotel in a perfect location near the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. My only complaint was the speed of free Wifi. It was terribly, terribly slow.

My family and I enjoyed our suite. The only issue was that the room was a bit inconsistent with cooling. On one part of the room, it was really cold but other parts of the room were warmer.

There wasn't a thing to complain about, ( and I can be a complainer). The location was perfect if you like shopping and The Grand Ole Opry and it was easy to get to the highways that take you to other attractions like Belle Meade Plantation, The Hermitage and the Parthenon. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff behind the desk be more knowledgeable on things to do in the area. We asked because we didn't have a whole lot planned and they really didn't have many ideas.

I found this Hampton Inn just great. The staff were very friendly and the suite accomodations were excellent. The breakfasts provided were very good and the staff in the eating area were so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville.

Have always found Hamptons to be of a high standard and this was no exception. It's about a 30 minute walk from The Opry, Opry Mills mall and Gaylord Opryland. There are plenty of diners and bars in the area too. Hotel can also organise a shuttle bus which takes you downtown for $10 return.

We spent a lot of our time waiting for shuttles and cabs to get us Downtown and back from the Gaylord Opryland. Once an hour for a shuttle that may already be filled up is not enough on busy weekends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful, and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful to us. The front desk arranged our shuttle to the downtown area, and I have to compliment their choice of companies. The driver was fun and informative! Definitely will visit your hotel again!

Everything was great. They allowed us to check in a little early. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service left a little to be desired due to the fact that it was raining. The shuttle took us to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel but we were going to the Grand Ole Opry and had to walk a long distance in the rain. We had a 78 year old relative with […] us from Seattle,WA who was really unable to walk that distance. Friendly staff met us when we arrived and gave us a map to downtown Nashville and suggestions on where to eat and visit. Hotel was decorated with the theme of country music and was very attractive. Hotel is around 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, so you will need a car to get around. Hotel does offer a shuttle service to a few locations. I was worried that we would be too far away from music row and downtown Nashville but I could not have been more satified. It was one of the nicest hotels and there was a shuttle service thar made the trip downtown better. I prefer staying here than downtown I liked it that much.
