Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Lake Elsinore - Lake Elsinore

Very pleasant stay.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Air conditioning system was so loud that it would wake us up every time it went on.

My husband and I and our two kids stayed 2 nights in the Lake Elsinore Holiday Inn Express..Loved the complimentary buffet Saturday and Sunday, loved the indoor pool although it could of been a little warmer, it wasnt very warm but got used to it, the kids loved it! Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was good. The only drawback to its location was that there was a very small sign at the driveway and so hard to find (especially since it rained while we were there) but I spoke with the person at the desk […] and he told me that the City of Lake Elsinore would not let them put a larger sign out there. Had great service from everyone. Hotel was outstanding and in a safe area. Rooms were great, breakfast was great, appetizers in the evening were great. I would definately stay again!

The staff at the hotel was very kind and curtious. The hotel was located next to many eating establishments and close to the local shopping centers. Ny room was very clean and comfortable, great place to stay for the money!

This is a nice hotel. Its not fancy but its clean and the staff its friendly. They serve a nice complementary breakfast that was always well staffed. The room was clean and comfortable, however our room was very loud. Hotel staff went above and beyond with a smile. Since cleanliness is a must for our family we would stay there again.

The evening front desk gentleman was very helpful and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast is fantastic.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE EXCEPT HAD REAL TROUBLE COMMUNICATING WITH THE MAIDS AS NONE OF THEM SPOKE OR UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Great place, comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good, and parking was free!

From what I understand, this Holiday Inn Express is fairly new. It was very easy to get to once off the 15 Freeway. We checked in pretty fast and with a very nice front desk person. We stayed for 2 nights. I wasn't worried about the noise from others in the hotel as much as my father was. I was too comfortable to care. Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Lake Elsinore was a great place to stay in Lake Elsinore. The happy hour in the evening was light and just right. The breakfast in the morning was scrumptious!!!

I had a good experience here. The jacuzzi tub in the room was the best part of the stay. The pool was so small, and only 3.5 ft deep that was basically a waste of time. The breakfast was excellent and overall was a good choice.,

We have family that live in Lake Elsinore, so hotel location is very convenient for us. Many amenities such as hot breakfast, pool, workout room, business room, and comfortable lobby. I was very happy about the age(2 y.o.) & condition of the hotel. However, we hear a lot of noise from the freeway as our window was facing the very close freeway. There was also an adjacent unit's fan noise that turns on and off during the night that kept waking me up. We were able to turn our fan off completely, but not so lucky with our friend's […] unit. The hotel is tucked back off the highway and is a little hard to find, but is a wonderful place to stay. Very, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nicer than expected, eggs, cereal, pancakes and all the other breakfast items other hotels have. We would stay there again and would definately recommend! You can't beat the price!

Nice and clean! We enjoyed the location because large shopping centers and gas stations in walking distance. Makes it easy for staying long term and getting food for your room. Breakfast was great in a nice large room.

We stayed here on business. It was clean and cheap. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, esp. the cinnamon rolls. The rooms were very nice. Would definately stay again.

The front desk was amazing, very accommodating, and super friendly. The room we were given was so spacious as well (upgraded to a suite). Only thing was that our neighbor was loud, TV, voices, just loud... so they woke me up at 6:00 a.m. I'm certain if I asked the front desk, they would have rectified that situation. convenient, clean, quiet considering so close to highway

great place to stay, very clean and very friendly, great breakfast, the only thing i disliked was the air conditioner got pretty loud at night. overall very satisfied.

This hotel was perfect for 1 night. I had to attend a wedding in Temecula which isn't far at all. I liked that there were food options around the hotel, I was afraid it was going to be in the middle of nowhere. When driving to the hotel, the sign to turn into it is VERY small I passed it. The continental breakfast was cool expect I didn't think the […] eggs were all that good. Sidnt have time to swim but the pool is indoors. We stayed here for two nights on Saturday and Sunday. On the map it looked like it was farther away from the freeway, but it was actually right next to it. Since we're sensitive to noise, this was a problem the first night, since we didn't arrive until 4 pm and there were only two rooms left, one next to the freeway and the other next to the elevator. […] Both were somewhat noisy, but we chose the one next to the freeway. As expected, it wasn't as quiet as we had wanted, but the front desk staff was helpful and moved us to a quieter room the next night. It is a new hotel and very clean, with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and was better than we expected. The price was right. Staff was very courteous. The only bad thing was the bed was horrible.

Though I only stayed at this hotel one night, I enjoyed my brief stay. Check-in was fast & the concierge was friendly. My room was spot on clean & had plenty of towels. I was doing sales calls on the East side and found this gem of a hotel. Very clean, nice location and a great cost!

The hotel was brand new but the location was horrible.

Outstanding visit! Was just looking for a convenient stop between San Diego and Las Vegas. This stop is right off the 15 freeway and has outstanding service! Excellent offers for breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

Hotel was okay, but the check-in procedure was sketchy. They kept telling me there was problems with my CC#, yet when I called my bank, they didn't show any attempts at making a charge! When asked the manager was evasive about it.

The hotel staff was awesome!! We were their for a baseball game at the Storm Stadium and they gave us tickets to the game. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Great place to stay.
