I reserved a room to sleep 5. 2 queens and sofa. When we arrived I was told they didn't have thar type of room available at all. So we had to add a roll away to an already too small room. One of the bed frames squeaked at the slightest move. Annoying all night long. Not enough bath linens even for 4. The hotel was a nice surprise it was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the pool seemed dirty and the water was cold. We didn't stay to swim.

Best bang for the buck that I have gotten in a hotel

Great, new hotel, non-smoking, smells really clean, polite and courteous staff, good breakfast, quiet, walking distance to several good restaurants and shopping, plus a very attractive internet rate. I would definitely stay here again.

Exterior of the Hotel is excellent. Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very nice. Plenty of room for 2 adults. There was a Fridge, and a Microwave and a nice size flat screen TV (32inch). Location was great. I'd most definitely stay there again.

Night staff unprofessional. Asked at desk for a wake up call, never got it. Found phone not to be in working order after we woke up on our own, LATE. We also set clock to back up the desk and it never went off. Morning crew did not even know of the wake up call. All she could do is stand there with her mouth open. This hotel is newer and in great shape. It has a great hot breakfast and is also close to lots of restaurants and across the street from a Target. It's located just off the interstate. The king suite was perfect for us as it had a king bed, sofa, 2 chairs, desk, small fridge and microwave. We were staying in the area for 3 nights and spending more time […] than usual in our room. Having the extra space kept it from feeling cramped. The front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us everytime we went in and out and and they went above and beyond to help with a few minor things we needed help with. Will stay here again! I was given a semi-clean room at check-in. Beds were made but that was about it. Counter tops had not been wiped on desk or in bathroom. I called and they brought me up a key to another room but although that room was cleaner, I still didn't feel like it was sanitized. There were dirty spots on the end table and the remote control had gook on it! There […] are several other hotels to choose from on the exact same street. Very nice newer hotel; staff was very friendly; I have a small dog and they were pet friendly and that was another plus for me. Hotel was difficult to find but once I did it was great. Location was excellent for me since it was right off I-65. I would definitely stay there again.

My only complaint was a very strong perfume/cologne type scent in the room that was very overpowering. The windows do not open so there was no way to get any fresh air into the room. Otherwise, great room and good value.

Second time I've stayed here and will stay again. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, staff is friendly for the most part. There was a lightning storm that knocked out my TV and they had trouble getting that situation fixed, but overall it's a great place to stay for the money!!

The hotel was fairly new and clean, which is the main reason I'd recommend it overall. However, the rooms are somewhat small, and it didn't give as much bang for the buck as I would have liked. I've stayed at some much much nicer hotels for a lot less.
