Friendly staff, shuttle to sea tac train free :) used laundry service, very good facilities.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but I will no longer stay here as the management has changed and they need to take care of there customers and maybe take some skills in hospitality DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Great for quick over night airport stay.

The maid for my room was useless.....but the manager and 2 ladies from the front desk was great ...when I told her my room wasn't cleaned properly and I had to clean it myself the clerk said I should've told them immediately... It was very close to the airport....that's the only reason I would recommend.

Hotel was okay, however, we had requested a non smoking room. Since we decided to pay the cheapest price they offer, they put us in the first floor (basement), it was extremely cold. When we got to our room, it was not only freezing but it was smelling terribly. We were sure it was a smoking room. We tried turning the heater on and we saw a few cigarette […] buts inside it. Bed was okay, service was alright, except that they did not tell us that there was a breakfast included and we tried looking for it, but we could not find. I know we paid cheap for this hotel, but you can find other hotels for the same price or less that does not stink and does not put you on a previous smoking room. I haven't stayed at a Quality Inn for a long time but I assumed it would be as nice and comfortable as usual. This hotel was truly disappointing. The rooms didn't feel clean, when I looked out the window there was junk piled in the side yard, and it took forever to check in. This is a relatively inexpensive hotel for the area. There is a restaurant/casino within walking distance. Anything else is over a mile. People were outstanding. Our room had a big stain on the carpet. Everything else was pretty clean. It is an older place and looks it. The Sea-Tac Hotel was a very nice experience. Very helpful and willing staff. Excellent quality for the price, including a very substantial breakfeast.

The hotel was exactly what we paid for. Only complaint was the lack of customer service at the front desk. It took nearly an hour to check in due to only one person to check people in and out. She answered the phone about 20 times while I waited to be served, and while she was serving me. Huge fail on that aspect!

The staff was wonderful.

Suttle service was good. I was going on a cruise and they arranged transportion to pier.

This hotel is very deceiving. The rooms were listed as no smoking, however, the halls and rooms were drentched with smoke! I walked out of that hotel just smelling to high heavens of smoke! You could tell that this hotel used to be a roach hotel. A weak paint job and new linenes don't help! I was able to check in early so that was a good thing. The room was cozy and had everything necessary, even a small fridge and a microwave. The only issue was that the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Opening the window somewhat helped. The parking lot was hard to manuever in and parking was tight. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

This hotel is close to the airport and there is shuttle service, which is great. There are a couple of restaurants and a bar nearby that are about three or four blocks away.

An inexpensive hotel, moderately clean. Breakfast is very good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for better service.

I felt safe & sound here. Minutes to airport (which is why we stayed) but that's the only perk. Shuttle left promptly at 530am as requested. Cab ride to the airport is only $6.50 though. If you cared too I guess you could stay here and take the $2.50 approx 45min train ride into the city. You save some cash but if you're willing to sacrifice time it's […] your nickel. Room was very old looking and had an odor. Room and bathroom was dirty. This was a very unpleasant stay for us. Very heavy smell of smoke.

Hotel needs update and an elevator. The configuration is such that the first floor (1xx)is actually a semi-basement so if you have heavy luggage, it is best to stay on the second floor (2xx). Staff and shuttle driver are very friendly. Location is about 1/2 mile from airport.

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did find some bugs on the floors.

This hotel can best be described as a "dive". It was dirty, poorly run and not worth any amount of room rate.
