Perfect hotel and location for relaxing! Candidasa is a little far away from the airport but you find all you need a short walk from the hotel. Nearby you can also find an authentic village worth a visit. There is a beach close to the hotel where you can swim and snorkel. No beach!

Hotel is slightly removed from Candidasa center, but the location on the beach is beautiful. Several of staff prepared a wonderful surprise birthday celebration, complete with cake, and entirely on their own. We can only guess that they noted the date of birth from a passport. The physical property is a little dated, but it was a great value for the […] rate we paid. This hotel is good for honeymooners as it provides privacy..pool side rooms seem much better than the others where we stayed..rooms were not state of the art and receptionists were extremely slow in response but all that melts away when you see the magnificent beach view from the resort.swing on the double bed sized swings.:) and make sand castles n […] sip a drink pool side.its away from kuta but neways it provides u an escape from the traffic congestion in kuta.if u are art freak stay in ubud n beach freak stay at benoa.candidassa is serene n calm n gud for privacy seeking couples. We stayed here because we stayed 3 years ago and loved the peaceful atmosphere. This time we loved the same sense of isolation. it is out of town so there is no urgency to get out and about. We have a busy life so just like to relax and read and swim. The foyer has been re done which is very nice. There were some disappointing points. The food in the […] restaurant was unsatisfactory. The restaurant itself seemed tired and the staff were nearly all trainees who stood around staring. There was no enthusiasm or hospitality. They seemed more interested in giggling and playing around and talking to each other. The food quality was disappointing. Not what it was 3 years ago. It was substandard. The spa was also a disappointment. It was tired and needed a face lift. I had an hour foot treatment that ended after 35 minutes and cost me more than it would in Australia. Besides the negative aspects the place itself is good. With the waves crashing against the wall and the pretty grounds, great pool, great room it is worth a look. Despite the restaurant. This Hotel is a pleasant establishment but in an out-of-way location. It is about 3k from Candidasa township - too far to walk, but about 15,000rp in a taxi. Nearly every restaurant in Candidasa will collect and return you to your Hotel. The Resort is undergoing refurbishment of the wings closest to the seafront. This may have a noise impact on the […] cottages adjacent to the building works.We stayed in a room which was a bit "tired." The walls could do with a repaint and some of the furniture was scratched;better bedside lighting is required for reading. I imagine this block will be next in line for refurbishment.It is three storeys high - and there is no lift! The pool area is splendid and the Restaurant is also a very pleasant place to while away time.There are also plenty of quiet spots on the grassed area near the seafront. There is a small beach next door, but only at low tide.I put two of the four bicycles to good use - they are readily available at no cost. A supermarket and a couple of basic Warungs are outside the entrance to the Resort. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. I have no major criticism of the Resort, only that it is just a little too far from CD itself. If you are seeking "chill out time," then this could be the place for you. Læs mere

Upon arrival we were told our 2 night stay would be divided between this hotel and their sister hotel as they had over booked ( business conference banners were everywhere so we suspect that some favouratism were shown to these guests/mass booking). After some complaining, and refusing on our part they accomodated my partner and I by acknowledging our […] original booking, but giving us room with 2 single beds. The room was nice and clean, the pool area was beautiful. Cable TV channels were not working and the hotel was undergoing major renovations. Решили бронировать этот отель, прочитав отзывы, о том что он тихий (этого мы и хотели). Однако, в 5 метрах от нашего бунгало стоял жилой дом. Местный народ по вечерам шумел (мотоциклы, петарды и дети, которые гуляют чуть-ли не до полуночи). Конечно, относительно Куты, он тихий. Хотя с другой стороны в Куте есть отели потише, например, The Vira Bali. На […] выходные в гостиницу приезжают местные жители и, просто, оккупируют весь бассейн, шумят и мусорят, а на утро съедают весь завтрак Три раза бассейн закрывали в 7 вечера, а не в 10, как должно было быть. Ресторан. Цены в 3 раза выше, чем в других ресторанах в Чандидасе, да и готовят не очень. Персонал. Очень медлительный. Все улыбаются, но на деле их забота и отношение не то. Например, когда нас в 6:50 попросили из бассейна, пришлось идти в бунгало, в котором почему-то в одном не было электричества. Услышав о нашей проблеме, администратор сказал, что сейчас все сделает. Прождав более часа пожаловались повторно, но уже с нажимом, и, вдруг, сразу же пришел электрик и устранил проблему. Номер. В первый же день, после того, как разместились и сходили прогуляться, вернувшись обнаружили скрепки (кто-то пытался открыть наш номер). После этого пришлось все пихать в сейф. Везде ползают муравьи, а перед выездом еще и таракана обнаружили. ЖК-панель, кондиционер, чайник, но нет ванны. Напор холодной воды оставлял желать лучшего. Курорт. По определенным дням действуют бесплатные развлечения, такие как: йога, прогулки на велосипедах, пятиминутный массаж, экипировка для снорклинга, игра с металлическими шарами и др. Понравилась освежающая прогулка, правда, мы после нее были все в мыле. Массаж в 2,5-3 раза дороже, чем в Куте, поэтому даже не пробовали. Море. Всего один раз нам повезло купаться в чистом море еще и в уединении. Все остальные дни там было очень много мусора, но все же чище, чем на Кута Бич. Понравился сад: относительно тихо и красиво. В остальном все было неплохо. Не думаю, что в Чандидасе есть варианты получше. Læs mere

Een prima Hotel/resort, aan zee met een uitstekende service en prachtige kamers.

Un très bel accueil, une grande disponibilité du personnel, des chambres en front de mer paradisiaques (malgré une salle de bain suffisante), bref un petit bijou.
